I had returned the previous pair because my daughter decided she wanted a different color. The proficiency in which Zappos handled the exchange was fabulous. And because I am a prime member, it was all done within a matter of days! Thank you Zappos for the great service and fabulous shoes!

I purchased these boots for my daughter. She loves them. I have had my own pair for 2 years. They are the warmest, most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Once my boots start looking too worn, I'll buy another pair. I hope they never go out of style. You won't be sorry if you buy them.

Great boot! I like the fact that they are short cut because I'm petite and the Classic Tall ones made my legs look even shorter. Definitely a great purchase!

If you wear a half size, I would order smaller rather than larger. Warm, soft, and comfy. Lightening fast shipping. No better site to order products.

Beautiful Uggs perfect condition BUT they did not ship my boots in the original Uggs box. I'm very particular about storing my boots and shoes in their original box so I was very disappointed when the arrived in a generic box. I called customer service and they told me that if the original box was damaged they will ship in a different box. If I had a choice I would have waited for my shoes to be ordered. Oh well great boots so warm love them.

Amazing! My daughter's Christmas gift of UGGS were too small. We read the directions and returned at the UPS store. The NEXT day, fewer than 24 hours later, the exchanged boots arrived. They fit and we couldn't be more pleased with Zappos!!

Love these boots. Make sure you order the protectant. They feel great although I had to return the size 7 for a size 6. Zappos is amazing the speed of shipment is amazing. Receive them in two days my return was just over a day. Awesome delivery and return policy.

Nice quality, comfortable, great for around the house, or to step out to the store or restaurant. No orthotics necessary with the padding from sheepskin and tough but comfy foam soles. Room for bunions in the front because Uggs seem to be generous in that area. The fluffy lining adjusts the fit very well. I usually take a 9 wide in other boots...Ugg styles,like this one,always an 8. Wear without socks and delight the feet! Like them in this versatile navy color.

Okay, I just want to say these boots are absolutely perfect! Order a size down! I'm a size 7 originally & I purchased a 6 & they are crazy perfect for my feet. Another thing is Zappos is awesome! I purchased these boots on a Friday evening & by Tuesday afternoon they were at my house. I've never been more excited & I will definitely be back to buy more Uggs & other shoes as well. Great Zappos experience. The first boots we ordered had a tiny hole on a seam. The replacement boots came so fast and were perfect!

I have many pairs of Uggs, some the classic short, some Bailey button and now the Bailey bow! I wear a size 7 in all these different styles! They are so comfortable, they are like walking on pillows! I get so many compliments on them all the time! They are worth the money as long as you protect them first with the rain and stain guard before you wear them out! Zappos is the best too! Buying from Zappos you don't have to worry about fake Uggs! The market is flooded with them too!

Great and comfortable boots. Keep my feet warm. Have purchased 2 others in the past. I'm a whole size and have always sized down one size. I also wear mine with no socks and the boots eventually stretch a bit. I have had to buy new soles for them because they do flatten out, lose the fluff with lots of wear.

Bought 2 pairs of Uggs for my daughters. They are very comfortable, a little snug at first but eventually stretches.better support around the ankle than the imitation boots. Very good quality boot. Zappos exchange policy Excellent! Had to exchange size 6 to 7. The process was so easy! They shipped the new size the next day. My daughter was able to try both sizes and return the one that didn't fit.
