Excellent sandals. Very comfortable. Fits true to size. I have wide feet, a high arch, and I am very difficult to fit. These sandals fit very well for me in the XW. You won’t go wrong with this one.

These sandals are very comfortable. I usually have trouble with sandals hurting because my feet are not narrow. Love them!

I have worn these shoes from the first day I received them. I have a very wide foot and bunions. So getting something that takes care of these problems is difficult. Very happy I ordered them and will order one in every color.

My shoes arrived in a very short time and in excellent condition. They looked exactly like the picture and had the features illustrated online. I am very satisfied with them!

I love these sandals, however, when I pull the velcro tab it sticks up because there is not enough velcro on the sandal to hold it down. It might be a good idea (for future sandals) to allow more velcro on the sandal.

Not the most feminine shoe but certainly the most comfortable. So comfortable that I ordered another brown and black pair for next year. I have large wide feet and these fit and feel wonderful.

I had a pair of Clarks sandals and one of them started to come apart. I really didn't want a new pair as I loved those sandals and wanted to get them fixed, but unfortunately that option was not viable. That style was no longer available, but the terrific team at Zappos was able to help me out and I got a pair of the Clarks Sarasotas. The sandals are all right; not as comfortable a fit as my old ones, but I have to say the customer service people at Zappos were terrific.

These fit perfect, good arch support. It feels like you are walking on pillows I am on my feet all day and need good supportive shoes. The strap in the back keeps my heel in place, and the easy Velcro straps make it easy to fit the shoe to you foot.

I needed some black sandals, not too fussy, but still stylish. Well, you know Zappos, they arrived almost the next day, but guess what? They were too hard to get on. So back they went and I ordered another style, which were great. Good looking, comfortable, and a cinch to get on. Just put my foot in them and fold over the velcro straps. I have received many compliments on them. I couldn't be happier.

Everything that I have seen speaks volumes of customer satisfaction and service, so unlike most companies today. The shoe was exactly as described. As this was my second pair of Clarks Sarasota I was anxiously awaiting their arrival. For me they are a very comfortable sandal, making walking for longer periods easy. They are not high fashion, but a nice simple design. I have a very hard foot to fit and never order shoes online for that reason. I've also found one pair of the same style may not fit the second time around. But their guarantee made it a win-win situation and worth the investment. I was very happy with the results and will order from them in the future. Keep up the great work Zappos! Whatever you are doing it's working!

Everyone is surprised at the nice style. When they learn it is a Clark, they are even more impressed. These are so comfortable and easy to adjust to your feet. Buy them, you'll love them! Really!

Due to an ankle fracture, surgery, cast, and six weeks of PT, I needed a summer sandal that would give me support, flexibility and style. These sandals fit the bill!!! Due to the swelling of my foot and ankle, I can adjust the straps according to the amount of swelling I may experience throughout the day etc. I am normally a M width, but I ordered the W width and I am happy I did so as I can adjust the straps for each foot, loose enough for the surgery foot and tight enough for my good foot. Works great! I also love the Patent Leather look... not too casual a look and can actually go either way with outfits etc. I highly recommend this shoe. It is well made and very comfortable!!! Zappos to the rescue again for me. If I see a shoe that I like in a store before I buy it there, I go home and check with Zappos. The no hassle return policy is a real plus and if needed is so easy.

I ordered these sandals in an 8.5N and I found them to be a great fit, both in length and width. I have hard feet to fit since one is almost a half size longer and a little narrower than the other. The shoes fit both feet well in length and the velcro straps easily adjust to allow for that narrower foot. They’re very comfortable and good for a good sandal for walking. I recommend them.

The Clarks Sarasota is a great sandal. With the velcro adjustable straps, you can customize it more than most sandals. I have a wide foot and I’m usually a 7.5, but this size was sold out so I got the 8 D. It was a tad long, but it still is OK because I can adjust the them with the velcro. I’m on my feet for many hours a day and this is a very comfortable shoe and looks fine with pants or a skirt.

These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have. I recently wore them on a flight and my feet tend to swell. The adjustable straps are great! Also, very easy to put on/off in the airport security lines. They work for casual, but also stylish enough for a night out. I’m getting another pair. I have a hard time finding shoes in my size, so Zappos works great for me with the no shipping charges.

I have worn these shoes for sightseeing for hours and found them very comfortable and would recommend them.
