Oh my, these are wonderful. I work from home on a computer all day, my feet have been toasty since I got them. I was hesitant to buy Ugg just because I an not a fad follower, but they make my feet happy. And I can go out to feed the birds and not change from slippers to shoes! I normally wear a 6.5 but ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. I wear thick socks too.

I bought these to replace a pair that my girlfriend had previously. They are excellent quality, and she's already wearing them.

The boots are very good quality. If you wear a 1/2 size I recommend ordering up to the next size. I am not convinced that they will stretch as others have said as I do not wear them daily. To me they are not made for snowy, wet weather. You will like them.

True to size for me. I am a 10 in most shoes and got a 10 and it fits perfectly. Great, comfy, warm and my first pair of Uggs. Happy consumer. Can't wait to really test these and see if my feet stay warm in the frigid weather.

ONE WORD. AWESOME. I'm usually a 9 1/2 but got a 9 in Uggs (since they don't have half sizes) and they fit perfectly. They keep my feet insanely warm and just comfy and cute. Love them!

If you haven't owned Uggs, they are trendy certainly but extremely warm. You will not be disappointed if you are purchasing them for winter. You can spray them for extra protection. Great with sweaters and leggings. :) The only arch support will be after you wear them and the lining fits to your foot. But not the same as support. More like wearing a flip flop in that sense.

This is my second pair of Uggs and they are the best. Very comfy right from the start. Just be sure to use a protectant if you are going to be walking in any snow. My package was lost for a while and Zappos sent me out a new pair really no questions asked, and when they were found I sent one pair back. I will shop with Zappos from now on! Great company!

My first pair ever and they are perfect! I was worried about which size to order because I wear a 12. With having read mixed reviews I ordered size 11 and they are true. I love these boots! I also ordered the cleaner/protector kit and have used. Very much worth the buy. Overall, money well spent.

I bought the boots for my daughter as a gift. They were perfect! I especially love the no tax and free two day shipping! I will definitely be shopping Zappos again!

Love these Uggs. They are my favorite style! The are warm and comfortable! I have them in many colors...I do size down from an 8 to a 7 when buying this style boot.

These shoes are unbelievably comfortable. I wear them indoors and out. I am usually a 5.5 so at first I tried the 5's. They were a bit snug so I got the 6's and I have room to wear socks or not. Best winter shoes/slippers around.

I love my new Uggs! I especially love the return policy for Zappos. After placing my order, I decided to change colors. I sent back the boots and didn't have to pay the shipping!

While I am not a fan of these boots (I am not a 13 year old, I guess) - My daughter loves them - and I love the next day delivery! (Thankfully it was a couple of weeks before Christmas!)

I bought a size smaller because I heard the wool would settle and still waiting for that to happen. They are very warm, perfect for Minnesota winters. They are great boots that are not bulky or clumsy so I can drive comfortably.

I so needed a new pair of Uggs, I was wearing my daughters that were a size too big. I read the size chart and helpful hints. They arrived within 2 days! And they are perfect! And I now have my own pair.

These boots run exactly true to size! They are so comfortable and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. It was definitely worth the purchase!

Love these boots, I received them very promptly, unfortunately I didn't do my homework and the size I ordered felt fine but now that I've worn them a few times they are the wrong size, check with the ugg website to see what size you would need to buy.

My first pair of Uggs, and I am thrilled. A Christmas present from my step daughter and daughter in law, I was very surprised. They had spoken to my husband to find my shoes size, and like smart women, they ordered 1/2 size large because it was a boot. Let me explain. I hate shoes, I hate boots, I hate footwear! My feet are very hard to fit and that is why I love Zappos, I can usually find something that will fit. These fit like a dream!. I have long ties, a wide toe box and shoes and boots normally are uncomfortable (read painful), but not these!. They're wonderful! I wore them today to run a few errands...for Michigan it's uncommonly warm and no snow, so I felt okay about wearing them. I have a very bad back, walking for me can be painful, but not in these. I noticed nothing but comfort! Thank you to my Daughter and daughter in law, these are amazing.

Well made and very comfortable. This is my fourth pair and happy I bought them. Rather expensive but worth it.
