Bought these boots for my college age daughter. She loves them. Winters in New England are cold. She throws them on with leggings and a sweater for early morning classes. Comfortable, warm and cute. Fit true to size.

For some reason these run small. I have had 3 pairs of Uggs throughout the years and always wore a size 7 (I'm normally a size 7.5). Ordered these in a 7 and have to return and get a size 8.

The product was exactly what I ordered, shipping was free and it arrived before expected! What more could I ask? I will definitely be shopping Zappos again!

These are so warm and comfortable! The first time I put them on I had to work to get my foot in all that fur - but once I wore them the fur packs down a bit. Buy a full size down. I own several pairs of Uggs and that is true in all their products. I have wide calfs and cannot wear tall boots - but these are perfect!

I am usually a size 7 but I ordered an 8 because of the other reviews I read. I have been wearing them but they are to big. They are very warm & great quality. Uggs are pricey but they last forever. I have a pair of the slippers that I have had for 5 years and they still look great.

Uggs are great no matter where you get them. But no place is better to buy from than Zappos, they are simply the best in every way!

I was buying these for my granddaughter for Christmas, and I read all the reviews about sizing. I was really worried that she would open them, and then not be able to wear them right away. As it turned out, the boots were true to size. Not too big. Not too small. Just right!

Daughter loves them. As suggested in the shoe description, I bought a size smaller and it fits her well. Delivery was very quick. Will shop at Zappos again.

I've held out on buying Uggs for years. I even resisted on a trip to Australia a few years back. Now that I've bought them...I just love them. So warm and cozy. I think of them more as slippers that I can wear outside. Not for snow though. And definitely not stylish. The flat, stiff bottom might also be a deterrent but I still love the way they feel on my feet and ankles.

I love these cozy Uggs, so comfy, they are the first thing I put on in the morning. Typically a size 6.5, I ordered the 6 and they fit perfect.

These were a long distance purchase for my granddaughter, so I had to make the call regarding whether or not they would be true to size. They fit perfectly and she is thrilled with them.

OMG! I AM IN LOVE, SHOULD NOT HAVE WAITED SO LONG TO BUY A PAIR OF UGGS! Now I own three pairs. These boots are comfortable and where from the moment you slip them on. True to size, I wear a 9 1/2 women's I ordered a 9 1/2 and it's perfect. The short style is perfect if you're wearing jeans or pants... Or if you're in pajamas because it's freezing cold outside! The best part, was buying them from Zappos. Sonya, The Zappos associate that helped me was wonderful. She told me how comfortable her UGGs are and she happened to be wearing them the night I ordered. Definitely recommend the cleaning and care kit. By using the protectorate and cleaning them it will preserve the life of the boot. I also bought a pair of men's size 11 UGGs for my son, he wears his every day and says they're the most comfortable shoe he's ever owned.

Very comfortable and cute. It is true, I ordered a 7 or my size 8 feet and they fit perfectly. I recommend these for anyone.

I ordered the wrong color for my daughter based on a text message picture. She's 13 and was mortified. I asked Zappos to send the correct color. They did within 3 days. I sent the others back and they paid for it and confirmed shipping and receipt. It was my first Zappos experience. Great way to start! I will be back.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She wears a 10 BS they were perfect. Three years ago I bought her a pair of brown Uggs which she wears all the time. My original Uggs are over 30 years old and I am sad to say that hey now have a hole in the toe. It appears that I need a new pair. I love them and there is nothing like them.

As we all know, this is the 'go to' Uggs that everyone buys first; however, my daughter likes to be different and I have bought her all the other colors (just about all). She finally broke down and asked Santa for these this Christmas, and she loves them. She now admits that she should have asked for these first. Great color, stains aren't so visible and as always, Ugg is a well made durable and warm boot.

Our company bought these for a group of women as holiday gifts and everyone loved them! As far as sizing, we found that with half sizes it was better to buy the next size up. I had read reviews indicating the boots ran small and bought the size down, but had to exchange them. Whole sizes seemed to fit perfectly.
