Great hybrid hiking boot - sturdy yet light. Didn't really need a break-in period - felt good from the first time worn. Would highly recommend!

Bought these after reading reviews. Was looking for a shore to wear in my daily walking to/from work in Chicago where conditions can be ugly in winter, spring, fa.... Heck, all the time! These boots are awesome as per the reviews. Highly recommended.

I have had these boots for a few weeks now and am really enjoying them. I wanted boots that were lightweight, tough & waterproof. I use them mostly to play disc golf in and when I play I usually am very rough on my boots. So far they are doing the job well. I tend to drag my right toe on concrete tee pads when I drive so I'm curious as to how well the toes keep their integrity. The one flaw I've felt is that the arch support feels really far back in the shoe. I wish it were more towards the middle. Feels like my heel is right on top of where the arch support should be. I did order a half size up and they fit great. I could see myself ordering these again when this pair wears down.

This is my 3rd pair of these I have purchased. I love how they feel, great right out of the box. I wear them every day at work. I put them through water, mud and everything else and am very satisfied with how long it takes me to wear a pair out. I just told my wife the other day I am going to buy another pair to wear for when I'm not at work. You will love them too!

Love these boots! Very sturdy sole and ankle construction, great dark olive color contrasted with canvas interior and black sole, and super warm. Only have 1 other pair of Keen shoes, and decided to order 1 size up in order to fit thicker socks for hiking. Glad I did. Very happy with these boots!

Great boots. Light, immediately comfortable. They're perhaps just a little small but they loosened up for me. Also, for those of us who don't bend so well, they're easy to tie.

Love these boots! This is my 3rd pair over the ast 8 years and I have loved them every step of the way. I use them on the trail and around town in the winter.

I have always purchased my hiking and/or climbing boots from my sport store - but I had trouble returning my boots that were not wide enough - so I decided to place a similar order with Zappos and I am happy as a clam - my order was delivered when they said it would be and they wanted to know if I was happy with my new boots. I am very pleased with the Targhee, this being my second pair. They are durable, resist water and warmer than other brands I have tried, which is a nice feature to have here in the MT Rockies. At first they may feel slightly tight but readily become broken in. I would purchase this product again.

These boots are excellent! I wear size 16 and usually have a difficult time finding boots and shoes that I like and that fit just right. There really is no break-in period and they look great. I'd definitely buy these again and plan to buy another pair of Keen boots this spring.

I take my 130 pound Great Pyrenees for walks to our local creek everyday in snow, ice, rain or sun. I bought men's boots because I have very wide feet and these boots fit just perfect. Size 10 - medium width. I really like them as they have lug soles and I can walk on rocky surfaces without twisting my ankles.

This is my third pair of Keens and definitely won't be my last. Each pair has fit very comfortably right out of the box. When ordering I do suggest that you order at least a half size larger than you may typically wear or even a full size if you intend to wear heavier socks.

Once I finally got over the "different" look and shape of the hikers I have been extremely pleased. They required almost no break in time, and they are as comfortable as any hiker I've owned. They don't have a lot of ankle support, but then you shouldn't expect much from a "mid" boot. Good traction, even on rocks. I'd definitely buy again.

I have had this pair of Keens for several years. They have been snow skiing, hiking, vacation walking and you name it. Many many miles on these and if I just have not gotten to the point where I have worn them out. I would keep them. They still feel so good. I will probably keep them. I love them that much.

These are one of the best boots I have purchased! I found them to be comfortable right out of the box. They took no time for break-in. I particularly appreciate the excellent arch support. I took the advice on the Zappos page and ordered 1/2 size larger than I usually wear & the fit is perfect.

I've worn this boot for two years with great results. Sadly, the new version fits a bit smaller, so I'm out of luck and will have to try something else.

I have a lot of trouble with my feet...diabetes, swelling in one ankle, etc. these shoes are great...I'm back to hiking with no problem...didn't even need a break-in period!. A few words about Zappos...my go to for great quality shoes and superb customer service...love the free return service especially.

Bought these boots to hike the Grand Canyon in December, very comfortable right off the bat. Been wearing them every day for break in and they are great boots. Ugly toe but it grows on you, once you get the sizing right its a great fitting boot.

Very good work shoe! I work outside, on my feet nearly all day on asphalt. This shoe didn't need a break in period, as it was comfortable right from the start. I read the other reviews, and they were right. Order a half size larger than usual.

This is my second pair of these. The first pair lasted just shy of 3 years and thats saying something with how much I hike. I've only had the second pair for a month or so and they're extremely comfortable with a lot of support. I will continue to buy these as long as Keen keeps making them. I highly recommend these boots!

Comfortable,strong, waterproof, no problems after 4 hikes of 3-4 hours. Bought 1 size larger than my normal size, but I have been having to do that recently with other shoes.

Purchased these for a trip to Alaska. They are wonderful and perhaps the most comfortable shoe that I've ever put on my foot. Highly recommended.

These boots were comfortable right out of the box. They are light weight and nicely rugged. Best of all they have lots of toe room and they handle my orthotics without binding. I've worn them during two Light Sierra hikes so far and they performed quite well. Buy them one size too large and you'll have no trouble.
