I am a kettlebell sport lifter, and I've been having problems with foot cramping- likely because I have pretty bad overpronation. I'd been trying different shoes, but nothing helped. I put these in my lifting shoes and didn't notice a difference immediately, but after breaking them in for a week, I just finished a competition with hardly any foot cramping! I could not recommend these more for anyone who has any kind of foot pain!

I am a repeat customer. About every year or so I replaced them. I put them in my sneakers, boots and shoes that have replaceable innersoles. My body has many aches and pains and these innersoles are the ones that give me the best posture, support, comfort and some cushioning. Great color too!

I've been using superfeet for several years. I had been wearing one pair for too long and realized that my feet were starting to ache by mid-afternoon. I purchased new ones and the difference in how my feet felt was significantly better.

For about 1 year my feet have been hurting and cramping terrible after a long day at work, and especially during and after working out. The Berry inserts gave me instant relief. The pain decreased day by day for a little over one week, and I've been completely pain free since!!! I put them inside the gym shoes I wear to work and use them everyday. I originally had these inserts 9 years ago when I was running and working out more regularly. I didn't originally buy for pain or issues.. just got bc they were recommended by the salesman at the running store one day :).... I didn't realize what good they really did! I'm glad I was able to find the same ones! Very happy with this product, highly recommend! The only downside is that they slightly squeak inside my shoe when I walk (don't know how or why.. weird) and I feel like my coworkers can hear me coming down the hall at work when it's quiet.

Super feet Berry - They Worked from day one! I am Running and moving without arch pain!

Have been using these Superfeet Berry B insoles for a couple of years in my hiking boots. They are absolutely wonderful! When I power up a trail every afternoon with my dog, sometimes I think he'd like to have 4 Superfeet Berry B's on his paws!

I have plantar fasciitis really bad & these insoles are amazing!! They help get through a 16 work day!!!

I don't know that I can do these inserts justice . . .when I use them, and I use them in all of my running shoes, my gait is perfect and the wear on my shoes is even. I have not had any issues with shin splints, knee pain or cramps. They are wonderful. Now, if superfeet could add some more cushion and spring . . .that would be amazing!! LOL

I've been wearing SF for over 10yrs now.I'm a Union Electrician& work off ladders or am walking on concrete. I'm not a big girl,but my sz6 feet have a high arch,high instep.Iwear nothing but Vasque Sundowners, when they changed their internal shape, I needed an insert to fill the void(too much slippage)My local camping/climbing store sold me the SFberry & will forever be a fan. I feel sorry for people who deal with foot pain, I only have out when I break down my SF & I'm in between purchasing new ones. I recommend them to all of my Female Tradeswomen! The ABSOLUTE BEST!

This is the second time I bought Superfeet ! I have a foot condition called peritoneal tendinitis and my PT lady recommended them. I wear the insert in my sneakers daily ! I'm a hairdresser and I'm on my feet long days ! Thanks . Great product Ps fits perfectly

My wife had a pair and needed another pair for her new shoes. These are the only insoles giving her enough support to overcome her foot problems. Podiatrist suggestion and we are believers in superfeet.

Fabulous shoe insert for high arch foot! I used to use the green but this one works better

Been wearing custom orthotics and haven't helped my feet in a long time. Recently my physical therapist said "your alignment is still off, buy a pair of Superfeet." Bought the Berry and I can wear them in my sneakers and not feel pain! My overpronation is much better and my sore tendon is feeling better. Bought three other styles and a 4th its way!

I don't have any arches and realized inserts would alleviate my knee pain. The clerk at Eastern Mountain Sports was knowledgeable, he sized me and referred me to the website. It adds support but without the discomfort of adjusting to them.

My feet are feeling so special since I bought the Superfeet! Walking is much more fun knowing that I have Superfeet to protect me!!

This is the second pair I've bought! I wore the first to pieces over a year and a half in the ER. They are amazing!

I'm new to running, and had pain on the inner side of my left arch while running for more than 10 minutes at a time. I tried > 5 pairs of shoes fit at specialty running stores, and the issue continued; I was very close to giving up. Then I bought these insoles... Now, the pain is magically gone. This product is amazing. I cannot recommend more. They fit the contours of my feet very well, and the sizing for me was spot on. I have medium to high arches and apparently excessively pronate. Loosening the laces of my running shoes was also key to decreasing discomfort.

After suffering for well over a year from fallen arches (I'm over 55) the shoe store owner recommended I try the Berry Superfeet inserts. I have flat feet and a very narrow heel, and due to the pain, had to stop walking altogether. After wearing the Superfeet insoles all I can say is, what a difference! I feel like I'm walking on clouds. No more severe foot and calf cramps at night. I can stand for hours and not get tired, and the pain in my feet, knees, calves, and back are GONE! All due to the Berry Superfeet! I even slide them into my Uggs, which have zero arch support, and I can walk around all day long. Fantastic product! It's a real life changer for this newbie 'Senior' gal, and a must for flat feet support!! Thank you so very much!

I've purchased berry soles a month ago and instantly feel the comfort in my shoes when I walk. No more pain after being on my feet all day.

I was skeptical that these inserts would actually make my feet stop hurting because I am a large woman & I stand on hard concrete floors every day at work, but no more pain after about a week!

I bought these at an REI quite some time ago but never got around to actually using them, until my PT suggested it when I had gone in for knee pain. She cautioned me to not wear them all day straight off the bat, so that I don't hurt myself. However, after I accidentally left them in for most of the day at work one day, when I took them out, it was uncomfortable to NOT have them in. I have taken all the insoles out of my shoes so that I can transfer these from shoe to shoe. I have even shoved them in my boots, and plan to get a 3/4 length of the Go, for those. I know that every foot is different, but for me, these have been almost life changing. They fit my feet like a glove, but I also have rather narrow feet, so just keep that in mind. I have flat feet and pronate and I have already noticed a difference in my foot stability, even when they are not in (walking around the house for example).

Can 12 hours a day these things are awesome absolutely love mine
