The best boots, and absolutely amazing service. Order 1 size smaller, as these boots run large. You will fall in love with these boots as soon as you put them on. And the customer service that Zappos provides will make you never want to buy shoes anywhere else. Thank you!

My feet feel awesome wearing these! They are sooo comfortable! I do not understand how there’s a hole in the toe of the right foot.

The color did not match the pic...I really had my mind set on the darker of the 2 chestnut color.

The instructions to size down make these too narrow for a normally 8.5 size foot.

Item seems to be hard to get on and tight through the arch on top of the foot with the seam in the boot is. Returned and ordered the Bailey button which has a a better fit.

I'm so sad they didn't fit. I have loved all my Ugg boots in the past.(I have 2 other pairs) It was time to replace. Order the same size 11 that I wear in UGG boots... and too small. The difference ...made in America (That fit). New one just ordered Made in China. Do I need to say more. Start making in USA again. What is sad for me is Zappo's presenly doesn't have a 12 :(

I finally got around to wearing my uggs and i see that they have a little discoloration on both boots. i order the sand color but on the back of both boots they look pinkish. i wish someone could give me a call about this issue.

the dye of the chocolate is not as rich as it used to be - and the size is a full size (at least) larger than regular size

Okay - I WAS a fan of Uggs. I have been wearing them for years - 20+. I miss the old ones. I had my original pair for 15 years - LOVED them. Now, I cannot fit these any longer. The footbed is okay, but the shaft is WAY too narrow. I could never fit my jeans inside. I bought 2 pairs and promptly returned them. I have a couple of pairs from a few years ago that still look decent - I do not wear them in the snow and I spray them and take care of them. I am VERY disappointed.

These just did not work for my feet. I have slender size 7.5 feet and even the size 7 was too big. The length in the 7 was fine, but because the top of the foot part was so tall and the heel so wide, I kept stepping out of the boot trying to walk. I had a much better fit with the big kid size 5 ugg boots.

Very cute overall just runs big.

the color of the pair - Chestnut - is not good i have had these boots and this color before but while i kept this pair (hate to return things) the color is not good, washed out

I have purchased many pairs of Ugg boots and have always been pleased with my purchases. However, this time was a little different. One boot that arrived was totally normal (same Ugg quality and fit) but the other boot felt so cheaply made that it shocked me it was even an Ugg. The boots fabric is very thin as well as the fur inside. When comparing the two togrther they didnt even look like theyd be a pair. Seriously the one boot is something you'd purchase cheap at Walmart. That being said.... When I put on the two boots, they still felt okay and walking in them was comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the quality, and how strange that one boot was fine and the other wasn't! I really expect top quality considering how much these boots retail for.....

I purchased a 7 and wear between a 7 and 7.5, but these were big and very loose. My daughter has a pair from 2010 that still look great and have kept their form. This pair seems as if it is not of the same quality. Very disappointing

These Uggs are a nice color and fit. I gave them three stars because the insole is glued and stitched in. The thing I liked about Uggs was the ability to replace the insole. I need to use an orthotic under the existing insole for needed arch support. I kept them but am working on getting that darn insole out. There is not enough room in this boot to use arch support on top. I do not think this boot would accommodate a thick or wide foot.

Love the boot - been wearing them for years. They are comfortable but they are no good on snow & ice. Soles are slippy & slidey on a snowy day. Be warned!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She wears a size 8 so that is the size that I got. Needless to say she could not even put them on they were way too small! I will be returning them and purchasing a different brand of boot for her.

I don't know if Ugg has changed the way they make the classics, but my last pair was the same size and fit perfectly, if not a little loose, and I could not fit my foot into this boot. The sewing at the ankle made it too tight for my instep - on only the right boot - and I'm returning them. The left boot fit ok but still a little tight in the same spot.

While I like the color, I felt the size was not accurate. I usually wear a size 10 but order UGGs larger so I can wear them with socks. The 11's I bought were too tight.

I recently received these Uggs from Zappos. I must say before talking about these boots that I received these about one week after ordering, was impressed with that. Now for the boots. My previous Uggs were also sand in the classic, which I absolutely loved. I see these new boots from Uggs are not made the same. The quality seems poorer. Even the bottom of the boot has changed. But worst of all is the way the boot cuts into my ankle across the front. I did not have the same problem in the past. Also when I took my first few steps in these I noted the footbed allows my feet to slide around, potentially causing blisters. While I am disappointed in these Uggs, I will most likely keep them, because I do need a new pair of boots and realize that sending them back for a different size will likely not make any difference. I will keep looking around though for a different style of Uggs in case they make a style that will not cut into my ankle.

This is my second pair of Uggs Classic short boots. I do have to say that I am disappointed in how they are making them now. They do not seem near as sturdy, kind of thin. I usually wear a size 8 to 8½ and these seemed quite big. I am returning them so that I can get a size 7. Even though the 7 seems a little snug, they seem to stretch. I only wish they came in half sizes, a 7½ would be perfect! With all that said, I still love them!
