Bought these as a Christmas Gift for my wife to replace a pair of New Balance she had worn for years and that were out of production so she could not get new ones. She was thrilled. Has worn them several times and claims they are even more comfortable than the old ones. I know the service was great and shipping fast. I know things seem a bit higher here than some places, but these are genuine, not cheap knock offs and shipping is fast, and service is great. Worth the extra couple bucks every time.

Walk in comfort - This is the most comfortable walking shoe I've ever worn. For serious walks I wear thin socks; if I'm just running to the store, I can wear it with no socks. I keep telling myself "these aren't ugly, they're European-looking"...but I really don't care that they're a little clunky because they feel like clouds on my feet. I gave them 4 stars for "Look" just to keep myself honest, but they are really 5-star walking shoes!

These are the best pair of shoes. I live in them now! I wear orthotics and they provide enough room to accommodate them, great arch support and toe room. Not fashionable at all, but if you want comfort, support and a light weight shoe. These are the one.

Walking on air - It is very light weight and when you walk it does feel like you are walking on air and very stylish.

All White Comfort Shoes - I really need a size 10 1/2, but most manufacturers seem to think that after you get to size 10, you should only need full sizes. I have been so pleased with the New Balance shoes I have had in the past, not only because they are great for comfort, but because they make them in 10 1/2. I need all white comfort shoes to wear for several hours at a time a couple of days a week. For several years all I could find were in size 10 and at the end of the day my toes were always sore. And size 11's are almost always too long to wear without sliding up and down. I was so excited to find that New Balance made a great comfort shoe in "all white" - not so sporty looking as the other New Balance shoes I have worn. And, it has some feminine embroidery that looks nice with my dress. These shoes fit perfectly, give me nice support, and my toes really like that little bit of extra room on the end. Great Walking shoes - I have had trouble with my feet for over 2 years now and had been wearing nothing but CROCS. I had decided I really needed to find shoes that fit well so I ordered the New Balance and love them. They do not hurt my feet and are wonderful and comfortable. I may end up buying the brown I like them so much.

Great Shoes For Arthritis - I need shoes with a large toe box due to arthritic changes in my feet. These shoes are perfect for me! Of course they came the next day after I ordered them, in time for a Christmas present to me!

Just what I needed - After recent foot/toe surgery, I needed black tennis shoes. My podiatrist recommended the New Balance brand as a good choice. I found this style to be quite comfortable and serviceable. My orthotics fit into them quite well.

Finally! : ) Finally a shoe that will fit my arch supports and very high instep, and is acceptable to wear to the (business casual) office. The only problem I've had is that the shoelaces are a silky material that comes untied frequently. Hoping that will stop as they wear in.

Comfortable, but clunky - I am on my feet all day at work and these are my shoe of choice for a long day, not marshmallowy soft, but good and supportive. I would wear them every day if they weren't so hard soled on the bottom. They make a clap when I walk.

Very comfortable shoe - I have worn New Balance for years. I have a wide foot. I don't know what I would do without Zappos. Even though I live in NYC, very few stores carry wide widths these days. These shoes are very comfortable for walking. I live in them. They need no breaking in. I would highly recommend this shoe.

New Balance great - This is a shoe that fits me, finally. It’s wide enough in the toe box but still fits nicely on the heel. It’s comfortable, but think will put an insole in it.

Great shoes! Since I have very wide feet, I have a great difficulty finding comfortable shoes. These shoes fit, are extremely comfortable, supportive...and simply said, "great."

Great Athletic Shoe - This is a very comfortable athletic shoe. Not only is it comfortable, it looks good!

I have degenerative arthritis of both knees and because of other medical problems they hesitate to operate. I have injection every two months in my knees and take pain medications. I was unable to find a shoe that I could walk without pain until I ordered the New Balance WW901. I am able to walk more and I can sleep without waking up in pain. I am thankful I have found the right shoe for me.

Wonderful fit, quality and appearance - Every time I order from Zappos I think it just can't be as good as the previous time. But, each time it gets better. Immediate processing of the orders and delivery in one or two days (two days only if the order was being processed over the weekend). These shoes are so comfortable. I have always worn SAS shoes because of the fit in the toe area, so I was hesitant to try another brand. I am so glad I ordered these. I wear them every day for every occasion. I am very pleased with these shoes. I looked everywhere for shoes that where wide enough for my daughter as she has very bad bunions due to a birth defect. When you say x-wide that's what you mean! Thanks!

I love this shoe - I work in a factory and am on my feet 8 hrs a day. On concrete to boot!!! These shoes have been great. I put different insoles in them for extra comfort. (Right over the original ones.) They are kind of ugly but have the wide toe I need. I wear the 2x width. No pinching my feet or toes anymore. I've even been wearing them till bedtime for a few nights with no discomfort. (I used to take my shoes off the minute I walked in the door.) I would purchase these shoes again. Also I had them on my doorstep within 24 hrs. Wow what a great company.

Great work shoe! My job requires a lot of standing and I must wear closed in shoes. These are perfect for this if not that stylish. I usually take a wide width shoe but had to return them and order a medium. I've worn them only once but they are very comfortable, even at the end of the day.
