Clarks shoes usually fit my narrow foot. This one was okay for a short while, but stretched out 3 weeks wear. Finally, I got blisters on both heels.

I learned something from these shoes. There is a liner on the insole which stops under the toes. See it in the photo? After I wore these for a week, the edge of the liner under my toes started to curl up, ever so slightly. It is irritating. It rubs up under all my toes and I am aware of it all the time. I can't return the shoes because I have worn them several times. They were not cheap shoes. Do I rip out the lining, and buy a new, full-footbed liner so there is no edge? For this price, the liner should have covered the whole footbed. But I learned a lesson. Now I look very carefully at shoes, and if I see a liner that has any seams or only partially covers the footbed, I will not buy the shoes. Meanwhile, these Sarasotas just sit in my closet, an expensive mistake.

I liked the styling on this shoe and the fit was good for my 12N feet but the cut of the strap caused the shoe to pull to the side so when I started walking my heel came off the side of the shoe. Not very comfortable at that point! I have a low instep so, perhaps, it might not do that with a higher instep foot.\r\nThe styling is nice and the sole was comfortable but walking on the edge of the shoe made me decide to return these shoes.

Out of the box and to NY City we went. I was disappointed. The ankle strap rubbed the bottom of my ankle bone no matter how I adjusted the straps. While these sandals are completely adjustable from the toe to the ankle I could not get the right combination as they continually rubbed the ball of my foot. I very soon bought another pair of sandals at a local shoe store, at half the price, which my feet loved, in fact I went back and bought a 2nd pair. I probably will not wear these sandals again. Plus, the style just was not there and they looked very bulky and clumsy.

My Hurting Sandal -
This sandal (right one) hurts so bad on two bones in my right foot that I cannot wear them. I wore them all day in my carpeted house and then wore them outside running errands one day and the hurt began. I know I cannot return this shoe since it is dirty on the bottom, but it's a shame that I spent almost $100 for a shoe that hurts. The left shoe is fine...may be my right foot...I didn't know they were different. The seams seem to rub on the bone and also there's a little metal thing that hurts.

Disappointed -
This shoe does not live up to Clarks’ standard. I have worn Clarks for many years and this one is not sturdy or comfortable nor does it offer good support. It is much lighter weight than it appears in the picture. After more than 10 wearings, it is still not comfortable.

I wore these sandals off and on for about six months and then dropped them off at Goodwill. My foot slid forward in them, which resulted in pressure and chafing under the toe strap. Additionally, I could never get the toe strap right - in order to keep from having my foot slide and chafe, I'd have to make the toe strap so tight that it actually started hurting after a while. I could really only wear them for maybe two or three hours at a time before my feet really got uncomfortable - which is not usually my experience with Clarks shoes and sandals. I would not get these again, and have actually started avoiding styles that resemble this, too.

See on the sole where the suede meets the leather at the front of the shoe? It is very uncomfortable to walk on!

Clark Sarasota -
I bought this shoe because it felt so good, but after wearing it a short time, my arch began hurting so much I can't wear them. I love the looks of the shoe, but there just isn't enough support for my flat feet. Sometimes I wear them to mid-week church service, but the next day my feet are very sore. I love all of my other Clark shoes.
