Nice shoe - I have very difficult feet to fit. My left foot has a bunion. I have tried many different styles this sandal, because you can adjust in the front, middle and heel area makes it perfect! :)

Comfortable Right Out Of The Box... Love these shoes! Super comfortable and easily adjusts for perfect fit. Good support, smooth edges and a cute, slightly funky yet traditional look. Best of all, I ordered them on Monday with regular shipping but got them the next day! I'm taking them on a trip to Europe next week where I'll be doing plenty of walking and I think they will be just what I hoped for: style, support and comfort.

Love them so much I bought two! First, the cushion at the heel is a godsend, esp. for my heel pain. These are the most comfortable sandals of my life, and they don't look too frumpy. The black patent and the pewter options sharpen up the look. I feel very lucky to have found them (and Zappos!).

Clark Sarasota Black - I have a high instep and wide foot so very often the velcro straps aren't long enough to comfortably fit at the top. This is not the case with these shoes and I really like them. This is my second order before I ordered a nice light tan. The picture doesn't show the cute double detail on the side that makes these shoes look nicer than a plain sandal. As for the Company Zappos, they are great and I recommend them to all my friends.

Sarasota Review - I wanted a sandal that would be comfortable to walk in for long distances, and this shoe fits the bill perfectly. It looks good and is extremely comfortable.

Best shoe I've ever owned - I have had a pair for about 1 year (worn 5 months) and have loved them so much that I just ordered 4 more today (in case they are ever discontinued). I just spent 4 exhausting days at Disney & Sea World and my feet feel great.

Great walking sandal - I wanted something that I could walk in on cobblestone streets for a European summer jaunt that wouldn't look too frumpy. I had to go to a larger size and narrower width to get a good fit. I wear 10.5 M but bought an 11 N. Very nice padded interior with good support.

Easy Shopping - This was the most successful shopping trip ever! I looked at the shoes from every direction and in every color, made a choice, and they arrived the very next day! I'm watching my bank balance to see when I can order again. What a treat!

Sarastoa - These shoes are made of very soft leather and were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I did buy them in 1/2 size smaller. I have narrow feet and always buy sandals that have adjustable velcro straps. These shoes actually are adjustable in 3 places for a very nice fit.

Super Comfortable Shoes - Shoes were extremely comfortable - wore them entire day when they came and can't say that about too many shoes. Clarks are perfect for my problem feet.

Good looking, if a bit plebian. Comfortable for walking. Leather used is quite soft. I needed to narrow the sandal slightly with the velcro straps, though I usually wear a standard medium size.

Clarks Sarasota Pewter Metallic - Zappos is sheer joy, so I didn't anticipate with pleasure 'wasting' a Zappos purchase on post-foot-surgery shoes; I dislike velcro, suspected it might be involved in graduating from odd-orthopedic-shoes to the real world. I went of course to Zappos; found Sarasota, which I deemed least among the evils because it's Pewter Metallic, image-producing if nothing else. Wonder of wonders, I love it! PRE-surgery! It's neither hideous nor great-great-aunt-Briony; and 'Pewter Metallic' (which I'd have been obliged to investigate no matter the shoe) blends, combines, merges with, and alters hues of clothing, enabling infinitely more possibilities-with-clothes than I'd have guessed, even. Suede within means no moist feet; arch (O! thank you, Clarks) and all-around support are Clarks fine-as-ever quality; perfect fit (though can be altered, it came from box shaped for MY foot); heel cup gently, securely holds/molds after just one day's wearing; design on sole means no slipping; and its hue -- I do love the not-too-shiny-metallic --gives unexpected, even intriguing possibilities to clothes. Not at all what I'd dreaded, it's an overall success (though hue has all to do, in my eye, with that; in another shade, the shoe may be lacking). Another Zappos-Clarks success, this one a genuine surprise. Zappos, oh! For new words...Mr. Hsieh, I observe with interest changes in your site, look forward to what's in store, for each of your inspirations improves what I'd considered perfect. That you do everything right is reflected in your colleagues' attitudes, helpfulness, knowledge of merchandise -- even their voices, which resonate with 'I love working here.' Your tech support people, even, called when I had trouble with the site, and corrected several problems in my computer along the way. Is there nothing you can't do? I keep hoping you'll need a telecommute writer/editor/proofreader.

Simple comfort - I like the Sarasota very much. Clarks makes excellent shoes for comfort and fit. Clarks sometimes run slightly small, but this one seems true to size. This sandal has a very simple look, not ornate at all. I would recommend it as a nicer everyday walking around sandal.

Had to return these because there's elastic under the velcro toe strap which bunches up uncomfortably if you try to tighten the strap. They'd be perfect without that silly elastic.

Off white and bronze - I have these in black and brown. I just received the Off white (which is more of a tan) and the bronze. Though not stated the bronze is a lovely leather. I was surprised to get one pair the old style (with elastic over the toe in off white) and the bronze in the new style without the elastic. Wish the off-white were more of a white but will keep and check back to see if they make a white sometime. As you must be able to tell I like this shoe!

Wonderful comfort! I bought these in the pewter metallic and they are pretty, supportive, and a pleasure to wear. As your feet expand during the day, they are easy to adjust as well. They are neutral and go with anything. I particularly like the padded footbed and cushioned sole.

Narrow long feet - If you have long, narrow feet, this is a great shoe. There is enough arch support to keep your foot from rolling inward. The straps adjust for width control. The shoes are very comfortable. However, they do not have the soft insole of the Clarks Springers, but other than that are great. They are dressy enough and casual enough to go just about anywhere.

Great shoes for troubled feet! I love these shoes and Zappos. I have a very hard time getting shoes, but these are perfect. The velcro allows me to put them on with ease, and I think they are really cute. They also meet my needs for comfort. It is very important to me to get shoes that are both fashionable and comfortable.

Satisfaction - This shoe is very comfortable, fit appears correct to size. Not too large, not too small. My main satisfaction comes from the Zappos connection. The service is excellent and accurate. When I have had to return a purchase because of fit, the process was friendly, swift and complete. My size is getting harder to find, 5-5 1/2, Zappos selection is very good for me and Clarks shoes are very comfortable. Jean P, Hartfield, VA

First time buyer online for shoes - I have extremely difficult feet to fit. Sarasota was a good choice because it is totally adjustable. I wish that the blue was more of a navy, but it will do. Also, I am most impressed by Zappos' customer service and follow up. Bravo.

Nice sandals - These are comfortable and fit right out of the box. I have a narrow foot and it's hard to find shoes that fit and give good support. These are great. The brown is a very pretty color and goes well with a lot of outfits.

Safe bet - I had bought this style in a store - in another color, so I was pretty sure that the shoes would fit and they do. They are comfortable, casual sandals. The style is attractive enough without being too "glamorous" - and it hides my bunion: a real blessing! I received the size and color I ordered in record time and am very pleased with the service.

Service and comfort - I recently ordered the Clark sandal in suede. I saw someone wearing these and found the Zappos website and ordered one pair of black in size 91/2. I received the sandals the next morning; they fit perfectly and are exactly want I wanted. The comfort is wonderful. I needed this particular style since I had foot surgery for Hallux rigidus (the big toe joint and my foot was swollen). The velcro closings were just what I needed. The next day I ordered a blue suede pair and received these the same way.
