I hurt my foot while running and could barely put weight on it for days. Then I tried to start running again and the pain happened again at the end of my runs and even from the slightest pressure, so I did some research on insoles and bought this pair for a 5K that I had. It was amazing I started wearing them to work to get used to the feel and ran with them the next day. I had no pain! They are light weight and comfortable; I want another pair.

I stuck these puppies into my Salomon trail runners because I was experiencing extra impact on the ball of my feet. I did have to trim them down a bit. I used them to run the Ragnar Relay in Las Vegas. I ran 15.5 miles. Let's just say I'm the only one on my team that didn't get blisters/excess pain on my feet. Good job, Superfeet!

This brand is wonderful! I've had a broken foot and plantar fascia for year. These saved me for the pricey doctor molded inserts. The pink berry works best me. Husband likes green!

These work so well! I have collapsing arches, and a running store suggested I get these to help support my arches while running. Now I don't have any more arch pain - definitely recommend.

I wear these in my running shoes. They help me stave off plantar fascitis and other pains in my feet. I tried other colors of Superfeet and found that they didn't work anywhere nearly as well. Highly recommend.

These are awesome. This is my second set of these inserts and I couldn't be more happy with them. They make "trendy" shoes comfortable, I wish I had found these years ago.

These insoles are great in athletic shoes. I have a lot of knee and hip pain, and exchange my walking shoes regularly because they wear out from the inside of the shoe. These insoles extend the use of a pair of shoes by 100%.

I have worn Superfeet for five years and LOVE them. I wear Brooks athletic shoes and they fill up a little bit more of the inside of the shoe than the innersoles that come in the shoes. I rotate my old ones into my "yard shoes" and put new ones in my new Brooks. They take a little getting used to at first, but provide excellent support. Once you have used them you will never be satisfied with factory-provided innersoles again.

I have worn Superfeet green and berry for years to help with my overpronation and my overall biomechanical alignment. As someone with a bad back, I notice when I don't have my Superfeet. This product is better than some of the very expensive custom orthotics I have seen and I have known lots of podiatrists and orthopedic doctors who suggest these too. You will notice that the arch feels further back on the foot than you might expect, but this is actually normal and correct because it has to properly support the subtalar joint. Also Superfeet are a must have for anyone with plantar fasciitis.

These are fantastic inserts! I'd only used the black, but decided to try these and I'm so glad I did! I have a fairly high arch and use these in sturdy athletic shoes.

I love these insoles! I have them in all my running shoes. They seem to run a little small. I wear a woman's 11 and don't trim them at all.

I needed more arch and overall support for my Mizunos and these Superfeet were perfect. Did not have to cut to fit, just took out the old, put the new in. I have ordered another pair for my other athletic shoes. Thank you Zappos.

I absolutely love these insoles. I have high arches and troubled feet. My arches and heels of my feet ache. I work in a kitchen 6-8 hrs and am on hm feet the whole time. These superfeet make my foot pain disappear completely. I bought two pairs one for my 8 shoes and one for my 8.5 shoes. I will definitely buy another pair of these whenever they wear down. I also have the 3/4 for high heels which I wear in my Steven Madden boots and the 3/4 which is wear in my born oxfords both of which are from lovely zappos.com. I will definitely wear Superfeet for a very long time.

When the insoles in my hiking shoes wore out, I needed new ones. This seems to be a good replacement, and supportive for my plantar fasciitis. Plus they are comfortable.

These feel great! I was going to wear them for a few hours, but forgot that I had them in. I'm ordering a second pair.

I have ordered these three different times and for over the counter inserts I believe they are the best I have ever tried. I would recommend them.

I bought a pair of these in August from a local retailer in Augusta, GA. Same pricing. Anyhow, they went through the process of helping try to find the right fit. It took a few minutes to find the right fit. This one as the "go to" for the sales person. The insoles should last a year, and yet, at about the 8 month mark, I think I want to replace them. These were helpful with my feet when I was out of sync because I needed my hip replaced. They are still working I think. I like them and I am glad I got some fitting help. I'd recommend that if you're confused about which ones to purchase, that maybe it would be a good idea to call the manufacturer. Overall, I find these helpful with my low insteps. I am 55 years old, 140 pounds and 67".

These are great. They provide support, but don't take up too much space. I used them to replace really expensive orthotics I got from my podiatrist and they seem to be doing the same job. I took a little bit of time to get used to them (maybe one day), but I don't even notice them now.

Pillows for my gym feet! I wear Superfeet in all my shoes. I have narrow, flat feet, so these help to bulk up my feet and provide essential "arch-making" support. I got these Berry insoles for my gym shoes. I sprint on the treadmill, weight lift, kickbox, and do ploymetrics in these. My box jumps have never been so comfy! I don't think I'd use these for daily wear or hiking, as it's not the ball of my foot in those activities that takes the weight. That said, the padding here does a nice job of filling in the shoes. So, if you need forefoot cushion, arch support, and/or bulk added to the front of your shoe, these are it!

I originally purchased these insoles at a local running store, and since I was already familiar with what I needed, ordering from Zappos was a no brainer. I buy a size larger than needed, then I remove the original shoe insole, trace the shape onto the Superfeet insole, then cut off the excess for a perfect fit. I pronate and have plantar fasciitis, and these insoles help tremendously.

Seeking extra arch support, I have two pair of Superfeet Premium Berry insoles for use in a pair of casual walking shoes and also a pair of boots with heels just under 2 inches. They add enough cushion in the ball of the foot area to ease discomfort in my big toe joint, and the arch support is good. I've tried two other types of Superfeet insoles, one for athletic shoes and the other in wool and have not had the same positive results with those. The Berry insoles seem to just right for my feet. They seem as if they will last a long time. One pair I have is 2 years old.

These insoles make a good pair of shoes your favorite pair, very cushy and comfortable! They can be changed with each pair you wear. I never wear my shoes without first putting in these great insoles.

The best insoles for going distances. I run and walk half marathons using these insoles as replacements for the ones that come in my running shoes. These really help my feet.
