I ignored the Ugg hype for years and finally decided that I could justify the price once I moved to Colorado. They are so comfortable! I have since tried to buy other snow boots (Lands End, LL Bean, Columbia, etc) and have not found any of them to be as warm or comfortable as my Uggs. I even returned my LL Bean boots because they were so uncomfortable compared to my Uggs. I wear them often without socks, even when the temperatures are negative outside, and my feet stay cozy and warm. I only wish they were more waterproof. I also found that they run true-to-size.

I wear Uggs all the time! I need a new pair every year and I always buy from Zappos! But there was way too much of the lining inside coming out when I tried it on. I just feel like the quality is no longer there with Uggs! Devastated!

These boots are comfortable and keep your feet so toasty. They're also so convenient to just slip on and off when you're on the go. I think they look cute with slimmer style jeans or leggings. However, I feel that they run small and I dislike how they only come in whole sizes. I normally wear a 9 in a boot and I found that a size 9 Ugg boot just fit, if it wasn't just a bit too small. My friend recently had her toe wear through the tip of hers and I didn't want that to happen to me so I went one size bigger and bought a 10. I spoke to an Ugg sales rep to get their recommendation as well and they agreed I should go up a size. I find that the 10 is just too big. I can still wear them, but they feel big, even with heavy socks. A size 9.5 would have been just perfect, if they made them. Also, there is no elasticity or stretch of any kind around the top of the boot. So, if you have bigger calves, you may not be able to wear these. I can't wear the taller version of these boots for that reason. My classic shorts just fit my calves (with jeans or leggings tucked in).

I bought these Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. Within 2 weeks they developed an almost perfectly round hole on the top of the toe box. I looked on the web and found other people had the same problem. I thought I had wasted the money. After a month or so I decided to call Zappos to see if they could offer repair or discount on another pair (my teenager would absolutely not wear them with a hole). Zappos was great! They told me they would send another pair overnight and that I should send back the damaged pair. I met the UPS guy in the yard the next afternoon and traded Zappos boxes. I love Zappos!

I had a problem with the Uggs. I wore them to New York to see my baby grandson (I live in Florida) and the next day my heel hurt and I couldn't step down. Home now and still hurts. I don't think they have enough support for me. Can I still return them even though I wore them once? I am a loyal customer but don't know what to do. Thanks.

Would not recommend black if you have a dog or cat that sheds, these boots attract pet fur horribly. I also have these in the natural color, and no fur sticks to them, the black also seem to be a different material and not as soft.

I have had these uggs for less than a year, and I only wear them around the house - never outside and they have developed a hole where my big toe is on the right foot. After researching I have realized that this is a very common problem with Uggs. So sad! I think I will try a different brand now.

Owned a pair of Uggs (classic short in Camel) for 5 years. I am normally a 7, but at the time purchased a six (one size smaller) as advised. They were wonderful for a long time. The footbed and treads were wearing out and I decided to purchase another pair. Here's where the trouble started. I purchased one size smaller, as I had in the past. A size six is way too small now, also too narrow. I think Uggs has remodeled their shoe patterns. Of course, the boots felt fine until I wore them outside for a few days. Now I can't exchange them because they are too worn, but they don't fit. Very sad.

I live in Minnesota and cold feet are the norm. Bought my first pair in 2009, size 7' love them and now wear them as all around the house...pretty beat out but feet still warm. Purchased two consecutive pairs, one Sundance and the other an outdoor tall. This year I bought another classic short Ugg. Sizing was all different than the 2009 pair. I purchased a new classic in gray. Color was "odd" and they were very snug. Exchanged for 8. Still snug and "odd" but better than 7. Not sure if I'm going to keep them. Seems as though quality is not as good. Zappos of course was fabulous! Received the replacement pair in approximately 18 hours! Not sure if I'm going to keep these.

Let's face it, Uggs have never been pretty shoes. They're more of a comfort/warmth thing for me and a necessity in the cold, hard Chicago winter. Unfortunately, I think the quality of these are starting to diminish. This was my fourth pair of Uggs and I've never seen them so thin and lacking in quality. That's why they're going back. Too bad. A winter staple for me will need to be replaced with something else.

The sizing of this product has changed! I ordered the same Ugg Classics in the same size 8 in brown with no problems. Now the size 8 I have ordered in gray are too small! I have to send them back which is a huge hassle.

Love the fast delivery and the lavender color, so pretty. However, these boots felt snugger than typical for this brand and quality not as high end as others I have. Fleece much thinner and only worn one day but feels like wool lining in one boot off when you walk. Almost like you are walking on the edge of the heel. Will try to return for a different pair to see if resolves the issue. Best thing about them is the fun and beautiful color. Love the brand but not sold on this style's quality, surprised made in US. Not 5 star comfort, only 2 but site won't let me change.

I am about to order my third pair of black Uggs since 2010. The first pair was great and lasted until early 2012 when the sheepskin inside started to wear out, so I ordered another pair. I didn't start wearing them until about June 2012, but within about 2 months, my right toe wore through. I was really surprised and was about to order another pair when I saw the price had gone up enough so I wanted to wait a little longer. So I've been wearing them with the hole just when I walk my dog and I don't mind getting dirty. But I'm finally tired of the way it looks, so I'm going to buy another pair hope for the best. I order a 7 which fits fine, although my usual size is 8.

I got the ugg chestnut boots for christmas, did not wear them until the weather was better. After a few wearings my big toe came thru the leather on each foot. They are made in the USA. Not made very well. I am waiting for the receipt and then will return them. I want a pair made in Australia.

They are warm, comfortable, and very stylish but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the color. I purchased the chestnut color and received a very light shaded chestnut. In my opinion they looked worn.

They definitely changed the sizing over the last few years. My regular shoe size is 9 and I had to get an 8 for my last pair of Uggs from 2007. I was about to order size 8 again (according to the suggestion on this site) but then tried on my mom's newer size 8 Uggs and they were way too snug so I ordered my normal size 9. When I received them, they felt narrower and more snug than what I was used to, but they were comfortable and a size 10 would have been too big. I think the company just wanted to slim them down a bit to make them look sleeker than other bulky sheepskin boots. They felt comfortable until one day when I was walking across campus and the back of one boot started digging into the back of my right ankle. I actually began limping because of it and it rubbed so much it cut through my skin. I bought Uggs to avoid this problem, not create it. Later I noticed that not much sheepskin was covering that part of the boot. It just feels bare on the inside of the back of the boot with sheepskin covering everywhere else. But the left boot is fine. So since I received a defective right boot, it would have been best if I went to a store to try them on and inspect them before purchasing. But I'm not sure if I would want to buy from Ugg again since they have raised their prices over the years, but at the same time, have lowered the quality.

The ankle stiching is too tight. This problem seems to exest only for this colour. We have personally check the stock in London UK all brown colours have the same tight ankle stiching but not the other colours.

I needed a flat, warm boot. While this boot is both flat and warm, they're not good in snow. Traction is poor and they don't handle wet very well. On their part, they don't advertise these boots to be snow boots.

I bought a pair of Chestnut and love the color but the shaft of the boot is very narrow...once I have them on they are okay. I cannot wear thick socks because they are too tight.

Beware...the quality of the Ugg boot is not the same. When you compare side by side the boots that I had purchased two years ago, there is no question. The boot is thinner and made poorly. I ordered this boot in January of this year and they had a whole in the outer part of the boot. Zappos sent a replacement boot. I was putting the boot on today and the back seam of the boot tore right in half. I am extremely disappointed in the Ugg brand. The price of the boots have not changed but the quality sure has!

I ordered a size down as was suggetsted by the product description and by reviewers. Getting my foot down the shaft was very difficult and I have fairly narrow feet with thin ankles. You would not be able to wear a sock with this shoe if you are a true size nine. These have to go back.

It was really strangely difficult to get the cardboard out of the front part of the boot. I had to rip it to get it out. I also feel like Uggs run a little narrower than they used to(?). Or else my foot is just getting wider!

I read a lot of reviews that claimed that this Ugg boot was true to size so I bought it for my wife in her normal size only to receive it and discover it was 2 sizes to big. Make sure you order this boot one to two sizes smaller.
