Amazing Shoes - I've had these shoes for a year. At first, I felt fairly unsteady in them, and only wore them on the weekends; didn't see much change. But, for the last 6 months I've worn them almost everyday, and feel very comfortable and relaxed in them. I've noticed a major improvement in my physique: better muscle tone in calves, thighs and abs. Easy to have great posture in them, as well. My knees do not feel sore after a long trek in these, as they do with other shoes. And my butt is a lot smaller! I enjoy walking in these shoes and feel like I am getting a good work-out. I had serious reservations about spending this much for sneakers, but now I wouldn't want to be without them. Very pleased with them. (I do wish their their other styles came in the higher heel!)

Purchased the 1st style a couple of years ago and loved them. These I REALLY love! When I am walking it really feels like I am having to put a little more energy in to it. Kind of feels like speed walking in sand. More of a work out. Have gone up an entire size in both styles.

MBT Sports High - These are the best shoes I’ve ever worn. I wish I would have known about them years ago. I truly recommend them especially for people like me that work on our feet all day. I even wear them when I go to the mall or even to walk my dog. They are so soft your feet never hurt. Buy them you won't regret it!!!

LOVE THE MBT :) These are the best sports shoes ever. They are very comfortable and they actually make you want to get up and walk around. There is a huge difference when you put your other shoes on. I had foot cramps at first so that showed me the difference in how they are made versus my other sports shoes. It does give you a lot better posture and they are comfortable. I was hesitant with the cost, but I will buy more of them. :) I love them. They fit true to my normal size.

This shoe is all everyone says. Zappos ships them amazingly fast. You do not have to buy the lower MBT's and work your way up to these like you may have heard. These are great if you want the height and the work-out. They are not so extreme that you need to buy the other lower type first. I bought mine in the 38 although in other shoes I take a 37 and they are working out great. It is like rolling along on a dense bed of foam that conforms to your foot. You feel the work-out all the way up in your hips. They do require some breaking in and adjusting, especially if you have narrow ankles. You may need to get some pads for the tongue area or adjust the laces just right. But believe me, these shoes are worth it. I decided to commit to them and I am glad I did. I do tend to pronate. But with these shoes, even though they are higher, there is no more pronation than normal. In fact,I have sprained my ankle badly in the past roller-blading and these shoes do not accent my tendency to pronate except on very uneven surfaces. These shoes are so much fun. They can make any moment, even just walking your dogs, a real work-out and fun! You will love them.

Worth the price, very comfortable. I was surprised to find that these shoes are so comfortable. I've even jogged in them. I think it might work the backs of your legs like the say. Have only had them for about 2 weeks and I've noticed that there is a little less jiggle. Wear them with thicker socks if you find your heel slipping a little.

MBT's are Excellence for the serious minded. This is my first time buying shoes that really give you a work out. I watch the DVD that came with it twice. I didn't want to miss anything. I followed the recommended instruction for length of time to wearing the shoes. I only had one problem, my index toes on both feet was rubbing against the top of the shoe and became very, very sore. I had to wrap each of them to protect my toe nails. After a while I started using my toes to gently grip the shoe. This is to keep me from flexing my toes. It took a little focus to do this and power walk at the same time. I walk a 4.5 mile course and was able to do this in 1 hr. 4 min. (best personal time). After two weeks of walking in these shoes I am able to get my time down to 1 hr 7 min. I have notice that I get a burn in my calf, gluts, lower back, and abs muscles. These shoes are great and I would recommend them to anyone who really wants to enhance their workout. They are a little pricey, but they are worth it. By the way, I don't think there is anything wrong with the way these shoes look. My focus is on the way they work and I love it.

Very comfortable shoes!!! Bought these shoes for work. Previously wore several low versions of MBT's. No adjustment time needed for the sport high. Very cushy, nice, and very expensive. Great service from Zappos.

Helps my back pain and ultra comfortable - I recently traveled through Spain in these shoes and never suffered from tired or achy feet. These shoes can take me through a full day of walking and standing with no problems. It took awhile for me to get used to wearing them and I use thicker walking socks with these shoes for extra comfort. The first pair I ordered in my usual size had to be returned for the next size larger. I think the narrower toe box made my normal size feel too small, since as I said, I use them with thicker socks. I have had a lot of back pain and think these shoes have helped alleviate it. I would recommend getting used to these shoes in increments.

I love these shoes. The Sport High is my 4th pair of MBT shoes and I can't tell you strongly enough how much I love them all. The only thing is that the price is rather prohibitive to having lots of them but other than that they are wonderful. They have saved my problem feet and got me up and walking again. I just don't want to fall off of the high ones but they are so cute and I love them.

I DO love my MBTs - They feel great if you're walking or standing. However, if you sit at a computer all day (like I do), they aren't so comfortable. I have wide feet and they bind on my pinky toe, maybe it's the seams? Again, when I'm walking, they're fine. P.S. I've only worn them twice so far, I'm hoping they stretch!

Love Them! A friend of mine told me about these shoes, I bought a pair and then purchased them for my mother and her sister had to run out and buy a pair. We all love them!!!

Best shoe in the world - I haven't had mine long enough for the "benefits", but these are the most comfortable shoe I have EVER worn. I love them and I just can't tell enough people how wonderful they feel. It is like standing in a bag of cotton balls on the dry sand at the beach.

WOW - Love these shoes!!!! They are the only shoes I wear to work my 12 hour days. I no longer come home from work with my back and legs aching. The cushioning makes you feel "springy". I actually feel I have more energy though it is probably cause I'm not in so much pain. They are expensive, which is the reason I only wear them to work, and they were challenging to walk in the first few times. Try these shoes, you will not regret the investment; and buy a larger size than you would normally wear.

Quite impressive! Wow... these shoes are a God send! I have had back surgery recently to repair a broken back, so when a dear friend of ours told me about these shoes...well amazing what they are doing for my recovery! They are taking the "pressure" off my back. And here is the clincher... I have fallen arches and I no longer have to wear my Orthotics! Thank you so much for these shoes... Ugly Euphoria - I love my MBT’s; they are ultra comfortable, I wear them everyday despite the way they look. If you’re in search of happy feet you might want to take a closer look at these beauties.

Amazing!!! I have a lot of trouble with my legs especially the knees and hips. After wearing these only 2 days my body felt different. My acupuncture and massage people could not believe the difference in the muscle tightness in such a short time. I tried to wear them for short times at first but when I went back to my other shoes I could feel the muscles tightening up so break in time for me was short. Even without my orthotics they are great. I did order a 9 instead of 8 1/2 and they are fine for me. Can't say they are the greatest looking but with the difference they have made for me, looks don't really count.

More comfortable than my first pair of MBTs - I have one of the original MBT Sport versions and also MBT sandals owned for several years. Now I purchased the MBT HIGH Sport. This new version cushions the foot much better than my previous editions. They must have improved their construction. I truly enjoy these shoes the most. Once you apply the “technique”, the body responds in a most favorable way.

Decent look - butt buster - I usually wear a 7.5. Bought this one in an 8 and it fits perfectly. It isn't as ugly as everyone says - they're not pretty either though. Definitely can feel the difference in the hamstrings while walking. Let's hope it works!

MBT Sport High Top Notch! These shoes are not attractive, but they do help posture, balance and toning. I would definitely recommend them!

MBTs are 'to die for' comfort!!!! I am on my feet on a concrete floor for 10 hours daily--sometimes walking 3-4 miles at work. I could barely walk by the time I got home at night. I researched the MBT brand thoroughly and decided that MY feet were worth the investment. I continue to get positive comments daily about my awesome shoes--nearly everyone wants a pair! I will definitely buy another pair of MBTs in the future. The comfort of these shoes is unbelievable--they give you a 'bounce' in your step, and after only a couple weeks of wearing them daily, my pants are feeling baggy. Zappos delivered my MBTs in LESS THAN 24 hours which blew me away.

Best shoe in the world - I thought my other MBTs were the best, but then 2 weeks later I ordered these and I absolutely love them. I feel better, look better, and wouldn't give them up for anything in the world. Now I alternate between the two and always feel like I've had a serious workout. They make me happy!!! Zappos was great on delivery!

A little narrower than others - These are medium width, but in their line I found them to be too narrow for my foot. I own the more casual model "Night." As far as value - I loved the shoe for the 'increased instability.' I am a dancer and these work my muscles all day at my 'day job.' On arch support, these seem to have a stiffer platform than the Night model - so arch support might be higher.

Good shoe- This shoe helps stretch my heel cord and it helps keep my toes up. They tend to drag as I have MS.

Amazing pair of shoes - This is the second pair of MBT’s I have purchased. I’m wearing the first for 10 hours a day on my feet at a hair salon. This second is for walking in the morning- the extra 1/2 inch pivot really makes a difference...One piece of advice...when the manufacture recommends wearing them for shorter periods of time-DO IT!!!!! I didn't pay attention and got the mother of all water blisters on the back of my heel!!! My bad entirely!!! Make sure you lace them well too!
