Very comfortable! Everyone says how ugly Ugg boots are, but they are so incredibly comfortable that I do not even care. I applied the protective spray to these and they have held up very well to some rain and light snow. Keep my feet warm without feeling too hot when the temperature warms up a bit. Highly recommend!

It's perfect! The size is the same as mine, the color is exactly as the one showed on the website. It's really comfortable and warm! And it arrived at the right time.

Paid one afternoon after class, and these were at my door the very next day. So quick, came fitting perfect, and are my new favorite shoes! Put some Ugg H2O repellant and they still look new after tons of mud puddles and water.

I have the black and tan Uggs. Very comfortable and warm! I purchased the care kit at a local store and use it regularly to keep my Uggs in good shape. Advice...when not wearing, keep newspaper in the toes to help keep their shape!

I actually ordered the wrong size and color of Ugg boots and had to return my original purchase with no problems. I placed this order on a Saturday night and received the boots on Monday afternoon...how is that for service? Very pleased and happy with the service and the product itself!!

I'll admit I came to the Ugg party late, but I sure am glad to be here now! This is my fourth pair of Ugg boots and I love them all. If I could wear them in July, I would. These boots are beyond cute; the Brilliant Blue is dazzling! You'll be able to relate to a peacock and step out proudly in these! Past the color, the boots are delightfully warm and oh so comfortable. I wear a size 7 and they've always fit me perfectly. Need to start saving for the next pair. One is not enough; you've been warned!

Love my Uggs! I got the sand color 6 years ago and wore them out because I wore them all the time (they're still perfectly wearable, just faded by now with a little bit of slouch). After hearing that some people have 5+ pairs! I decided I could own 3! By the way, I am a solid size 9 in shoes and always wear a 7 in sheepskin Uggs. I have the tan -- goes with everything. Hope these never go out of style! Let's all keep wearing them anyway!

I have wide feet, scratch that, very wide feet, and so I chose not to size down from my typical shoe size of 9 (even though my feet are actually around a 7.5-8 in length). This was the right choice. The shoes fit snugly and the tops sit just under my large calf. In fact, I don't know if I could even fit a sock in at this point. That being said, the shoes are very comfortable and just what I expected. I'm happy with my purchase thus far!

This Ugg boot is exactly what I wanted. I wear a size 7 women shoe and I bought a size 6. It fits snug at first and then conforms to your foot. If your between sizes order down. Do not size up in this boot. The grey color is nice and customer service is on point accurate and fast!

Love this shoe. The answer is yes if you ask is it worth the price. I purchased these shoes because I have always wanted a pair. I wear a size 8 1/2 so I ordered an 8 based on other comments and they fit comfortably. At first putting on the shoe was a task but after about 4 times of wear they slide on now with more ease. These Ugg boots are so comfortable to be in for hours and hours. Glad to say I own a pair.

Beautiful and comfortable classic Ugg boot. As always with Uggs, make sure to order one size down as they run large and stretch. Zappos is my favorite online shoe store. They always have great products and make it easy to order and return free.

I just purchased my 2nd pair of black Ugg boots...wore the first ones out. I hate to have cold feet & with Ugg's I never do...no socks...no cold toes...they are worth the price. They last for years. I own 8 pairs and that is the only shoes I wear in cold weather. They rock.

Being a latecomer to Ugg boots, I probably will be repeating what others already know. These boots, while for me a bit difficult to get my foot into, are comfortable, so soft on the inside, lightweight and perfect for cold windy weather. And from Zappos, these are authentic with documentation included in the box! [I've heard of fakes from other sources.] I'm very happy with this purchase.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos for the first time in January. I liked them but they hurt on one foot. Returned for free, no questions asked. I then ordered a pair of Ugg Classic Short boots. I love them and wore them continuously until the weather warmed up (we are due for more cold weather!). I have never had a more comfortable pair of shoes. I was on my feet a lot doing an Antique Show and my feet felt great. First time my feet stayed warm all winter! Love my Uggs!

I didn't buy these for a long time because they are not a particularly stylish boot. But they are super comfy and warm.
