I don’t need a cane to walk anymore - Before I found MBT shoes, I had to walk with a cane. The pain in my legs was so bad I cried going from my bed to the bathroom. I was 55 years old and I looked and felt like an old, old woman. I have type 2 diabetes and plantar fascia. I saw an article in the newspaper about MBT shoes. It sounded like a lot of bull, but I had nothing to lose. Within 30 days the pain was gone and so was the cane. I have been over 200 lbs. since I was 20. Within a year I lost over 30 lbs. These shoes saved my life. They are the only shoes I have worn in over 4 years. I wore them to my son’s wedding. It takes a little time to get used to them, but it is worth every dollar. I feel like I am 30 years old, not 59. TRY THEM.

Comfy clods - These MBTs are really comfortable, but a bit clumsy looking. They will be better suited for wearing in the fall/winter. I can only wear them for so long before I need to take a rest, so they must be doing something.

Good shoe--watch the video - Very comfortable shoe. It's a very strange experience at first. Watch the video (included) to get the most from your shoes.

Great sneakers - I've had some foot problems, so after recommendation from a few friends, I decided to try them. They're very comfortable and had no break in time at all. They are absolutely the most expensive shoes I've ever bought, but so far (it's been a month) they seem to be well worth it. My shoe size varies from 8 to 8 1/2 and these seem to run a bit small, plus you want to tie them snugly.

Finally tried them. I kept reading about MBT shoes and was intrigued by the technology but put off by the price. Finally decided to treat myself and give them a try. I ordered two in a size 8, since I usually wear a 7 1/2 and the reviews said they ran large, and ordered one in a 7 1/2 as backup. You guessed it -- the 7 1/2 is the one that fit! I'm having a little trouble getting smooth with the rocking motion (still sort of "pound the pavement," not a comfortable walk unless I concentrate), but when I get it right it feels wonderful and feels like more of a leg workout without the later foot soreness. I look forward to many good long walks!

Love them - I recently just started wearing MBT’s; a fellow colleague recommended them (I am a Pilates instructor). I am in love with them. After the birth of my son, I sustained an injury to my sacrum...I did PT, Chiro, and exercised which helped rehab the area but I still was not right...since wearing these, I am feeling much more aligned and sleeping thru the night. Highly recommend these shoes.

MBT Sport Low - Excellent shoes make my aching feet feel good all day. I'm hoping to see some results from the claimed benefits too, but for now I'm satisfied just by how good they feel. The strings are a little hard to keep tied, but that's a minor issue.

Great shoe - First time MBT buyer. Will probably buy more in the future. At first, my wife hated the style. She said they were ugly and asked that I don't wear them in public with her (she's OK with them now). My hip and knee pain are helped with these shoes. A little muscle soreness from the additional weight and workload but I expect that to diminish. I look forward to putting them on each morning. The reduction in joint pain is worth the higher purchase price. Zappos' service was great.

Love My MBTs!! I saw these shoes in another catalog I receive. I always try to order from Zappos if I can find the same item. They have the best shipping & customer service...hands down. It took 2 tries to get my size right. I usually wear an 8, but ended up needing an 8 1/2. I have used them while working out & feel that they are giving me a more complete workout. They are worth the $$.

Worth the Money... Due to the price, I had to give extra thought to purchasing, but have no regrets after wearing these comfortable shoes for the last 3 weeks. I work on concrete all day & the investment is definitely giving relief & comfort since I do a lot of standing and walking in my job.

MBT SPORT - Wonderful sport shoe, very comfortable once you adjust to this very different way of walking. Definitely assists with posture and can relieve knee and back pain. This is my third pair and I absolutely LOVE them!!

Great shoes - I love MBT shoes. This particular shoe felt a half size larger than marked. Initially, I thought the shoes were ok but then after wearing them for a walk, I realized the shoes were rubbing my heel and leaving blisters. You should consider going a 1/2 size smaller in this shoe to avoid the same problem. Either way - buy from Zappos. Zappos is great.

MBT's - These shoes make you feel great when wearing them. Your posture is better, tummy tucked in & it's a great bouncy feeling! You can really feel your calves working when going up hill, too. The heels aren't as snug as I would like, but they are ok.

Excellent Shoe! I stand anywhere from 8-10 hours each day of the week on a concrete floor. These shoes have made all the difference in comfort and having no foot pain at the end of the day. I also have flat feet, and the arch support doesn't bother me, as a shoe with a higher arch would.

Still Standing - I am a 53 year old woman. I've been working in my family owned business for 40 years. I stand constantly, never sit. I found out 3 years ago that I need two knee transplants, which I plan on having done in January of '08. My daughter purchased my first pair of, MBT Sneakers, for me and I have never looked back. When I wear them, I can walk, stand do anything I want. They are the best sneakers/ shoes I have ever owned. I have told so many people about them. At first they didn't believe me, but after seeing me stand 8 to 10 hours a day and never complaining about my knees hurting, they believe me now.

They do take a little getting used to, but once you do you won't believe how you got along without them. Just from wearing them for about two weeks I have lost 1/4 of an inch from my waist, hips and thigh areas, a real added bonus. We recently took a trip to Key West and pretty much walked the whole island and had no trouble with our feet, knees or hips like we used to have in other shoes. These are awesome shoes and if you want to improve your posture and tone up your lower body area, you definitely should get some of these.

Not Cute But Love Them! While the look of these shoes leaves much to be desired, they work! I broke mine in over the first week and now I wear them all the time. My legs are firmer and I don't have nearly as much lower back pain as I used to. While they are a lot more than I would normally spend, they work! After I bought mine, a co-worker also got a pair. She said hers are a little tight around the toes; however, she said she has "very wide feet." Mine fit perfectly.

Just get me walking... Admittedly pricey, but this is a great shoe. I don't think its bad looking at all, and haven't received any negative comments. I've only had it a few weeks, so I can't report on the long-term benefits. I think the muscles in my calves are getting a good work out and I'm trying to work on good posture. Not recommended for those with vertigo.

The best shoe ever for old walking feet. The difference in this shoe is like walking on concrete barefoot and then putting on this shoe walking on a very plush rug. My second pair of these shoes and will have trouble wearing any other pair of shoes.

Well worth the price - First of all I am a woman who really doesn't like sneakers, don't wear them but I have been thinking about getting a pair of MBT's for some time now and I finally saw someone who had a pair and after talking to her I ordered them. To my surprise I got them the next day! Thanks Zappos. Well, I love them; already I felt them working my muscles. I am already thinking about what other pair and color that I want to get!

Can't wait to get up and put them on! When I first put them on, they felt a little odd. But within 5 minutes I did not want to take them off!!!! It is like walking on clouds. My legs never got sore, just comfort, comfort, comfort!!!!! They really make me want to get up and out of bed, just to put them on!

The best shoes you will own, totally worth the price - This is my second pair of MBTs. I absolutely love them, even if they do look a little funny. I have had chronic pack pain (sciatica) for years and these shoes have done for me what physical therapists, chiropractors, and exercise could not. My back pain has improved tremendously. These shoes do not allow you to stand or walk improperly and force you to use muscles that are regularly neglected. These shoes make me want to walk all the time and my back and legs are much stronger. Also, I am a nurse and my legs and feet do not hurt at the end of a 13 hour shift. Regarding sizing and width: I wear a 6.5/7 and purchased the 37 2/3 (7.5) and they fit great. I was told by a salesperson to go up 1/2 size. Also, I have wide feet and these shoes stretched after a short time.

Worth trying - As advertised. Great shoe. My feet rarely feel tired after a good walk. The cushioning is superb. With a narrow heel, I must be sure to tighten the laces enough. Shoe is less ugly than I thought. Since buying this shoe, I have run across other MBT owners - nothing but raves from them.
