Cute and comfortable shoes to walk in. My only complaint is rather than being an even tone of brown, they are varying shades of brown but it didn\'t bother me enough to send them back.

This is a beautifully crafted shoe. If you are a true WW the foot-bed is excellent...it truly will let your entire foot rest on the shoe bed. I was leery of the velcro thinking it was for children or the elderly. Not so...it is a classy shoe! The only problem is I happen to have an extremely high instep and thick foot. If you are a true WW without these issues you will enjoy the look of this sandal as well as comfort. Unfortunately my sandal/shoe quest goes on (and Zappos ROCKS in aiding my search). Keep in mind this shoe is true in size and width (a rarity). Make sure you know your true size (have your feet measured every 3 years and have both measured). That may sound odd but after selling shoes for a number of years it is a very important issue. I LOVE ZAPPOS and will not shop anywhere else for shoes.

Great leisure wear shoe for bare feet - The Sarasota is a great leisure-wear shoe; feels next to being barefooted, without the discomfort of bare feet. Would highly recommend this good looking, frills free sandal. Easy adjustment velcro -closures, cool and wonderful walking.

Almost perfect - These sandals are very comfortable except for the velcro on the strap over the toes. It pokes the top of my foot. I bought these for a comfort shoe, so I wasn't expecting anything adorable. Needless to say I won't buy this style again.

Scratchy Seams - I like the color of this sandal. I bought the Pewter Metallic. However, the front strap had seams underneath that scratched my foot. Also, I had foot surgery two months ago and needed more comfort which these didn't do for me. I found the cork Mephisto's to be just right. Zappos’ zippy shipping and excellent service is the best. Review of Sarasota Shoes - I like the look of the shoe. It's not quite a comfortable as the Springer's, but nothing bad.

Pretty good - Good-looking, sturdy, and comfortable. My only complaint is that I have pretty narrow feet and while this sandal is adjustable, I found that the velcro didn't extend as far as I would like so I have some overhang of the straps. Another thing is that the straps closest to the toes are adjustable but sewn onto a piece of elastic. Therefore, if you also have narrow feet and make the strap tight, the elastic folds up a bit on itself. I think this may be why I got blisters the first time I wore them. But considering I wore them to an amusement park for 12 hours, they were comfortable otherwise. Would be nice if this was available in narrow sizes.

Clarks Sarasota’s are a great basic shoe! This shoe is perfect for me- I wear a size 12 medium and am looking for comfort above all, plus something that doesn't call attention to my feet! The beige colour elongates the leg and the small heel is right for me at my age-63-no more stilettos, unfortunately. I also appreciate the velcro closures which make the shoe widely adjustable. The Clarks last seems to fit me better than any other and this is just one of their line which I own-I ordered a couple of pairs of New Balance walking shoes in the exact same size and could hardly jam my toes in. They may not be the most "stylish" shoe in the world but they suit me perfectly and I look forward to wearing them for some time- they won't go out of "style". Classy sandal - This dressy style has much going for it. It is nice-looking, not chunky like some sandals, made of quality leather, has good arch support and about 1 inch heels. All three straps are adjustable with hook and loop closures (the one across the toe area has elastic under it and so doesn't allow for much change). I have a high arch, thick foot and the straps were long enough for my feet. It is pricey, but well made. The insole is very comfortable and cushioned, especially under the heel. I purchased the brown color.

Attractive Shoes - I think these shoes are very nice - fit is to a "T" The look is great. The problem I have is that I have Plantar Fasciitis and right now the shoes are not as comfortable as I would like. I am sure without my problem - I could walk in them without a problem.

Not quite right - I don't think this sandal is any different in looks than many others out there - I ordered because it was a Clarks sandal. Unfortunately, for my high instep, the top strap connects oddly with the side velcro, turning it somewhat and therefore not fitting flat across the top of my foot. I also found the footbed - particularly the heel - too soft for my feet. I have bouts of heel spur pain, and the too-soft heel doesn't give me enough lift, so I returned them.

Nice shoe! Good comfortable walking sandal. Because of the adjustable straps you can make the fit perfect to your fit.

This is the second pair of this same shoe that I have bought. Comfortable from the very first time you put them on. No rubbing or discomfort.

Thank you, Clarks! I am a Clarks fan. I have had a pair of Clarks Springers for 5 years. They've finally given up the Ghost. Hence my purchase of the Sarasota. Finding a sandal of equal quality elsewhere was impossible. I received the Sarasotas 2 days prior to my 2-week vacation in Mexico. Although they were not worn before arriving in Mexico, I had absolutely NO problems with blisters, etc. We did lots of walking on all types of surfaces and I never heard a peep from my bunions! I like the 3 adjustable straps. The adjustable rear strap is a great idea. The Dpringers lacked that and as they inevitably stretched with extended wear, the back of my foot did slip to the side at times. The Sarasota is also stylish enough to use for dressier occasions. I pack light, so that was a real bonus! I don't find the Sarasota arch support to be on par with the Springer, however, even after an unplanned 5 km hike, I experienced no discomfort from the Sarasota. The only concern I have is for the durability of the toe of the foot bed. Right at the tip of the black part, a tiny chunk of the material was lost. It would be great if that part of the shoe could somehow be a bit more durable. The soles are incredible on your sandals. My old pair's soles still are in darn good shape! Hope this review helps! It was a bit more than I expected to pay, but as the saying goes... you get what you pay for!

Comfortable, good fit, well made. I have worn nothing but Ecco Primo 3-strap for about 4 years, and this is my first departure from it. It is dressier, but not as good for long distance walking. My heel slightly slips to the inside of the footbed which affects the comfort a bit, though it's not painful at all.

Nice sandal - I like this sandal for its practical and easy to get in and out. There is slight rubbing on the stitching area, but I'm sure that's just a breaking in thing. Happy with this purchase.

Cute style - I am hard to fit in a shoe; extra wide width and need a low heel so I'm limited in styles. This sandal is very cute, I ordered it in black, but the toe strap rubs into the top of my foot. I think I'll remove the elastic from that strap and just velcro it - that way I can adjust it more to my fit. Otherwise it's comfortable.

This is the third pair of these shoes that I have owned over the last ten years. Where they fit true to width and length, I find the edges of the shoes far stiffer than the older version and consequently they are not as comfortable.

Sarasota - I found this shoe to be extremely comfortable. Had bought it for vacation purposes where a lot of walking was needed and it was great.

This is a comfortable sandal to wear all day long when you expect to stand and walk a lot. I wanted a sandal that allowed me to loosen the back easily to slip it on and off without stretching the strap. I would like to be able to tighten this one a bit more, but so far it's doing the job.
