Shipping was fast, the boots are true to size in my opinion, but the width of the boot leg was snug. once broken in they are comfortable but it takes a couple times to be fully broken in. beautiful and very cozy. :)

Love my Uggs; this is my second pair. The Uggs run true to size so get your usual size. They used to make Uggs bigger but now they make them true to size.

I've been wanting the Navy Short Uggs for years now and I finally ordered them! They arrived quicker than expected and they are just beautiful!! Uggs are such good quality in my opinion and knock-offs don't even compare!

Great service! Size was perfect but a little tight in the neck for a size 12! Given as gift to my sister, Joan Wilson, who is plus size.

BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING THESE BOOTS - THEY ARE NOT MEANT TO BE WORN OUTSIDE, AT ALL! I love Uggs. I have had half a dozen pair of them, and I will continue to buy them. That being said, you should know before you purchase yours, that they are NOT meant to be worn. I live in Maine, so I have always bought the black ones, and have never noticed the staining and spots that they acquire from every day wear and weather. This year, I decided to try the chestnut color, not realizing how easily they get stained. I treated them before wearing them outside, and wore them literally for 20 minutes, in slightly wet grass, got two quarter sizes spots of water on the toes, and the boots are ruined. The water (literally, just WATER) stained them, permanently, and the customer service representative basically told me that I shouldn't have worn them outside at all, that they are basically meant to be inside shoes, or slippers. No dirt, dust, dew, definitely no snow or rain. For this much money I would think that they could treat them in some way to allow a little water to touch them without permanent damage. Seems silly to me that every single drop of dust or dew or dirt is going to leave a permanent mark. So if you plan to wear these outside at all, I recommend a dark color - and you should know that if you get anything on them, it IS going to stain them, whether you treat them before wearing them or not. I called to complain about this and was very pleased when Zappos offered to exchange them for me, for a pair of BLACK boots, which came today and even though I know the snow/dew/rain is going to stain them, I wont see it on this color. Maybe this is something that everyone else already knows, but I definitely did not know this about Uggs!

Well, I love them. I have been in love with them for the last couple of years. I live in IL and it snows a lot when you put spray on it protect them. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a teacher I am on my feet all day and they are so cozy and keep my feet warm at the same time. I have 3 pairs of Uggs and I would buy them again. Yes, they are a lot of money but they last such a long time. I'm not sure how the kids ones are I tend to buy the cheaper ones for my kids.

A great, comfy boot. Runs ever so slightly larger but for me that is mitigated when I wear socks. When I don't wear socks, the slight looseness isn't an issue.

I love my Uggs. Very comfortable, and I can wear them with almost anything. I have them in Brown also! They're the best.

These short Uggs are great. I wear a Merrell 8, a Dansko 38, but my regular shoe size is 7½. These size 8 work perfectly.

I work in fashion and have been a fan of Ugg boots since 2004. Do I think they are cute and fashionable? Nope. Do I love them? YES. They are so comfortable and warm and they just make me SO happy. I am self professed shoe lover-I wear heels all the time. I give everyone a free pass on one ugly but comfortable shoe. I've known designers that wear crocs around the office all day and bloggers that wear Chacos. Uggs are mine and I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfort!

All of my Uggs are size 6, but the latest pair that I ordered was too tight, so I swapped them for a size 7, which was too big. I am going to exchange the 7 for another 6 and hope that I get a looser pair.

I can't say enough about how comfortable Uggs are...bought them before a ski trip and they are pure heaven to put on. If you live or travel to a cold place, buy them without hesitation.

Super warm and comfortable. Now I know what everyone was talking about. Definitely wear them barefoot, your feet will thank you!

Pricey after taxes but these are a Wonderful boot...truly warm and comfy. I loved them so much I bought a second pair but I found them on clearance at a local department store.

The Uggs are indeed warm, cozy and downright fabulous on the the feet. I ordered a size 8 and you still have room to wiggle those toes . I prefer to wear my Uggs with sock footies instead of regular socks because your feet are so toasty due to the lambs fur that extends the entire boot in the inside. I do suggest that you spray them with protective guard to keep the color and protect from water. Overall I recommend you purchase these boots..awesome in all areas. I also went to the local mall and tried on a pair to make sure I ordered the perfect fit.

Zappos asks me to write a review for those shoes I bought for my daughter. What to say other than praises? Uggs are really the default boots for general in-town use in winter. We are always very pleased with the comfort and quality.

The quality and style of this boot is superb. but the instep was tight, and if you wanted to wear a heavy sock, you would definitely need to size up. Although I do not have a wide calf, there was little room to spare.

The Uggs are great. I needed them for the snow and I did not have to go from store to store to find them. They were delivered to my house in two days (because of the weekend). This is the best way to shop!

I love Uggs! I ordered both pairs (black & grey) from Zappos. They were delivered very quickly. Zappos is amazing. And I am going to order some more for sure.

I have been an UGG holdout...but needed a comfortable and lightweight boot for international travel; something that packed well in a suitcase without taking up too much weight and space. Loved these for wearing in airports--and packing in my suitcase.

My short black Uggs fit perfectly. They arrived in two after ordering. I love them. Thanks for the fast service. I'm very pleased. I ordered a 7, usually wearing a 7 1/2 with socks. I wear them with no socks as suggested. Toasty.

I had to order a size 12 UGG for an older friend who also needed a flat boot to walk more easily. She had never heard of Uggs but WOW was she pleased. Not only did the boots fit comfortably, they arrived in time for all the crazy snow in Boston!
