Excellent experience with Zappos. Quick, easy and free delivery! I love the boots. They are so, so warm. Worth the added expense!

These were a gift for my niece for Christmas. They were on her wish list since I had gotten mine and told her how warm and snuggly they are. Needless to say, she loves hers as much as I love mine!

I love my Uggs. They are very comfortable and warm. The Uggs are very durable, so I know they will last me for many years.

Shipping was extremely fast...I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and my package was delivered the very next day by 4:00 pm. Wow! Product was exactly what I ordered.

I bought these boots for my girlfriend. She was ecstatic to have received them. She loves them and, of course, wants a new pair every year. She wears them all the time and says they are the miost comfortable boots she has ever worn.

Great boots. My girlfriend says they're really warm, and I think the short cut is more versatile. Quality is great, and so was the packaging and shipping.

Couldn't find these boots anywhere, so I went to Zappos. Got them quickly. After Christmas wanted to order another pair, they were out. But they notified me when they got restocked with the size I needed and now another pair are on their way to surprise my daughter. Thanks Zappos! When you order UGG shoes, always order 1/2 smaller, I where size 8 in UGG shoes, but my shoe size is 8 1/2.

I was 100% happy with my order. It came quickly, and the packaging was in excellent shape! I will use Zappos again and will tell all of my friends about it!

This is my 1st pair of UGG shoes. I normally wear a shoe size of 8, sometimes 8.5. I bought the 7 and the 8 in the classic short and ended up keeping the 8. This size fits me best w/a thicker sock. I'm very impressed with the warmth of this boot. I love these boots and I also love Zappos! Super fast shipping!

I finally broke down and ordered a pair of Uggs. Because I never found them very attractive, I vowed to only wear them to the dog park and never to wear them in public. Well, they arrived a month ago and they haven't been off my feet except while I'm in bed. They're the greatest boots ever and so warm and comfortable. I have to say, pretty cute.

Bought these as a gift for my daughter. She hasn't taken them off since. Loves them.

This was a gift for my daughter, and not her first pair of Uggs. They are the warmest boots ever. Make sure you water proof them to protect them from the snow and salt.

After resisting Ugg for a long time, I fell in love after getting the grey classic short boot for Christmas. They're soft, warm and mold to your feet making them like the perfect winter wear. My feet are toasty warm and happy every time I put them on.

This boot is so comfortable and warm, I absolutely love it! I am glad I saw the note about these running larger in size. I normally wear 6½ or 7 and I have a wide foot. I ordered the 6 and they are perfect.... a little roomy but I love having that extra little wiggle room.

Awesome and so comfortable. Chicago winters can be fierce with bone-chilling cold and messy snow. But this boots are a true savior when I leave my home especially when I must walk my dogs.

The wife loves them. It would be nice if the leather was pretreated for moisture.

My daughter who hates boots finally got these boots and she LOVES them! She looks get in them and as her mother I am thrilled to see her in something other than bare feet or sneakers...especially in the snow! We water proofed them twice before she wore then and they still look get! PS. Zappos is a great place to find your footwear needs!

I puchased these Uggs as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. She was thrilled and wears them most every day. She has said that they are extremely comfortable and warm. I only wish they were available in half sizes.

Excellent boot and excellent service. Zappos sent it extra fast - it came the next day! I had a customer service question after receiving them and they answered it very courteously and to my satisfaction. I love the boot. Yes, you can go barefoot in these Uggs. They are cut so they don't drag as you walk and yet are not hard to put on or take off.

My feet are snuggly and warm in these Uggs. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8 in boots and the 7's fit just right. They were snug at first, but they break in after a week of walking. I wore these during a 10-20 degree trip to Chicago and my feet were never cold. Love these!
