These shoes are very comfortable but the sizes run small. I normally wear between a 9 to 9½ and had to return that and get a 10.

Love them! Love them! I normally wear a size 9 and ordered an 8. At first I thought they were too small but as I walked around the house the "fluff" inside flattens down and they feel great. Each time I wear them they get better!

What can I say? They are UGGS. Super comfortable, great color, great length. I've had several compliments already. Can't go wrong. Now my daughter and my sister want the same ones.

Fantastic boots. I love the color and they are so soft. I have many pairs of Uggs but this was my first pair in this color. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these for my wife as a Christmas present. The first size didn't fit, I guess they really do run a 1/2 too big. She contacted Zappos and they sent a smaller size the next day to compare and a shipping lable to send back the wrong ones. Super helpful and GREAT to deal with! Thanks Zappos, she LOVES the boots!

I love my boots I wish I could buy them in every color because they are so comfortable. I always buy these one size smaller than my normal size and they are perfect.

I personally do not wear Uggs; however, I have bought a few pairs for my wife and daughters (3) and grand daughter. I have been impressed with the quality and durability of the boots. My daughters where theirs all the time in winter and they hold up just fine. They even like to wear them in the spring and fall as well. One recommendation is to do the water treatment on them. We have done that each year they get them and they last.

I love the Classic Short Boots. They are so comfortable. I hate to wear socks and these have made my life so much easier. I can pull them on and run and they are so warm. Buying them from Zappos was the best decision that I made. I ordered the wrong size the first time and they sent me the correct size before I returned the wrong size ones. You have got to love that! It is easier than going to the mall to exchange.

Uggs are just Uggs, the best. Off brands are OK, these are the best. And Zappos does the best delivery job of anyone. They tell you to buy half to a full size down, which you should do.

These boots are very warm and feel like you are wearing slippers. The size (for me) was pretty true, more like a tennis shoe than a dress shoe. I also have a pair of UGG Mocks, they are well worth the money, and I will buy more.

Great boot. Very comfortable with stylish grey color. You may need to order a size up as the fit is small.

These boots are really nice. We got them for our daughter for Christmas. She said they are very comfortable and wears them daily. I would buy them again. Size up if you like room or if you like a more snug fit, actual size works well.

Loved the boot but it was too small. I wear a 10 1/2 and have a high arch and instep. I ordered a 10 and had trouble getting it on. When I did get it on, my toe was up to the very end. I am ordering another boot in size 11 and hope it works.

I never thought I would buy a pair of UGG's because the looked ugly to me. I finally broke down and bought a pair. What a wise decision. They are warm and comfortable and don't look so ugly anymore.

I love this color. It goes with everything and the height adds to the versatility. Of course, they have all the comfort and quality expected from Ugg.

Love these. Super snug and warm - beautiful grey color but they run a size too small. I'm a 5 and had to get a 6.

This is my second pair of Uggs in this style. My first pair lasted 7 years and were totally beat up. (I wore them in weather that I shouldn't have.) Finally, my big toe started poking through and I broke down and bought a new pair. Obviously I knew what to expect with these boots and I am very happy with my purchase, only wish I had bought a new pair sooner! When these wear out, I will probably by pair #3.

These are perfect, as usual. I have purchased many pairs of these over the years, as well as the slippers and have never been let down. Sizing remains consistent, and, of course, the speedy shipping and great Zappos return policy if they do not fit.

Such comfortable and warm boots. I also ordered the care kit. My feeling is if you spend that much on boots, make sure you take care of them. Spray went on easily and brush included to fluff up material. Ordered the wrong size for my daughter. The return process was simple and efficient. Will definately will use Zappos for all shoe orders based on free return policy.

This is the third pair of UGS I have purchased. I love how warm and comfortable they are. I have been pleased with the gray color and it seems to go with everything. I love wearing them to Pilates, slip off for class and back on for running errands.

Awesome; a gift, so only have to return it for a different height and color! Love these! (I have 'em too.)

This UGG was a replacement for ones I bought about 20 years. They are long-lasting and so comfortable. Am considering getting another pair in different color. I appreciate the ease of ordering from Zappos.

I gave the boots as a gift and my 17 year old niece loves them. After opening the gift, she immediately put them on leaving her old boots off to the side. She wore the Uggs every day for at least a week! I'm the favorite aunt now! She loves her boots!
