MBT Sport High - I am on my sixth pair of the MBT Sport High Shoe. I walk approximately 3 miles per day as exercise time in these shoes. I would not be without them. When I originally discovered them, I was in the process of loosing weight, getting in shape. Initially, the results were amazing as I gained strength and improved body habitus. I continue to be convinced that these shoes are responsible for my improved overall health and body condition. My daily walk in my MBT shoes has kept me in shape and I see changes to my body, a bit more slowly now than originally, but I was pretty out of shape when I started, now I am much firmer, my cloths look better, I feel stronger and more confident. I would not want to be without these. I only wish there was more than only one style for the High Sport, just for a little change every now and then.

These are great shape up fitness shoes for balance . I do not suggest wearing them too often as they will really build up your calves !

This is my favorite "runaround" of all time!!! First, I LOVE MBT! Second, MBT is the most fun, comfortable "heel" or "lift" on the market and as an added bonus works the muscles in your glutes, hamstrings, and Quads...all the while the knees, feet and back are happy campers.

MBT Sport High - I typically wear a 7.5 EE, and I find these to be very comfortable (size 38). My width is due to bunions, which admittedly, can get a little sore particularly at the end of a 9-10 hour day. I started with the black casual style, which was fitted by a trained specialist (size 37 2/3). I also have a sandal (the original, not the Kisumu, in a size 37 b/c no socks) and the Lifestyle in blue (size 37 2/3). I have to say the Sport High is the most comfortable and I think it's because of the size overlap (7.5-8). About the fit, the specialist told me that your toes should reach the front of the shoe. If you have the right size, your foot should not be moving within the shoe as you walk or you do not get the full benefits of the sole. It seems counterintuitive because it feels like your toes are going to smash against the shoe, but they don't, and you can really feel the rolling motion. These shoes are great, but if you want to get the most benefit, see a specialist to figure out the correct size, then come back to Zappos to get the awesome price. :)

Seriously, this is my fourth pair over the last four years. These shoes changed my life...my posture, I have a butt now, rock hard legs...if I could buy the world a pair of MBTs, I would!!! This was my first time to order them from Zappos.com and I was so impressed with their promptness, I just received my last order of four pairs of dress shoes! PERFECT.

Second pair of MBT's - I have worn the MBT Kisumu sandal for a year for a 4-5 mile walk I do 4 times a week, and wanted to see what the "high" shoes were like...answer: pillows of bouncy air. I do feel more "workout" in my muscles. I am now doing walk, jog intervals for the usual 4-5 miles. These did rub a blister on my heels but have worn them 5+ times and now they seem to have broken in. I will alternate between pairs, but need to have my old pair resoled :) !! I wear a 9 1/2 (half size up from regular shoes) in a jogging shoe and these ran true to size, with plenty of room in the toe box.

MBT’S Sport Shoe HIGH - I am enjoying walking in this shoe. It does Not run narrow in the heel and I got a big blister wearing them in. I walked 4 miles three days in a row. I took a break for a week and have not gotten one since. The HIGH felt funny at first. I rocked around a little, but got used to it fast. I wear a 9N in normal shoes. These I need a 9 1/2.

Sport High Rocks! This is my second pair of MBTs. I was excited to check out the Sport High. I experienced a little knee strain for the first couple of weeks. Guess I had to adjust to the extra cushion. Now that they've settled in, they're perfect. I love what they do for my posture while power walking...140 B.P.M. & I'm flying. More colors please. Why is this shoe soo ugly? The MBT engineers should call that Dyson guy...He managed to make a vacuum cleaner beautiful...Just think what he could do to for the MBT!

Very pleased with this shoe!!! I wear a 7.5 and had heard that MBTs are hard to size properly, so I ordered the 37 (US 7) and 38 (US 7.5-8). The 37 was too small and narrow but the 38 was perfect. I think it would be too small for someone who wears an 8. I am very pleased with the comfort, quality and look of the shoe. I just had a baby and wear them everywhere - you can't tell they're not normal sneakers, but they make a big difference in the way I walk. Highly recommended!!!

MBT Sport High - Excellent shoe, but with all the MBTs, your heel slips out.

MBT Comments - This is my second pair of the same, MBT shoes in a little over a year. They are wonderful shoes; they do assist in firming your legs and providing the best support and comfort for running/walking shoes. I just wish that these shoes weren't so expensive-- they are overpriced.

This shoe rocks (literally!) I can't describe my love affair with this shoe. Buy them plenty of big, so your toes don't feel scrunched. In spite of the monstrosity of their appearance, I feel like a million bucks while walking in them!

They don't disappoint - This is my second pair of MBTs, the first were not this high and I felt ready to graduate to the taller one. I use them for increasing the intensity of my walking and can definitely feel the workout in my legs when I do. I do not need them for orthopedic purposes however I always appreciate a comfortable shoe and am not disappointed at all with my new second pair. I had the first ones for about 2 years and wore them into the ground. I have seen several ladies at the gym working out in this particular shoe as well. MBTs are great!

I love these shoes! Wonderful shoes! I have been wearing mine for the last 2 years. More of a lift than regular MBTs. They took a little getting used to, but after a few weeks of daily wear, they were perfect. Last much longer than regular running shoes, which makes the price not as bad!

Pricey But Worth It! This shoe is great for people with plantar fasciitis...I am now able to run again. However, for women at least or those with thin ankles, it is a bit large in this area. Plan to rectify this situation with heel inserts or double up on your sweat socks.

MBT Sport High - This is a nice and comfortable shoe. I normally wear a 9-91/2 but ordered a half size larger. My back doesn't hurt anymore after standing all day for 5-8 hours all day in O.R. I also have another pair for working out. I got lots of compliments. Zappos rock!!! Has a good customer service.

Life Changing Shoe and Fabulous Service - Wow, for years (40) I have had sore feet and literally a broken back. These shoes have removed all pain! Even up through my neck, due to better posture. My balance is better, my stride more steady, and NO PAIN!

Best shoes ever - I am addicted to these shoes. Once, I went on a trip and wore my MBT sandals, which I love, too, but after a few days, I missed wearing these. They're a half-inch higher than the other MBTs, which make them bouncier and my gait more rolling somehow. I've had them for almost three years now and they're almost still as good as new. I've adjusted my wardrobe to accommodate wearing these shoes. I've had various problems with my knees and with plantar fasciitis, and I don't know if the shoes cured me or what but I no longer have aches and pains. I also have the lower sport version, which I wear to the gym. Fantastic shoe worth every penny.

Shoes great! Needed a different model! There is not a lot of difference in looks between the "Sport High" and the regular height MBTs, but with the little bit of extra height I found my ankles wobbling in with each step, so I better start low and work up. This is one brand that you just have to try on to figure out what is going to work. Thank goodness for Zappos civilized shipment and return policy. Also they are not clunky ugly they are good looking.

MBT Sport High - I love this shoe. I just received it and I had to write a review because it is the coolest shoe I have ever owned. It really is like walking on pillows. I don't feel like you really need a long time to get used to them- they feel a little weird, but I got used to the rocking effect pretty quickly. They also aren't as ugly as I thought they would be- they are cute in their own way! The best part is that Zappos rocks. The first pair I got had a manufacturing defect and Zappos sent me a replacement pair right away and told me to return the first pair when I was sure I was going to keep the second pair. It took two minutes for them to do this. PLUS- I ordered the shoes 10:00 pm and received them early afternoon the next day!! I am never buying shoes from any other place- no one can beat Zappos!

Like walking on a cloud - This is a wonderful shoe. I did a lot of research on this shoe and chose to order it despite the price. It is worth every penny. I work at a hospital and have convinced others this is a great shoe. Will be looking to order more styles.

Incredible shoe for those with plantar fasciitis! I have been battling plantar fasciitis for several years now. I bought these and it blew my mind when I realized I could actually run in them without pain (something I hadn't considered in years). These shoes are incredible! I am hoping they will soon make a dress shoe.

Great walking shoes! I am athletic and love to exercise. However I hate running and walking is too low impact. I got these to increase the intensity when I walk and I love them. There are different heights so take note when deciding which one to choose. The shoes are suppose to feel snug which could take some time to getting use to; overall great buy!

I hope they never stop making these - This is my 5th pair of MBTs, 8th if you count the 3 I've bought as gifts for my husband. This is my 2nd pair of this exact show. This is the bounciest shoe they make. This pair does not feel exactly the same as my first pair, also bought at Zappos - the arch support doesn't feel as perfect for my foot. This one appears as though it might have been made at a different factory, because the label sewed in the tongue is a different color and different altogether. The reason I bought them: I didn't want to be without a pair when I send the others in to be re-soled. You know they can be resoled several times. So that's my endorsement - I didn't want to be without a pair of this exact shoe.

Owner of multiple pairs - My wife and I both have different issues with our feet and legs, I have to do a lot of standing in my work and as a teenager one of my feet was crushed in a motorcycle accident, these shoes are the only shoes (and I've tried them all) that do wonders for my ability to stand and walk. We love what they do for us and would highly recommend them.
