Soft and accommodating for problem feet, these are the best Uggs I've ever owned. Very pleased with the product and the excellent service from the Zappos team.

I absolutely love these shoes. I had my last pair for seven years before they finally got a small hole in them (pretty sure it was my new puppy). I decided to try the classic short pair this time instead of the tall and I couldn't be happier. I usually wear a size 10 but with these a 9 does the trick. You'll definitely need to order down. Zappos is insane when it comes to shipping...ordered late Saturday night and got them Monday morning.

I love Ugg Classic Boots. They are so comfortable and keep your feet warm in the winter months. I got the sand color - which I noticed stains easy. Just be sure to spray them with Ugg stain repellant before wearing them!

I bought these for my daughter. She absolutely loves these boots. She is away at college in Missouri where the winters get very cold. They provide warmth and comfort at the same time. I highly recommend these boots.

I wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10 and they fit beautifully. I love them! They are so soft and comfy to wear that I've worn them every day since they arrived.

In the review it said order a size smaller because this item fits large. They fit small! Do not listen to reviews. They actually feel even half a size smaller. Order your normal size...or even a size larger. Do not go smaller!

I've wanted a pair of these for almost a decade so I finally got some and try are just as perfect as I had hoped! Do listen about the sizing though as I originally ordered an 8 but had to exchange for a 7 (I size lower) as the 8's were way too big. Love these boots!

I just love these warm and comfortable UGG boots. They are just the right height which makes it easy to slip on and take off. They also come in many colors.

Talk about late to the game. I am way late. But late than never though. I received my first pair of Uggs today in Classic Short Cchestnut. Seriously do not even hesitate if you can afford them quit wasting money on fuggs (fake Uggs) and get these. You will not look back. My next paycheck I am definitely going to put some money back so I can get another pair, they are so soft and cozy and fit so snug. I have been wearing them since the minute I took them out of the box, I do not want to take them off. I feel like I am walking on clouds, It feels like they were tailored just for me. Do not size down. I wear a 9 and they fit perfectly. I think if they were any smaller I would not be able to get my foot in. Also I cannot rave enough about how great Zappos' service is, it only took three days to get here once I ordered!

My daughter typically wears a 9 or 9.5. Based upon the reviews I ordered a 9 however I had to return it for a 10.

Love them. Perfect size. Much more comfortable than Airwalks or Bearplaw.

I love Classic Short Uggs. I purchased a 9 but actually wear 8½ so after my daughter used them and broke them in, they are actually a little big. I absolutely love these and I wear them with everything.

Great shoes! Very warm and comfortable. Also, there very stylish you can pretty much wear them with any outfit. I would definitely recommend these boats!

I love these boots.I wear them as house slippers with nightshirt and leggings. I wear them with jeans all day long as soon as the autumn weather cools a bit. They are the most comfortable without socks. Do order and use the water and stain repellent product, and remember that these are not the best footwear for slush and puddles. I wear a true 7M, and ordered that size for a perfect fit. Arch support is not an issue for me, but for those who need good arch support, this boot may not work.

Classic is right. I have worn these in one color or another for umpteen years. So comfy. Not many shoes can go with you into your old age. No arch support but I don't care.

I ordered boots yesterday (9/23/14) with standard, free shipping. Looking at my past orders with Zappos, I took my chances with getting these boots in time for my daughter's birthday (9/25). Boy, did they come through! The boots came today (9/24)! Perfect for her birthday dinner tomorrow! Thanks Zappos! You have customer for life, if you keep this sort of thing up! Cheers!

My favorite UGG Style. I have a similar color in the Bailey Button, but they fold over and look sloppy, so I decided to buy this color in the Classic Short. They fit true to size and I find the Classic Style wears the best out of all the UGGS.

I am a 5 year breast cancer survivor and have been dealing with neuropathy. I have had a lot of pain in my feet and wearing shoes only added to the pain. I purchased my first pair of Uggs about 9 months ago after reading the reviews about how comfortable they were. That was the best purchase I have ever made! Not only did the Uggs not add to my foot pain but they helped relieve the pain! I have disposed of my other shoes and purchased more Uggs in different styles and colors. Uggs are the only shoes I will wear now! I have 4 pairs of the classic shorts and a pair of the classic minis. As other people have mentioned, they do stretch and conform to your feet. I typically wear a size 7.5 and I bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly! I wasn't sure about the idea of not wearing socks with them when I first bought them but, oh my goodness! I slipped that first boot on and it was like a soft and comfy hug! I will never wear anything other than Uggs again! I applied 3 coats of the Ugg brand weather protection and I can wear them in any weather and they still look like new. I tried some of the cheaper brands and nothing else even comes close to feeling as comfortable or being the same quality as Ugg. If you're on the fence about spending this much money for a pair of shoes, make the investment! Trust me, you will be glad you did!

Loved these boots! I tried the BearPaw boots and could not find a proper fit. The Uggs fit comfortably from the get-go. I ordered a half size down from my normal size and they are perfect. I've always found Uggs last for many years, so are worth the cost. These are sturdy and not at all floppy, yet the inside cocoon your feet in warmth and softness.

I bought my size because I read conflicting reports about the size. And as it turned out they do indeed run a little small. So I returned them in exchange for a whole size bigger, and they fir beautifully. The exchange was fast and the operator was extremely friendly. Thanks for making my shopping experience a pleasant one.

The boot had a very comfortable fitting overall. Originally, I had bought the shoes for my daughter as a birthday gift but noticing how she wore them so much, I ordered myself a pair! I were them for maybe 6/7 days of the week in the winter. Since ordering the initial pair, I have ordered more than 4 other pairs. It is a great investment to make in the long run after purchasing the shoes!

This is my first pair of Ugg. I wear 8.5 and ordered size 8. Feels half size larger. I know there are no 'halfs' hence I thought 7 would feel small. Other than that I am pretty happy about the purchase.

These are my 9th pair of Ugg boots from Zappos. talk about loving Uggs and you cannot beat Zappos for service or shipping. They are a great store to do business with. I ordered these boots at 1:30 in the afternoon and had them in less than 24 hours. Now how is that for shipping? GREAT!
