Super love these boots!!! I have wanted them in pink forever and took advantage of the sale price! I did listen to a couple reviews that said these boots run true to size..... It is my opinion that these run a full size larger than normal. I am a solid 9 and ordered these in a 9. They are definitely a full size too big. They fit my daughters perfectly who wear a size 10. Wish I would have followed my gut instinct and ordered a size down. They will be loved by my daughters though!

My Ugg boots arrived faster than I expected, (Thank you, Zappos!) were the perfect color and the perfect size. They are the most comfortable boots I own.

Bought these for my mother, who never mentioned that she wanted a pair, but would put mine on whenever she got the chance. She opened them on Christmas morning, and has worn them every day since that day. She says they're the most comfortable shoes she has, and every time I've seen her, she has them on. I bought these Uggs for my sister who always wears them, I tend to go for ones with detail or a zipper. But, when I saw these with the metallic back I bought a pair of them and I love the classic short feel and ease of use to get the on. Great inexpensive buy!

Well, just received my 6th pair of Ugg boots. As always Zappos service can't be beat. And yes I love Ugg boots. This pair I got in the lighter blue. LOVE them. Its like a robin egg blue. I like some color besides the normal black, gray, navy and brown. So I have a nice light pink and now these really pretty blue. I order my regular size and they fit great. I get the classic short or the baily button. Love both styles. They are so warm. Way to go Zappos for the quick delivery...

I purchased two pair, of these great boots one for my daughter & one for me. My daughter wears size 6 1/2 shoes with arch supports. Size 7 Uggs with arch supports fit well, with room for growth. I wear size 8 1/2 to 9 shoes. Size 8 Uggs fit perfectly. We both find them to be super comfortable. We wear them without socks, and they keep our feet warm & dry. My daughter's feet normally perspire; however, they have been fine in these boots as long as she does not wear socks.

Zappos is absolutely awesome. I have never written a review for anyone but Zappos is well deserving. Great shipping and return services. Their customer service agents are delightful and efficient! Gave a whole new meaning to my online shopping experience!

I bought these as essentially 'slippers she can wear in public' for my wife to replace an older, beat-up pair. she insists on their warmth and comfort. I like that she's happy, so they get my thumbs up. One note of caution - they absorb everything that hits them so I highly recommend applying the suede covering/protector before you take them out and about.

My wife is a very fashion forward woman and she loves these boots! I bought them as a Christmas gift for her. She wears a size 9 usually so I bought these in a size 9 as well and they fit great. She says they are extremely warm, comfortable and flexible. Hope this helps you guys and ladies.

I was looking for comfortable casual boots. After recent knee surgery I found any heel uncomfortable. These kept my feet warm and were incredibly comfortable immediately. They are snug but I liked the fact they don't slip and I don't have to wear heavy socks.

I love Uggs but my existing pair were just old, tired and ready to go to Uggs heaven. So I bought a new pair. In Euro sizes, I normally take a 38, so that's what I bought (couldn't remember or determine what the size of my existing ones were). The arrived; I waterproofed them; I went out for a walk. Too big. Should have gotten the 37s. Couldn't return them because I dutifully waterproofed them. So, I gave them to my daughter who was endlessly grateful. I'll wait until next year for my next pair, but they are the best and so is Zappos!

I love them so much! It is a great neutral color! Perfect fit and keep my toes so warm and toasty! The classic Uggs run bigger than other Uggs style and stretch to fit.

They shipped on time and in excellent condition. Glad to have those in the winter because they definitely keep your paws warm!

I love my Uggs boots...so comfortable and great color! Also have the blue. I have no problem with the sizing..I wear size 6...sometimes 6.5 (if made small). I wear 6 in Uggs and fit is perfect! Definitely will get a few more colors!

I have never ordered boots online before. I found the Zappos website to so quick & easy. I picked the boot, size & color I wanted with ease. I loved how simply it was. Their were no surprise shipping costs and we received the boots just in time for Christmas. My daughter is in love with her new boots & we can't wait to order again!!
