Disappointed in how the Uggs have changed since my last pair about 5 years ago. They are noticeably narrower, and with wide feet, that is not a good thing. I also do not like how the Sand color is darker than it used to be. Also, the size 8 seems smaller than last time. I would say order up!

I have resisted uglies for so long...but more poor cold feet finally won me over. They are comfy and warm and good enough to commute in. I do wish they had half sizes. The 7 is a bit snug but I can't go up to the 8 or I'll be that annoying girl that drags her feet around!

First let me say that Zappos is awesome! I ordered them and got them the next day for free! As for the boots, they are not really the quality that I would expect for the money. This is my first pair of Uggs and I was expecting a lot more. When I got them, the bottom part of the boot was a lot thicker on one of them than the other. The one is so thin that I fell like if I were to trip, my toe would go right out of the end of it. The lining on them is awesome though and they are extremely comfortable. I did keep them, only because I am one of those people that wants them now and doesn't want to wait for another pair (they were a present). If something happens to them, then I will be returning them. As for fit, I usually wear a 7 - 7 1/2 and I bought a size 8 and they fit perfectly so I would recommend going up a size.

I'm very sad that I have to return these! I bought my first Classic Short UGGs about 6 years ago and wore them almost daily, almost year-round. They finally wore out. The leather dried out and split and cracked at the seams around the sole, and tore out along the stitching behind the ankle. I still consider that pretty good, for the amount of wear I put into them over the years. I decided to replace them with another pair of Classic Shorts, this time ordered from Zappos. The only difference in appearance I noticed between the old ones and the new ones is the tread pattern on the bottom. However after a couple of days, the left one squeaked/crunched with every step, or just shifting my weight while standing still. The right one rubbed the back of my ankle terribly, to the point of losing skin and having to wear a band-aid to cover the big weeping sore. I returned the pair because of the squeak, not the blister. The exchange process was amazingly fast and convenient! But after about a week, both boots squeaked and crunched. No blisters or sore spots, just that unbearable noise with every step I take down the quiet hallways at work. I'm sorry to say that I'll be returning these. It's not Zappos fault and there must have been some type of manufacturing difference between the older boots and the newer ones. Quite a shame, as I loved my original Uggs and don't want to walk around wearing cheaper copycat brands.

I love buying from Zappos! They are the greatest people to work with ever. I have never had any kind of problem and everything I order has been exactly what I thought it would be.

The bottoms of these are cheap. After wearing them for a month or two the soles wear down and you will look like you're walking knock-kneed. Spend the extra few bucks for the ultra or ultimate styles that have a much better soles that do not wear down.

I loved these boots - apparently to death. I got them in the late fall of 2008 and they ripped in early spring of 2010. I washed them according to the official Ugg cleaning kit - I really don't know if it helped. I really wished they had lasted longer, but I did love wearing slippers around 24/7. If you're looking for more than comfort and style, you might want to consider a studier boot that would last longer.

The UGG Classic Short boots did not fit well for me. The foot part fit fine, but my calves are on the muscular side so the top did not fit my leg. I ended up ordering the 3-button Bailey and I like it so much better.

I usually take a size 8N, ordered a size 7, heel slides and boot tends to put pressure on the top of my toes. I tried wearing them in the house without socks, can't get use to this. I wish I would of bought a size 8 to wear socks which would help with heel slippage and also adds extra cushioning. I have tried everything to make these comfy boots however with no success. I wear my Dansko shoes in all weather conditions, and nothing more comfy!

Incredibly comfortable boots, but they need to be pretreated with a suede protectant. They attract dirt like nobody\'s business and even water stains them. Very happy with the fit and feel, but very disappointed with the way they attract stains.

This is my second pair of Uggs. They are too tight. As mentioned by other reviewers, it seems they've gone down about a half size. I take a size 6.5 and ordered the size 6 as advised, and they were uncomfortably tight. I didn't even have to try both shoes on. After trying on the first, I immediately reboxed them and returned them. My first pair, by the way, purchased about 6 years ago, fit perfectly (size 6).

Ugg boots - I have been buying Ugg boots for my daughters the last couple of years. This year I decided I would get my own instead of wearing theirs all the time. They are so comfortable. Love them...

One word, comfy - These boots are the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. I wear a size 6 or 6 1/2, but bought a 5, and they fit great. I recommend you treat the boots before wearing, to keep them looking nice. Will definitely buy another pair!

Order smaller... I got my Uggs about 2 years ago and back then was advised to order true size...I am an 8, so I got an 8. Way too big...at this point, I have barely worn them because they literally fall off of my feet!! A friend has a 6 and that seems to be the right fit for me. Other than that, they are very warm and comfy!!

Ugg Girl - I've ordered several Uggs from your site so I was a bit disappointed that this particular pair didn't give me much slack in the toe area. They aren't too tight, but my toe is right at the tip of the shoe, which I'm not crazy about. Usually there's plenty of room overall with the Uggs.

I love these boots, but they leave my feet with black stains after wearing them, since you are not supposed to wear socks with them.

Ugg Classic Short Need to be in Half Sizes - I bought both a size 6 and a 7 but neither fit properly for my 7.5 foot. The 6 too small, the 7 too big and both felt sloppy unlike other Uggs that I have. I had wanted a nice short Ugg for around the house but honestly, I don't recommend this boot if you need stability. Wide toe but just a sloppy fit.

To Whom It May Concern, I'm really bummed about my latest pair of Uggs. They dye my feet black every time I wear them and the sole doesn't seem to be as cushioned as my others. I really like wearing Uggs to yoga but now I have black feet when I take them off so it really doesn't work.

Black Ugg Classic Short - This is my 3rd pair of Uggs. I have the pink Fluff Mommas (FAV) & a pair of the pink Classic Short. My new black pair is just as comfortable. The only thing I hate about them is that the dye comes off on my foot! It doesn't wash off all that easily either. Maybe over time this will stop but for right now it makes me reluctant to wear them - especially if I think I might want to take them off somewhere and I can't wash my feet right away! Wearing socks would prevent this but that defeats the purpose of wearing UGGs & plus I'd be ruining a lot of socks! Curious if any one has a solution to this problem.

Not the best Uggs I've purchased - I bought these a size smaller based on recommendations and they fit but are not nearly as comfortable as my other Uggs. They look great but not sure how well they'll perform in the winter in the northeast. Not my finest purchase.

Go half-size small only.. I recently bought a grey one. Although I wear 6.5 normally, I ordered size 5 after reading the comments here. And it turned out to be small, so it's not that comfy. Since I wore it couple times hoping that they will get loosen, I could not return them either. Also, grey is not that cute.

Ugg Classic Short - I am so glad someone invented the Uggs since they are the only shoe that keeps my feet warm. However, I wish they came in narrow and it seems they could have came with a better arch support. They are still the only shoes I will wear at this time for the warmth factor. The service from Zappos is excellent! EVERYONE is kind and courteous. I will never hesitate to use Zappos.
