Worth every penny! At first I thought I'd made a mistake. I was getting blisters on my heels, but the right socks (Nike Dri-Touch) made all the difference and now I love MBTs. They tone my backside, give me a great workout, help my posture, and my back feels better. I bought three more pairs: another athletic and two pairs of sandals. Love MBT!

My dream shoe - Alright, I was a bit doubtful that a shoe could be as comfortable as people said it was, and still be good for your whole body. Also, I was not sure that at 26 years old, I was ready for an orthopedic shoe! When I was hit by a car as a pedestrian a four weeks ago, I tore ligaments in my right leg. Being a jogger and hiker, I was worried I wouldn't be able to exercise with out surgery. While I may still have to have surgery, MBTs are improving my life significantly. My orthopedic surgeon prescribed them, and Zappos was a pleasure to shop at every way. Walking in them on a long walk is like walking on pillows, but it really works out my upper thighs! Like crazy. My abs get a bit of a workout too. My injured leg? Not strained, no pain. Amazing, considering I have a tear in my ligament. I think I would be able to walk in these forever. I even ran a little bit in short fast steps, the way the DVD shows. It felt good and was fun. I've already ordered the women's sandals in the "dawn" color. Size: I am usually a 9.5 to 10, and I ordered a 10 (41). It fit great. Zappos sent out a 42 so I could compare (also free overnight), and 41 was indeed the right size. Sent the 42 back to Zappos today. I will totally buy from this place again.

Worth the Money! It took me about a week to get used to these. I had sore muscles in my thighs and had a tough time keeping my balance at first, but after that first week, I wouldn't wear another shoe. I'm an RN and on my feet constantly. My feet never ache, my posture is better and my back feels better. Everyone stops to ask me about these shoes. I will buy another pair when these wear out!

Love love love these shoes - I have had these since Nov. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. I hurt my knee March of 2007 and when I walked on the tread mill or even outside and around my knee would hurt. So decided to try these. They are wonderful. No pain at all. We went to Florida I wore other shoes because I had on capris and shorts. After the first day with another pair of shoes on I planned my outfits around pants so I could wear these. I ordered the white sandals today, but not from Zappos because they no longer price match. :( But I plan on ordering the white low and also the Mary Janes. Wouldn't it be great if they made the MJ in solid black! Hint hint. By the way my children say they remind them of moon boots. (Brats LOL) I do think they run a bit larger after you wear them awhile.

These are awesome! The MBT Sport Highs - I have 2 pairs of and absolutely love them. They are so good for your spine and body! They look great, are comfortable, and give such a great workout. I am a physical therapist and a yoga therapist (for 25 years), and these shoes are one of the best things you can invest in for your spine and musculo-skeletal system.

Relieves Knee Stress ...Really - If you have ever had knee surgery and work on concrete floors like I do, you must buy these shoes. It eliminates excessive stress on my knees, which have undergone 5 surgeries and have little cartilage left. This is my second pair and while expensive, worth it.

I was hesitant to purchase these sneakers due to the price, but they were worth every penny! They are so comfortable, have great support, and are true to size. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Beware - I'm addicted to these shoes. I only use MBT shoes now. I exercise a lot so I didn't need any practice using it.

MBT's and Zappos - I like 'em - I walk a lot and run some in MBTs. Walking and running in MBTs is very cushioned and comfortable. Running is more tiring and slower than in running shoes because of weight of MBTs. Hip and leg and foot muscles are used differently and more in MBTs and I think that this improves posture and strength. Zappos was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Walking Shoe - I tried 3 different sizes before I got the one that is my usual size, even though it is frequently suggested to get at least a half size larger than you usually wear. Thanks to Zappos for making it easy to keep trying! I have worn a pair of MBT sandals for a couple of years for everyday walking. Living on Kauai, this is year round. I bought these as I had started a new workout routine and wanted to step up the walks. These are sooo comfortable. I use an ultra thin bamboo rayon sock with them and it makes for a perfectly comfortable fit. I needed no adjustment period despite the height of these shoes. You can feel that you are working your whole lower body as you move along. No tired arches, no shin splints, no sore balls, no sore joints - even if I disbelieve the cellulite hype, they are worth the comfort. You feel like you are walking on something soft rather than pavement. As a matter of fact, they feel better on pavement than grass! Definitely worth the price.

Love my new MBT's - I decided to order the MBT's Sport High this time. Soooooooooooooo glad that I did. I love, love, love these shoes. They really work the legs and are so comfortable. I ordered a half size up and this worked great for me. I highly recommend these shoes.

I wear them EVERYWHERE, EVERYDAY! The Sport High is my second pair of MBT's; as suggested, I started with the lower version and wore those for almost a year before I went up a notch. Now the lower ones are my hospital shoes (I'm a nursing student) and the Sport High are the shoes that I wear ALL DAY, EVERYDAY - no joke! As unattractive as these shoes may be (although I think the white Sport High aren't quite as ugly as the original white lower version), they have done miracles for my body. My abs are stronger than ever, my lower back hardly ever hurts after a day on my feet, and I actually have ankles now (I've had "cankles" my whole adult life, and believe me, I'm glad to be rid of them)! My thighs are more muscular and I notice an overall change in the shape of my legs that I'm very happy with. I cannot say enough about MBT's in general. I would be happy never wearing another shoe again. They are worth every penny of their expensive price, and if you end up wearing them as much as I do, they MORE than pay for themselves compared to what you would pay at a gym, for a trainer, or for back massages. One suggestion that I do have: if you're concerned about the look of these shoes, there are great black exercise pants out there that are long enough to cover them adequately and even make them look better. My favorites are the Remedy pants and the Chaturanga pants from Athleta - they look really good with MBT's. I've turned a lot of people onto MBT's, and most of them have also ended up with those pants because they work so well together. Get the shoes - they're really worth it! Besides, what have you got to lose? With free shipping both ways, it's a no-brainer!!!

MBT Sport Shoe - The shoes are great. Although a little pricey, I hope they will last the rest of my life! The folks at Zappos are polite, courteous, and friendly. I will continue to shop with them and tell all my friends about their web site! I appreciate their no hassle return policy too. I cannot say enough about their customer service! I ordered 2 pair to be sure I got the right fit and returned one pair. The shoe is wonderful!

Works like a charm - Took a couple of days to get adjusted, but these babies work like a charm - to walk correctly you have to engage core! My butt was indeed sore, and I can see a noticeable difference in just a few weeks of wear. They are funny looking, but make walking a major workout! :) I lost 2 lbs last week by doing my walking place to place in them, and I wasn't even trying. That hasn't happened since I was a teenager - I am 42 now!

MBT Sport High - I cannot believe I waited so long to buy these! A year ago a woman at the gym had them on and told me how great they were. Well I read about them and procrastinated and I am so mad I just didn't take the plunge and get them. They are so comfortable, it didn't take anytime to get used to them I used them on the treadmill for a few miles the second day I got them and had no trouble at all. I am glad I went with the Sport High they look high but once they are on the comfort is amazing. If you are procrastinating like I did, STOP and go get a pair you will be thankful you did.

Love Them! I love them, I wasn't sure if I would and was worried because they are so expensive. But so far they are great, they feel good and I love to wear them. I don't know if I will lose any weight or tone up but I feel peppy wearing them. I would say try 'em out and become a fan!

Ankle saver - I had a TTC (talus, tibia, calceanous) surgery done on my ankle. My ankle is now 100 % fused, no movement at all. This shoe saved me from losing my job and be able to have the possibility to walk like an average person and to work full time. Next one will be the Lower Sport or hiking boot, because this high one put a big work out on you. Sandals are a must for this summer, never was able to wear them in the past 35 years before the surgery. Thanks, MBT Eddy V

Great Shoes! This is the only shoe that I have found that helps alleviate my heel pain, caused by plantar fasciitis. My profession requires me to be on my feet most of the time and these shoes are great! I wear them to work 95% of the time and I feel like I am walking on a nice soft sponge all day long. It took me about 2.5 days to adjust to them and I suggest buying at least a half size larger that you normally wear. They are a little wide but they lace up well....

Awesome Comfort - These shoes make walking a pleasure! I enjoy walking longer distances and it's too bad the sneakers can't look like heels so that I could wear them EVERYWHERE. I bought these shoes for the cellulite/health benefits and I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

Cool Shoe - This shoe gives a good workout. Provides for better posture over a period of time. It is very comfortable. Would be nice if it came in a narrow width.

Love these shoes - I heard about MBT from a friend who swears by these shoes. I walk a lot so I thought I would give them a try - I love them, so much so that I also ordered a pair in sandals. When I walk in them my muscles are always engaged b/c when I stand still I am still rocking back and forth - it's quite enjoyable. I also notice I am walking more and really trying to reach those 10,000 steps each day. No problem with driving in them for me at all. I will definitely buy another pair once these wear out.

Interesting shoes - These shoes are wonderful to walk in except I wish I had gotten a half size larger because they are tight across my little toe on one foot.

MBT Sport High - I recently purchased the MBT Sport High sneakers. I absolutely love them! My left foot is about 1/2 size larger than my right foot and is also a little wider. I wear a size 9 so I decided to go with the size 40. I found them to be true to size. They do feel different than regular sneakers but I adjusted to them quickly. They were comfortable from the beginning but they keep getting more comfortable! I wear them every day to work. I walk a lot. I can feel my legs becoming more toned and my posture is better. I really like the way they look and the quality is great. Even though they cost more than I thought I would ever spend, I am planning to buy another pair as soon as possible. Thanks for a great product.

In love with Sport Highs! OMG**** I just got my first pair. The second I put them on I knew these were amazing shoes! They were a teeny bit tight in the toes so I am exchanging for one size larger. But I want to dispel the myths that they look horrible, I am picky and they don’t look horrible at all!!! They’re even sort of cute! I bought the white.

They are ugly, but they do wonders for your butt and legs; I've bought 2 pair from Zappos--best price I can find. They run small, but I buy my regular size.
