These were the first shoes I've tried in ages (and I have tried on MANY) that helped to relieve my back issues. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I generally wear size 5 1/2 and ordered 36 which were too large. I re-ordered them in size 35 which fit perfectly!!

Love this shoe. I have it in several different colors. My favorite of the Naot Styles. My foot runs on the narrow side of medium. I have a narrow heel and need a wide toe box. These fit the bill for me.

These are a winning style/comfort combination for me. Love the metal leather/black combo. I would be happy with a tad more arch support, but these shoes are comfortable as they are. I walked 2 mies in them right out of the box. I hope they will remain supportive enough at longer distances, as my aging feet are prone to plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. But I wanted to write immediately to attest to Zappo's incredible customer service. The first pair I received had two different size shoes in the box. I called Zappos and had the correct size the next day. Thank you Zappos..

I love the look of these shoes but wear orthotics and have trouble finding the perfect fit. I usually order a half size larger. Because size 38 is listed as a 7-7 1/2, they are too big for me. And a 37 ( a 6-6 1/2) would be a little short. I wish there was such a thing as true, half sizes in European sizing. Although the length was not too bad, they did slip on my left heel and were too wide on both feet. I don't think this would be a problem for most people as they would not have to order a larger size to accommodate the orthotics. This is really a well made, beautiful shoe. So sorry I had to return them.

Amazing shoe. Comfortable and classy. This is the perfect work shoe for long hours on your feet. Great with dresses or slacks

I purchased the black leather and black suede matai and I love them! Expensive, but worth the comfort, especially for problem feet like mine. I ordered a size smaller as Naot recommended and they were too small. I returned them for my regular size 8 and they fit perfect. Won't regret purchasing these shoes. And... Zappos is AWESOME!

This is the best walking shoe I have found. They are comfortable right out of the box. I wore them throughout several European vacations and we walk a lot. As a matter of fact I wore them so much that they wore out. I am now on to pair number 2 and more walking adventures. 5 stars also to the Zappos sales associates who make shopping a seamless process.

I LOVE this shoe. My 2nd pair. Walked all over Europe and China. so comfortable. Like wearing a running/tennis shoe. Can wear for dress, and not look too sporty. The adjustable strap is key. At the end of a long day, just move it over a bit.

Great fit, so comfortable. It is like wearing a tennis/running shoe. good arch support. I have 2 pairs they are the BEST!!

This is the third color I have bought in this style. I have had foot surgery and these are extremely comfortable. This color goes with everything - including white jeggings.

I wear this shoe in all colors available. Good show for walking with arthritic feet.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day the first day. I'm on my feet at work and I had no problem. I absolutely love them, cute and so comfortable. Far more comfortable than Birkenstocks!

Cool shoe and super comfortable! Nice wide toe box but unfortunately the heels are also on the wider side so my foot moved around too much. Tightening the strap more was uncomfortable due to it's positioning. Sorry to send them back.

Navy color is a perfect look with bluejeans. Comfort without wearing a athletic tennis shoe.

You do not need a whole size smaller. This shoe is true to size. I am returning the smaller size for my regular size.

Great look and feel but 12 a bit too short. Why no size 13 in closed toe shoe? Pat

Lovely shoe. The website states to order a smaller size. I did and I should have ordered my usual size. I returned them but did not exchange them because the shoe was not a good shape for my foot.

I'm on the fourth return now, and this one was the closest to keeping. My middle toe on my longer foot was rubbing, or I would have kept. Pretty cute shoe.

I have searched my entire life for shoes that I could wear without break in...I have extremely sensitive feet! This is my second pair of NOAT and both have been so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them within 5 min. of putting them on. So comfortable you can wear them as slippers! I wore my first pair all over Morocco and Spain with no pain and no blisters-RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! I don't think I will ever wear another brand!

Love the shoes....ordered them in a 39 (the size i normally wear in noats) and they were too large....the 38's were so small that i could barely get my feet into them....wondering if one or the other was mismarked...

Oh, what a perfect shoe all around! Attractive, well made, versatile and COMFORTABLE. :D. This shoe was put to the test when I took my six year old trick-or-treating. Great arch support and no squishing my toes together like many shoes that feel fine until they've been on a few hours, even with my wide feet. No cramping my extra-long second toes. And no socks but no irritation or blisters! Because Naot recommends sizing down but many reviewers said this shoe is true to size, I ordered a 39 (my Birkenstock size) and a 40 because my standard size is a 9M/9W. The 39s fit so perfectly I didn't even try the 40s on. I agree with Naot; order down.

I have two older pair of this shoe and just purchased a third pair in Sterling Leather/Gray Iguana. They are the perfect travel shoes and I tried several other shoes before defaulting back to my favorites. They last forever and if the inserts are replaceable, which I've done to renew my older ones. I walked all over France in them and now I'm off to walk Italy. Love Naots!
