Boots were purchased 06/01/2015. The toes of the boots wore out within the first month and a half of use, to the point where the composite toe was completely exposed (the leather seemed thin). I work as an automotive technician and am occasionally required to be on my knees with the toes of the boots touching the concrete floor; however, I have never had a pair of boots wear out in this manner. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this boot.

I work maintenance for a school system. The surfaces I walk on are not harsh to the boot's soles, however, after 4 months the soles are separating. Boots should last longer than this. I haven't started wearing down the sole's surfaces. Extremely poor workmanship. I expected better from this shoe manufacturer! The store I purchased the boots from would only refund before 90 days. I'm stuck with the boots!

I purchased an earlier version of this boot (26078). I wear these boots about 2 hours per day. The leather on the toe rubbed off in a few months. They do keep your feet dry until the rubber sole splits open. I got a hold of customer service via web chat. He was very helpful with setting up a return claim. I paid to ship them back to Timberland. I believe the lady said they were mailing mine back to me because they have significant wear. If that is true then these boots have even more issues because I don't wear them that much at my part time job. I will never purchase another pair from Timberland and will let everyone possible how much of a waist of money they are.

I have 300 employees working in the field on a daily basis and they have to work through rain and dry weather only, however, these work shoes can not keep up with the demand!!! The soles split off in just 2 months??? I did say they were work boots!!! no business in their right mind should purchase these work shoes, if they expect their workers to work for more then 2 months..

These boots are very comfortable right out of the box. They didn't last too long. Within 8 months of wearing them they fell apart. Save your money and go get some Red Wing boots. They may take a little longer to break in but they stand behind their products not like Timberland.

boots felt great right out of the box, but after one week the cheap foam insoles went flat and these became the least comfortable shoe I have ever had. the comfort guarantee is a joke. After spending that much on a pair of shoes, the average person can't afford to buy another pair while they wait for two months to get refunded almost(but not all of) the money they spent.

I have been a big fan of Timberland boots for a long time. I bought these when I couldn't find my previous style. As usual, they felt great right out of the box. The comfort is undeniable. After 5 months of everyday use, the soles began to split at the ball of the foot and they were no longer waterproof. I read another reviewer who said that Timberland replaced his product without questions. I tried that but was unsuccessful. I won't be buying this boot again. It's a shame that Timberland has let their quality deteriorate.

I am An AIRCRAFT Mechanic, in NY, and I bought a pair of these boots and since then I have sent them back to timberland for replacement due to crack soles and getting wet inside. the only positive thing is that timberland replaces them without a problem. I am on my 3rd replacement pair. in the cold weather the rubber soles get hard also and are not comfortable either.
