Buyer beware: I spent $600 for la Canadienne winter boots that were supposed to be waterproof. I wore them only 3 times and they leak through the sole. Waste of money and I miss David's Shoes!!

Beautiful boot which fit other than around the calf. Women with larger feet do not necessarily have large legs.

Absolutely worth every single penny - these boots feel like they were tailor made for me! My feet are wide across the toe and narrow at the heel, not too wide a calf - these fit perfectly and look fabulous.

The boots are really nice, too narrow for extra wide.

The boots were beautiful, but the leg/shaft of the boot was too narrow for me.

I love these boots! I wear a size 10 wide but I don't wear a wide calf. They are perfect and I feel like I could climb mountains or go clubbing. So comfortable and so classy. The leather is very high-quality. I think they are worth the price.

First I bought a 10 extra wide but it was way too big, so I returned them. My regular size is 9.5 but due to a sore bunion I always go up in size. But this time it did not work out. Ordered a 9.5 instead also in extra wide and it was a much better fit and the bunion has plenty of room due to the extra wide toe box. Nice quality boots. Love that they are waterproof and does not look clunky. Have not worn them outside yet. Extra plus that they are made in Canada.

They are very well made and with good quality materials. Good fit and the only reason I graded comfort with 4 stars is because they have a nice cushion only in the heel, but not in the ball of the feet.

Overall, the boot is exactly what I wanted and expected from La Canadienne. I am very happy with the height of the shaft and the height of the heel.

AMAZING BOOTS!!! LOVE LOVE them. So comfy and so classic. Will get plenty of wear. You pay for what you get. High quality!

Incredibly comfortable to wear all day long!

This is definitely a splurge boot but the quality is excellent. I got the WW width which made me size down shoe-size from a 9/5 to a 9. But the width is gong to be good I think adding an extra sock for winter wear.

I mostly wear an 8.5 but this boot fit perfect at an 8. I really like the black suede - it looks much nicer than the leather.

Boot is absolutely beautiful. But living in south west Florida will not allow me enough cool weather days o justify the price of these boots. Wish I could keep them though.

I’m not really sure about the fit because I wear a size 10 medium shoe, but I always order a size 11 medium boot. This boot seems to be a little longer than my other boots. However, they are very comfortable. They just look longer.

Loved the look and the fit. Unfortunately, I need a flat heel. So sad as my previous La Canadienne boots lasted 10+ Years and still looked great but the sole was breaking down. I would have kept these too, but my aging feet need a flat heel.

I bought this pair to replace the same boots purchased 15 years ago… they lasted through 15 NYC winters! Really hopeful that this new pair of La Canadienne are as sturdy as the last pair proved to be. Worth it for the price!

These are handsome boots, plain and classic, well made, well designed. I bought a half size up and put in an arch support orthotic, because I wear these all day and do a lot of walking. Still room for my toes to wiggle inside. Easy to get on and off, with the full zipper. I have the leather version and the suede ones.
