I have tried just about every insole that's sold in stores, and none of them have ever helped my foot pain. I have med-high arches, and would get terrible pain in the heels and balls of my feet whenever I had to stand (like working a retail job, or even shopping for a couple hours). I thought my only option would be to get custom insoles from a podiatrist, but these insoles have seriously been a miracle. I can stand for 8 hours straight, and have no foot pain at the end of the day. And not only that, but I find my knees and back don't ache like they used to. I tried the green insoles first, but found they didn't feel quite right. Exchanged them (very easily!) for these Berry insoles and my feet feel so great. I seriously can't say enough good things about them.

So far all great , were expensive compared to others but I'm told they are worth it !

Fits perfectly in my shoes without having to trim, and seems to be helping my foot pain.

I ordered for use in my sneakers. I followed the sizing instructions but found it was a little too long for my shoes and trimmed them down. It works well in the cheapie, everyday sneakers but is too tight in the ones with good support already. I've only had them for a couple of weeks so I don't know how well they hold up

I wish it had a little more comfort on the front it really does what it says about heel support.

Comfortable. Although I had to cut the insoles to make them fit in my boots and now it feels weird at the toe end of my boot

Pretty comfortable. Cutting them down to fit shoes made a big difference. The squeaking though, it's terrible. I might have to remove them just because of that alone.

Exactly what I ordered. A little stiff and hard. Quick and easy to deal with.

I just received these, I'm a 7-7.5 in shoes; so I got the berry C. But I've tried all of my shoes and they don't fit in any :( I have low back issues and knee problems- right now I'm in a brace for dislocation of my knee cap so my dad recommended y'all.

I bought these as an alternative to the green pain relief insoles. I will be buying these again for shoes that do not allow for the bulk of the pain relief insoles. I use them daily and find great benefit from a pain standpoint.
