My podiatrist sent me to a local store that specializes in running shoes and Superfeet insoles. My feet were analyzed, and I purchased the recommended "women specific Berry." After walking in them for a short while, I could not believe how my heel pain increased. I noted this to my podiatrist, and he added some extra arch support to them. There is almost no padding over the hard plastic in the heel area. I do all the treatments recommended for my plantar fasciitis, but if I use the Superfeet, the heel pain returns. I have had much better luck with another brand of insoles. I wish I had read the box better and realized they had a guarantee.

This insole was recommended by my podiatrist after having bunion surgery.. The first couple of weeks were OK and I ordered this pair for my other shoes, however, after another month, my feet were very unhappy! Felt like I'd been walking on cement barefoot. I've seen other rave reviews, but, this particular insole doesn't work for me.

These are a ripoff. They are recommended for those who stand for long periods of time, and are advertised as having the most ball of foot cushion of the superfeet insoles. None of this is true. I am on my feet 10 hours a day at work, and I had more pain after 2 hours of wearing these than if I were just wearing my original shoes and insoles. There is no cushion in the ball of foot whatsoever. For $60 and all the rave reviews I expected much better. P.S. these are $20 cheaper on Amazon and I had to fight with Zappos to get a price match. Disappointed, hoping they'll let me return.

I do not recommend this product. I have worn the green superfeet in the past which I thought were too hard. But these caused my shoes to become way too small, even thought I took out the old inserts and replaced them with the superfeet, I got horrible blisters from my shoes. If you do use these, you have to buy your shoes at least 1 size larger.
