I got those for my mom she never had one before and she is in love.

I bought a pair of these awhile ago and they were so comfortable I had to replace them when they wore out. The old pair was a 1/2 size smaller than my regular size. This new pair is not over sized at all. They fit true to size so keep that in mind if you haven't ordered them in a few years.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. We had a problem with the toe ripping on one, but Zappos replaced them at no cost - what an amazing company. I am a customer for life!

I normally wear an 8 1/2 and ordered a 9 like I always do when shoes are only offered in whole sizes. After reading the reviews I was scared they were going to be way too big because they were advertised as running large...well they're not, they fit perfectly. I also bought my son's girlfriend her normal size (8) and they fit fine...order your normal size!

Very comfortable...very soft. I purchased the waterproofing spray by UGG (there is another company that has waterproofing spray but I wanted to stick with UGG- $7.00) and waterproofed them. Your feet may get hot because of the shearling inside, so only wear when it is a bit cooler outside. Loved them.

I love my new Uggs! This is my second pair. Love the gray color. I usually wear a size 9 and bought a 9. They fit great. I wear them without socks but they are big enough to wear socks if you want. Shipping was great. Received them the next day free. I could not have gotten them that fast from the Ugg site without paying a hefty price.

I had the original UGG in an 8 I am normally a 7 so I read reviews that the new Ugg's run true to size so I ordered a 7. They fit more snug than the original but true to size.

I have ordered many shoes from from Zappos and I find them to be an excellent company to work with.

I am about a general 8.5 so I ordered an 8 and a 9 from zappos (since you get free shipping and free returns!) The 8s were a little snug at first especially across the top of the ankle, but I went with them anyways knowing they were to stretch a little. I've had them for about two weeks and they are already perfect! I just got water resistant spray from a local store to spray on them. You don't need to pay the price for the actual UGG Product. You can't see the spray at all and it works!

I bought these for my mother in law. she's been asking for Uggs and she loves them. She says they're very comfortable and cozy warm. Had to exchange for a size down. Her regular size 6 was too big even w thick socks.

I was researching for months to find a good, cozy house slipper. Finally made the decision to get these for my house booties. I live in Minnesota and my floors get super cold during the long winter months. I put this off for years, as I find most house slippers to be gauche and just not my style. But being someone who prefers going barefoot all day at home (I work from home) I was finally getting foot troubles, like pain and numbness. Ugh. Loving how cozy my sheepskin throws, rugs and pillows are, I thought to get some slippers. However, Overland doesn't make any really to my liking. After some thought I went with these. So worth it. I'm a size 9, size 8 in these (got the pink) fits like a cozy, snuggly dream. I am wearing them barefoot as I think is intended. They don't sweat at all. Contrary to much info I saw about no arch support, these do have an arch support (maybe in earlier years, or in knockoffs, this isn't the case). I was worried I would have to get a sheepskin insert with orthotic supports, but I guess not. Maybe years from now when it wears down inside. Also, I'd never wear these outside, not only because I think they are tacky and again, not my style, I wouldn't be caught dead outside in these, not even for some errand. Nope. It would be like wearing pajamas in public, just...no. Now for house slippers, and judging it as such, they are dang cute. Plus, why wear these outside and ruin them? One measly foray into the MN snow and slush and they would be history. It seems like such a waste to trash these by doing that, but I can now understand the temptation to do so. They are so comfy I don't wanna take 'em off! Oh, and they really resolved my cold, tingly, numb and painful feet issue. I would recommend these if you maybe have painful foot issues like I did. At first I was paranoid and wondering if I had some dreadful malady causing my foot issue, but no. It was just all the years of being barefoot so much, and my feet were too dang cold! I love that my entire foot and ankles are now encased in dreamy, soft fuzzy comfort. Ordering was fabulously easy, fast and I am so ecstatic, man you just don't know. Oh yeah, baby! And, yeah I can still say ya won't catch me dead wearin' Uggs...at least not outside my house. Shh, don't tell!

I absolutely love my classic Uggs! I ordered them on a Sunday and they arrived at my doorstep on Friday! I love these so much more than the Essential version. Those feel almost fake compared to the Classic pair. They feel comfortable and are stylish. They are well worth the money!

The boots were true to size and very comfortable. I was given these shoes as a gift but they did not fit. You have a year to exchange them! That was great for me because I had foot surgery so it was hard to know what would be comfortable. Zappos' customer service was awesome!

Love my Pink Uggs! Got them for Valentines Day, very comfortable, but ordered 1 size up due to the narrow calf area, put in an Ugg insole and they are perfection!

Great product. Best of all, Zappos immediately sent me another pair of boots at no cost when the boots were damaged after I received them! Love Zappos customer service!

These are very comfortable and warm. For me they were true to size. I wear 6½ to 7 and I took a 7 in these. They are a great fit!

Way to go Zappos...1 1/2 days and my new Ugg boots are here. This is my 8th pair of Ugg boots. Love them and Love Zappos.

I love these boots. They are so soft and warm. I was visiting Minnesota with a 50 below wind chill and my feet were toasty warm. I want a pair in every color!

I wear a 8 1/2. I listened to the reviews and ordered an 8. It still is a little snug but Wow, are they comfortable! Thanks to the review that recommended Ugg shoe condition kit, this is a must to protect your investment! Think about it, it is made for these boots. The tool takes out any scuff. I'm very happy.

Cozy and light, just as I had hoped. Usually wear size 9, but they were a little large. I loved that Zappy will send a replacement immediately even before the wrong pair was returned.

This is my second pair of Uggs. Since my first pair is broken in, I know once I break these in they will be perfect.
