Very comfortable shoe that I could wear as soon as I received them. As I live in a large metropolitan area, walking around the city in these sandals is fabulous. Prefer the patent leather color because it looks a little dressier.

This shoe is very comfortable with adjustable straps. Great for work or fun.

I needed a flat shoe that was a little dressy to accommodate my bunion and dislocated toe and after much store shopping I came across the Zappos web site. Now I could order shoes try them on at home where I was comfortable and if they weren't right return them and pay no shipping either way. I was thrilled to find these shoes that were more perfect than I ever expected. Not only did the patent leather give a dressy look but they were the most comfortable shoes I have had in a very long time. Walked a lot in them and then to a wedding. Clarks shoes are the best!

I've had so much trouble finding shoes in the past that came in my size and width until I found Zappos! This is my second pair of this particular sandal. It was so absolutely comfortable that I had to make sure I got another pair in a different color.

I bought this shoe after being disappointed with the Clarks "Lucena". This style is not quite as pretty as the Lucena, but for me, the fit is better. I have a wide foot and a very high instep. A strap across the instep is usually too short, but the Sarasota has room to spare. Lucena had to be returned for not having a long enough strap. I also like the pewter color of this shoe. It is very rich looking and goes with everything.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. They are easily adjustable to size. I just need more arch support due to a foot injury. They do provide good general support.

Want a comfortable sandal with a perfect fit because you can adjust it any which-way you want? Well this is the sandal for you! It is made of first quality soft leather and not clunky in any way--sleek styling and very well put together. l already own a Clarks Uncling Sandal that I like very much and now Clark's does it again-- I love the Sarasota!

Runs a half-size short, but I like the look and feel. The front of the shoe has a leather piece that will keep toes from leaving marks.

Narrow feet--beware! I took a chance when N width wasn't available to try the M width. In some shoes it works for me, but not these. There are 3 velcro straps, but the fit isn't as adjustable as one would think. Also, even with the velcro pulled as snug as possible, the heel slides around in the shoe. I need comfort and support for a vacation where there are cobblestone streets and lots of walking. For some this one would be fine, but I need to return them and try again for N, which seems hard to find in a supportive, attractive sandal.

Zappos is quick and always dependable. The shoes I ordered were exactly as I had expected, fit was true and perfect.

Bought these for my mother-in-law in her 90's. Not only are they comfortable, but give her the needed (security) support-note leather on the sides. and they really go with everything. She dresses up for dinner. Thanks!

Zappos is so customer friendly! It's pleasant to contact them by phone and the return policy is outstanding. They're patient with people like me who have mismatched feet (yep!) and have to try different sizes to get a pair. They are 5-star all the way.

After recent knee surgery I was eager to find sandals with velcro closures. Comfortable, attractive & at a great Zappos price. Arrived at my doorstop within 24 hours. Win, win, win for me!

A funny thing happened with my Clarks sandals which were specifically purchased for easy airport check in. Going through the new "born before 1937" (not required to remove shoes) check point I was loudly zinged! Had to remove the shoes as these quality sandals soles contained metal!

I love my new Clarks Sarasota shoe. Was impressed how fast my order was handled by Zappos, and couldn't be more satisfied. I will be sure to check Zappos for other shoe needs in the future. This was my first purchase. Great choice, and great service!

These sandals are very comfortable and well made. I wanted something with good support that would avoid falls which I experience on shoes with higher heels, and these do the job. The cut on the ankle on the outside could be a bit high, but seems to work okay for me after the first break-in period. I have extremely high arches, and though not really high the arches do work reasonably well for me.

Love these sandals, can wear them for dress up or with jeans, they go with everything and are so comfy!

Like walking on pillows! These were comfortable from the moment I put them on. Fits true to size. Love that there are 3 adjustable straps so you can fit them exactly. Loved them so much I bought them in brown as well. When I wore them to a conference, my 3 friends had to go out shopping that day to buy their own pairs. We all love them!

I'm now going into my second summer with these sandals! I still receive a ton of compliments every time I wear them. The black Patent leather makes them more dressy and good for work as well as play. They are very comfortable and go with every kind of clothing. I can't recommend them enough.

These fit perfectly. You can adjust them where you need a little looser or tighter. No breaking in necessary and they look good with all colors of clothing what ever you are wearing to work or play.

The tthird pair of Clark's I bought this year and this one is great.Fit well on my long narrow foot and offers support for my very aching feet! No break-in necessary wore these for hours right out of the box!

I loved this shoe, the look as well as the fit, but unfortunately when they were constructed the velcro was incorrectly placed on the front strap and made them impossibly uncomfortable to wear. Too bad!

A very comfortable, stylish sandal. The fact that it is available in a wide width is a definite plus. I love them! (And Zappos.com made them so easy to get!)

Ordered these in my usual 12N and they fit perfectly. They're not exactly a dressier sandal I was hoping for but after ordering 10 pair and having this one fit comfortably I decided to keep them. They are great to walk in and look nice with slacks or a denim/khaki skirt. I gave them a 5 in style because they do look nice just not as dressy as I'd hoped.

Pretty comfortable shoe. Makes my foot hurt a little across the top after too long of wear, however. Doesn't squeak, stays snug. Glad I bought it overall.
