I consistently wear an 8 and these were way too small. Almost think they may have been mis-sized. I also thought they looked kind of cheap. Probably would be comfortable and maybe cute - if they fit.

These are very comfy once you get the size right. They were a little tricky for me. They do stretch a good bit the more you wear them (suede). These look a little like a slipper, but cute nonetheless. Once broken in pretty comfy. They ran a bit short. I ordered a size and sent it back, one size up fits good...although now they are a little big since I have worn them often. Overall comfy shoe.

Pretty, red, suede flat, they are quite pretty and an improvement over a pair I reviewed years ago. Just not my style.

Very nice ballet flats! The leather felt so good, very soft. It did not require any breaking in. One thing to be aware of is that these shoes are much like slippers, meaning they feel soft and comfortable but also have very thin soles. I started feeling the pavement under my feet after extensive walking. It doesn't bother me because I go barefoot often, but I know people with thin feet will feel the ground. Definitely order a half size up. I normally wear an 8, but the 8.5 Sloop felt perfect. Sloop is more casual looking, looser fitting, and thinner than Zeppa in case you're comparing the two. Also, for people from wet places: I got the bronze suede, but the suede nap is not so thick that rain will completely ruin it. Of course, I wouldn't try to get these super wet.

Great ballet flats! I normally wear a true 12M - ordered a 13 and, perfect. Have never liked any other ballet flat in past - normally they fit so tightly in the larger sizes and seem to cut in the wrong places across the top of the foot. These are neither too low (toe cleavage) nor too high (causing gap on sides when you walk). True Goldilocks - just right. Now own in leopard, red (which is a great true red - more to the blueish than the orangey one in the photo) camo, and bronze. Now these are my go to shoe for 3 mile city walk to/from work every day. Also appreciate the leather interior. Most flats get slippery without socks and these just get better. Great shoe - especially for the price.

Cute and comfortable! The lining of the shoe doesn't lay flat, but I think after wearing them for awhile, they will be fine. I bought these in my regular shoe size, which is a 6.

I am generally a 7 or 7.5. A couple of years ago I ordered a red patent leather flat by Me Too called the Linda in a 7.5 and kept it but always regretted not exchanging it for the 7 as it was way too loose. So this time I ordered both sizes and returned the 7. If it weren't for other reviewers assurances that they will stretch, coupled with the fact that the shoes are not currently available in an 8 in leopard print, I might even return the 7.5 for an 8. I will keep my fingers crossed that they will stretch a bit with some wear, but so far I'm super excited to have this gorgeous shoe. Versatile print, soft (hopefully stretchy) fabric, great shape. What's not to love?

This is a great, comfortable ballet flat. Definitely go a half size up! I do feel like the back rubs my heel a little bit, but I have yet to form a blister from wearing these all day long. They're very cute and stylish. I recommend these and will be purchasing more colors in the future!

This is a lovely, simple flat--the black napa leather is a good quality and feel and not too shiny. But I ordered a size 7 (my true size, though I was going to order a 7.5 per recommendation, but it wasn't available), and I could barely cram my foot into it--I don't even think 7.5 would be sufficient. I'm going to have to try an 8 when it's back in stock.

Definitely get a size up from what you normally wear! And honestly, these are as cute and comfortable as they are, if your feet are the slightest bit on the wide side, these will probably not be as cute and comfortable! That said, I got the pewter colored ones and they are totally versatile and I am sure that I will be wearing them with almost everything. As for "arch support," they are ballet flats - what do you expect?

I bought these based on all the great reviews and, overall, I'm happy with them. But I did want to add that it's true what some have said about the questionable quality of these shoes. Within a day or two, the insole did come unglued, as others have said, and tends to flop around and bunch up. Also, there is a very strong chemical smell that has yet to go away. It was headache-inducing the first couple of wearings and has mellowed a bit, but I can still smell it after having them for a couple of weeks and wearing them a lot. I would probably still recommend them, but a big factor in my purchase was the 100% good reviews, so I thought it would be good for people considering them to know that there are some flaws. Still a very cute shoe, though.

These are darling little shoes. They are so light and comfortable, and they feel like slippers. They are made from soft material that conforms to your feet. This same material also makes for that crinkled worn look, but not in a terribly unattractive way. No toe cleavage! My feet are a bit wider than average, and these shoes fits fine. I ordered black 7½ because of others stating that they will stretch a tad conform to your feet. They fit snugly, but not overly so. I can usually wear 7½ or 8, if I had a do over I would order both sizes, try both on, and send one back. Sorry Zappos, but that is what makes you so awesome...

I am a true size 7 (medium). My right foot is slightly bigger than my left foot. I was not sure what size to order for this flat. When I finally finish reading all the reviews and also find out the return policy of this product (return unworn item within 365 days/no extra shipping cost, thanks to Zappos' generosity), I decided to order one pair of Black Napa Leather in Size 7 and one pair of Bronze Metallic Suede in 7 1/2 at the same time. Black Napa Leather in Size 7 fits me perfectly. It was snug the first couples of days when I wore it, but felt incredibly soft on my feet. There is no heel and no arch support , but I do not mind at all. This pair gradually stretched out within a week. I have been wearing it every day for the past 25 days, and it is now a little loose. Bronze Metallic Suede in 7 1/2, however, was too big for me (what a surprise!). I keep the Size 7 Black Napa, and will re-order the Bronze Metallic Suede in Size 7. My past experiences (with other shoes/other brands) have told me that: even the company may use the exact same size measurements to make the shoes; however, not every pair (or model) turns out to be exactly the same. But thanks to Zappos' generous return policy, I got to try both sizes and found what worked for me.

This shoe is perfect for a flat but stylish shoe. It looks like it would slip off your foot but I have very narrow feet and they never do slip. I purchased the chocolate colored suede ones and love the rich color and style. The flat sole is comfortable and I don't feel the ground underneath them so they're thicker than they seem. I wear a 7 1/2 and that's what I got and they fit like a glove. Good buy!

I love these shoes! They take a few wears to break in, and the process is not too bad then are very comfortable! Order half a size larger than your normal shoe size. I was a little disappointed that the insole lining came out after a few wears, but I just glued it back down. I had a zebra pair before this and did not have that problem. They are a great quality, very fashionable, and very comfortable! I recommend them to friends all the time!

Love this shoe -- comfortable but also stylish. Goes with almost anything, skirt or pants. Too bad it didn't fit. I wear a 6.5 but the Sloop in this size was much too small for me. I wouldn't be surprised if I need a 7.5.

This is my second pair of FS/NY and I'm very happy with these ballet flats. They are stylish and basic, just as a ballet flat should be. There is no support, so long distance walking could be a problem. If you're zipping around the city, these are great!

I absolutely love these shoes. I have a narrow size 8 foot and am always on the look out for perfect ballet flats. These shoes are as soft on the inside as they are the outside. I ordered true to size and they fit perfectly, with a ballet flat this style, with a rounded toe box your feet should completely fill the shoe. I have them in 4 colors...love them, love Zappos.

Well, I did not read description close enough, so I thought for the price they would be 100% leather. The smell of the man-made materials has filled my office for the last few days and they are going back. These are the pewter metallics, maybe the suede ones are better.

Bought these in red and love them! Have received many compliments. They don't really have much support, but don't push in on your toes either. I couldn't really wear them for long, extended walking trips because I have kind of bad feet, but for knocking around town for awhile they are absolutely fine. I did order up half a size and they fit great.

I absolutely love my new flats! They fit perfectly-I am a true size 6, and these shoes were made for my foot! I ordered the leopard print pair, and I have worn them with jeans and skirts--and received so many compliments..you will get your money worth if you purchase these shoes!

This is my second pair of sloops. Went a half size up. I have foot issues and always need lots of padding so I cannot figure out why these shoes with no arch support and no padding are so comfortable, but they are. I love that they are so roomy in the toe area. And so cute. I have not been able to find another ballet flat that measures up!

The shoes are honestly cuter in the picture than they are in on. They make great house slippers, but not so great if you are on your feet a lot. I've had them for a month, and ready to find a new pair of black flats.

I had high expectations for these shoes, especially considering their price; but after a year of sporadic wear, they are literally falling apart. Granted, I do walk in the city a good amount, but nothing more than about a half-mile to a mile a day. The leather lining that serves as the insole for these shoes has literally peeled off, and I've had to put inserts in them to make them at all wearable. The stitching is also coming apart inside of them. These shoes seem to be made for decorative purposes only (read: very little walking), and not at all for full workdays that involve commuting.
