Would not purchase again. I bought this shoe about a year ago and I have to honestly say it was a bad purchase for the high price. I exchanged it three times (should have stopped) before getting the shoe that I have and it still is not comfortable. They are heavy, very hot on the feet and my heels get blisters every time I wear them.

I wear an 8 1/2 on my right foot, and an 8 on my left. Generally I can buy an 8 1/2 pair of shoes and it works fine. Not so with these-I had to buy a size 9 to fit my right foot, and keep the size 8 1/2 for my left. It’s ALOT of money for essentially one pair of shoes. I wanted these shoes to work for me so much-watched the video and practiced inside. However, after taking them out for a mile and a half walk, I'm not sure I even like them. You need to be able to walk more than just around your house to get a true feel for the different motion. Once you wear them outside, you own them. Maybe I'm just not walking correctly in them, but they are cumbersome. They also are the heaviest shoes I've ever felt-much heavier than my winter work boots. And, they ARE ugly-although if they were all they claimed, that wouldn't have bothered me at all.

Comfy, but very expensive for work-out shoes. I succumbed to the hype on this shoe and decided to try it. The heel is lifted at the rear and makes the shoes feel unsteady on your feet. I guess this is supposed to make you use different muscles in order to keep your balance, but wearing these shoes during an aerobic workout can be a bit of a scary experience. They also don't provide any arch support and with my weak ankles, I tend to pronate in them. I'm not going to return them, but I won't buy them again.

Not For Me - It looks like I disagree with most of the reviewers out there. I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe with a lot of cushion. I really wanted to like these shoes, but could not get used to them. As your foot pivots to take a step, it feels like walking on a lump of gel right at the arch of the foot. I always felt off balance -- as though I was going to tip over. I really don't want to have to "train" to get used to a pair of shoes. And these shoes are just too expensive, so they went back.

After having my MBTs for a couple of weeks, I am still not very satisfied with them. My feet and legs just ache at the end of my long day on my feet and they get really hot. I've never had that problem before. Am looking into getting expensive insoles and maybe that will help, but unfortunately so far I'm not impressed.

Not for people with heel spurs!!!! If you have heel spurs do not waste your money on these shoes in hope of relief... it will not happen. I wore these for half of a day. The pain became so intense I could not walk... and after two days I still can not walk, I am now walking on my tip toes again. Now I am stuck with these expensive shoes, again do not bother with these.

Make feet piping hot & sweaty! These shoes have insufficient ventilation. They would otherwise be a comfortable joy to wear (aside from the ugly factor...people immediately look at my feet & my chiropractor calls them my funky moon boots). I just can't wear them because the advantages of this technology are a moot point when my feet are so hot they're burning. Normally, this is not a problem for me, and I otherwise quite like this shoe.
