Slippery, loose yet chafed, but very pretty - These look nicer on than they do in the photos. I was sorry to find that the edges of the leather did seem to require a break-in period; they were a combination of loose in places and chafing in others. The most unexpected feature was that the bottoms of the soles are very hard and slick and I felt very unsteady walking across a hardwood floor, just like those dye-to-match sating prom or bridesmaid shoes, where you have to scratch the bottoms to get some traction. Odd. Not nearly as cushiony as Clarks Springers were, and I hope they will bring those back, as one could actually run in them yet they looked nice and lasted well. This one was okay for casual wear, but not an option for me, because I need a shock-absorbing sandal I can walk across town in. Maybe these would work for someone less heavy than I, or with better feet.

These are comfy. They're a lighter weight and 'dressier' than my well-worn 'every day' sandals. I love the pewter color: nice sheen but not shiny like patent leather. It goes w/ every color. Did I mention comfy? ;) And built to last like all Clarks.

Just tried these on today, great fit for a narrow foot but did have to tighten the velcro a wee bit around my foot, bought the black patent croc look. May go back for the brown patent croc.

Very comfortable. I tried on a Rockport shoe last year that looked similar to this shoe and it was not cut wide enough for foot. It is true to size and width. I wear an 8 wide and can wear a regular if the shoe is cut wide enough. However, I would not take the chance on wearing this in a regular size. I would be afraid that it would stretch out to much. As well as not being comfortable.

These shoes met all my wants. I have wide feet with bunions. I bought 9W, which is my normal size I order. I like all the Velcro straps, I can adjust them and fit each foot perfectly. The toe strap and how the side comes up camouflages my bunion which is a real plus. They also do not rub my bunions so they feel great. My right foot is wider than the left so just adjusted the toe strap a bit and voilà the fit is great. I am not in love with the look of these shoes (all the Velcro makes them feel a tad grandma like) but I love the fit, the look is decent, they are very comfortable and you cannot beat being able to adjust each foot to the perfect tightness/fit, also these shoes are nice and flexible so no wearing in, just put them on and go. I got the black patent and the look is starting to grow on me. If they had them in red patent I would buy them. I love Zappos, they are the best!

I have worn Clark shoes for years but in the last couple of years I had to stop wearing shoes because of a medical condition on the bottoms of my feet. Now it has cleared up so I went looking for a Clarks flat heel and I found this Sarasota style which I thoroughly enjoy and wears well and fits great.

Very comfortable - wore for hours right out of the box. Size is perfect and the adjustable straps help with the width adjustment. They even looked perfect after walking on the beach in the sand and water.

These looked great, versatile, and I love the 3 ways to adjust the fit. I thought I'd be keeping them but after wearing 15 minutes the inside of the velcro started making a sore spot on my toes.

Awesome - I need an 8WW - and not only does Zappos have them - when I get them - they feel like an 8WW - they fit, they feel great, and I have had about 3 other pair of Clark sandals. Plenty of room in 8WW and the velcro just makes them so adjustable for high insteps, high arches, narrower heels, etc...just great. Thinking of buying a second pair for when I wear these down!

I get compliments on these shoes every time I wear them! They were comfortable the first time I wore them all day! I wear between a size 6 and 7 depending on the shoe and in Clarks sandals (of which I have several) I take a 6. I do not have foot problems or need extra arch support so I cannot comment on that aspect of these shoes.

I was looking for a shoe that would compensate for a painful hammertoe and a foot that sometimes swells. I am also recovering from a complete hip revision and thought this style would allow me to enter easily. The Velcro straps are a bit of a challenge as I am not able to bend past 90 degrees, but with a little help, I am on my way. I own 2 of the Sarasota, the nubuck and the dark brown lizard pattern, dressy enough to go throughout the day.

The Clarks Sarasota walking shoes are great. I wore them during most of the July fourth weekend celebrations. They are comfortable, while still offering good arch support along with classy looks. I would get another pair in different color if I could spare the expense.

I love my shoes. Very comfortable. I'm going to look to see if they come in another color. Zappos is very professional as far as ordering, shipping, returning, etc. Very customer friendly!

I bought these for my 71 year old mom and she loves them. They are stylish, super comfortable and the Velcro makes them easy for her to put and take off. She is so cute. She brags about them all the time. Even better? I had them shipped to me and did not have to drag her all over Raleigh trying on shoes. They are worth every penny. Thanks Zappos!

This is the most comfortable sandal and true to size. I have a small but wide foot due to a bunion and it is so difficult to find something that fits correctly. But this is a very well made shoe and I am grateful to Zappos for their fast delivery.

Really like these shoes! Have foot problems, but velcroed my partial inserts in these and they were very comfortable. Dressy enough that I wore them to a wedding.

Love this shoe. I have a narrow foot and high arch so finding a comfortable, well fitting walking shoe that is attractive is almost impossible. Thanks to Clarks it can and has been done. Also thanks to Zappos for their excellent service while I ordered and returned many sandals until this one. :)

Love these shoes! They are so very comfortable! The leather is beautiful.

This turned out to be a great shoe! The picture makes it look a tad 'orthopedic' but there is a cut-out area that doesn't show that makes it look less so. If you are looking for an extremely supportive sandal like a Dansko, this won't be your sandal. But if you want a sandal that's very comfortable, easy to walk in, goes with pants and skirts, this might work. I love the fact that you can adjust this shoe in three different places. I am truly a 4 1/2 W w/bunion who usually orders a 5. The 5 was a perfect fit, which tells me that for others this shoe might run a tad small. Overall a great shoe!

I ordered this shoe in a 7EE. Because it has three adjustable straps, I'm able to customize it to fit around my bunion and accommodate my high instep, while securing the back strap firmly. The insole is well-cusioned & gives plenty of arch support. They are light weight and so comfortable. With a dressy casual look, I first wore them to an outdoor wedding with slacks, but they look fine with jeans, too.

Great shoe. Unfortunately I have to return it because it isn't narrow enough. I have very flat feet and even with the straps tightened to the max my feet slide around. Otherwise they would have been great.

Zappos as always is the best place to order on line from. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. The velco straps allow are great to ajust to the perfect size your need. After wearing they were so comfortable that I ordered another color.
