These are lovely. Tight fitting but they do stretch. They're not for hiking distances, but certainly perfect for shopping, around the house, around town. I love them.

Placed my order for these beautiful shoes and seemed to receive them overnight! Zappos is great. The shoes fit perfectly and are one of the nicest and most comfortable I've ever owned. Just like a ballerina slipper. Gorgeous shoes. Pretty color. Reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

These are really pretty and soft on your feet. Too soft for me. They fell apart after 2 months and I was not wearing them every day or walking for miles in them either. Zero support of any kind. Not made for the mean streets of NYC.

I ordered the Black Napa in my regular size and I am very happy with the shoe! I read tons of reviews on these shoes before buying, and though almost all said to buy a half size larger (and even the company recommends this), I got my regular size because many people who upsized complained that once the shoe stretched out it lost its shape and got floppy on the sides. My shoes were snug at first, but after 2 wears they are like gloves for my feet and super comfy! Now, I do have relatively narrow feet, so this might not be the case for wide-footed ladies, but I think that when you size up in these, when they stretch (which they definitely seem to do) you end up with too much fabric, whereas if you had your normal size they start off small but stretch to fit perfectly. The shoe is like a dance shoe and does not have a stiff upper, so it really does mold to your feet. You can see the outline of my big toe through the shoe, which doesn't bother me at all, but might not be what some are looking for. I am really happy with them and will no doubt buy another pair in a different color!

I love these shoes! As the other posters recommended,I bought a size larger than usual and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable although there is no arch support. However, I do really like them. Super cute. I am considering buying another pair.

The reviews on these shoes were mixed as to what size to order. The best review that I would hold to is the one from the ballerina. Just like her, I have two different sized feet; usually between 10 and 11, and I have narrow feet. 11 almost never work for me because they also make them far too wide for my feet. I ordered a 10½ and an 11 just to be safe. I will be keeping the 10½. So all that to say that you should order your true size, and know that they will stretch quickly even if they feel a little snug.

I have these in two colors and have worn them out after wearing them constantly for about two years. I ordered a half size up and had a to break them in a little, but once I did they fit so perfectly - like slippers. There's not a lot to them, but that's what I like - I have done a lot of traveling in these and walked many miles in them with no blisters or pain. Ready for another pair (or two) - they're really fantastic. I haven't found anything else like them.

I have never liked wearing flats much, but I have found these to be very wearable. They stay on very well, no slipping, and have room for the toes. My only complain is that there is pretty much no cushioning between your feet and the ground. I put an insole insert in and that helps. I really like the materials and these shoes feel very well made.

Can't tell you how much I love these shoes. A half size up fits perfectly! I wish they made them in a "nude" color for summer.

Fabulous flats! No need to break in, just slip on and go. Bought the pewter color - awesome with jeans or dress. So comfy. Do run a size small.

I bought these flats as my travel evening shoes. They are very comfortable and versatile and fairly water-resistant, as well.

These shoes are very cute and seem to be well-made. They are a little too flat for me. They come up too far on top of the foot past your toes. I like a flat that is a little more open at the toes. I also have the Garnet Hill Italian flats, which I like better.

There is not much I can say that has not already been said. They are simple, elegant, comfortable, in love and so forth. As for sizing, it is possible that I could have gotten away with my regular size. When I first got them, they were tight, but have now stretched enough from wear to slip off the back of my feet occasionally. I only wish they made these in a natural fabric such as linen or cotton. I have them in black suede and while they are not noticeably shiny or velveteen-like, they still are not very summery to me.

I absolutely love these shoes. I did have to order a half size larger, as some reviews mentioned. I'm a very consistent 9.5 and had to order a 10. The 10 is perfect! They are really cute and very comfortable. I wouldn't say they have support, per se, but I've definitely had ballerina flats with a lot less structure to the shoe. It's very well made and looks cute with skirts and jeans.

Love these shoes- super cute, great fit. They lose one star because the lining came up after just a few wears- this is very annoying.

These are flat but soft and flexible which I love especially if one has bunions etc. I order a half size larger in French Sole shoes and am now the proud owner of three pairs.

Cutest, most comfortable ballerinas I've ever worn! Definitely recommend going up a half size from your normal size, because I'm normally a 9 and it was way too tight, even taking into account the possibility for stretching. Even the 9.5 was a little snug when I first put it on, but it stretched out and fits perfectly now. Normally these types of shoes rub in one place or another on me, but these didn't, they required no real break-in period. I was a little hesitant at first to spend this much on a pair of flats, but after spending money on another pair a few months ago, and that pair completely wearing out (it was Lucky Brand Emmie) way faster than it should have, I figured it was worth it to get this pair, because I don't see these wearing the way my others did. There is definitely a quality difference there.

Beyond comfortable... I love flats but it's surprisingly hard to find ones that are truly easy on your feet. These ran true-to-size for me, and I have somewhat wide feet. The interior is super soft and I feel like I'm walking around in socks all day. I'm in love!

I love these. They broke in completely after the first 2 wears, I believe (and there were places to break in -- they just adapt really well). They're higher in the back than most of my flats, and between that and the complete toe coverage, stay put exceptionally well. The toe has ample room, so no crowding in there. The sole is thin, but thick enough to walk on even cobbles (you'll be aware you're walking on cobbles, but not painfully so). If you're wearing them on a cold day, though, the cold will penetrate eventually. I bought my usual size in these, and I have no regrets. I've been wearing them for about 2 months now, pretty often, and I can't say they've noticeably stretched at all. When these wear out (which won't be anytime soon), I'll replace them with an identical pair. Great flats.

I love these shoes. A little tight when I first wore them but they molded to my feet and were my go to shoe.

I ordered these ballet flats to wear with leggings and tunics, and they are really cute. I have other shoes in this brand, and it is one of the most reasonably priced brand of shoes made in Italy. The only problem with these shoes is that there is no arch support, and they could use more cushioning. I put an insole pad in them, and they're fine. They also tend to run about a half-size smaller than I normally wear.

I bought this in 8.5 Black Napa because I didn't want to have to worry about getting the suede wet. I normally wear an 8.5 and these fit perfectly. I hope they don't stretch out too much. The only ballet flats that Ive had that I loved were by jeffrey campbell and they were from 2006. I like the french soles, the leather is really soft. Unlike the other flats, these come back slightly farther on my foot, covering all of my toes. THe only thing I don't like about these shoes is that my big toe pokes the top of the leather because it's so soft. I will live with it since they are so comfortable. They are about 20% old lady-ish. I'll set a reminder on my phone to update this review in six months and let you know if they stretched out too much.

Had to return this because everyone said by a half size larger, so I did and though one felt sort of okay, I could tell they would stretch, so I would just buy your size. They look beautiful and are really soft and comfy even though I haven't worn them all day, but I wanted to warn people about the sizing.

These shoes are adorable. Although true to size (I'm a 7), the right one was considerably tighter than the left, and the 7.5 would have been too big for my left foot,so I just wore them around the house with thick gym socks to stretch 'em out. Now they're perfect, and I get lots of compliments!
