Surprisingly easy workout!
I have flat feet. Orthotics fit fine. These are tricky at first, the reason I gave 4 stars only is because you have to be careful to walk straight to avoid twisting your ankle. These could be dangerous out in the street if you have to run to beat traffic. Be careful! I really love the rocking motion from “heel, ball, toe”. The support under the arch feels like a constant massage. It's great! Your hamstrings and legs get a pleasant stretch as you walk and it's not necessary to walk hard to get a work-out. These will make good museum shoe for standing on concrete. They are funny-looking, but these days anything goes. At least they make my feet look small and I'm 3 inches taller!

I've never written a review before, but I have to say these shoes are pretty cool. The all black makes the unique style look pretty normal. I am a nurse and I wore these shoes for a full 12 hours today and they felt quite good. My feet and the rest of my joints felt much less tired than usual and I'm looking forward to wearing them again tomorrow. They aren't cheap, but so far seem worth it.

Love These Shoes -
Okay, they're definitely NOT the cutest shoe in town, but I love wearing them. I walk 3-5 miles a day in them when I am working and after a very short adjustment period have grown to love them. I like the rocking motion. I'll be getting a white pair for summer.

MBT Sport Low -
These are super-comfy for walking and standing, I alternate walking w/ them on the treadmill w/ running in regular running shoes. The toe box feels generous, and after 30 minutes, my heel definitely slips out of one shoe, no matter how tight they're tied...started wearing thin socks which helps. Love MBT low sandals...look ridiculous but great for outdoor walking in warm weather.

Finally happy!
I finally like these shoes!!! I got plantar fasciitis 2 mos ago and I teach aerobics, so it hasn’t gone away. When I originally went to the Doc, he recommended these shoes. I thought "NO WAY" - they are expensive and ugly! I got fed up with the chronic pain and caved two weeks ago. Originally, I found them very uncomfortable since I was wearing them with my orthotics. My orthotics have a very high arch and with the shifted pressure forward, there was just too much pressure and my feet would ache within minutes. With just the factory insole, there was no arch support at all. The other day I stumbled across a pair of "Super Feet" inserts I have, so I tried those with the factory insole - FINALLY, some arch support, but not too much. I am able to walk in them much longer without aching arches. It's only been two weeks, so I haven't noticed much change in my PF - I'm hopeful that I can wear them more now and decrease my heel pain. Also, the look grows on you - I don't think they are so bad anymore!

True to claim -
These shoes do work out your lower legs - you definitely feel it in your calves. They are a bit bulky, so it takes a few days to get used to the heel-toe walking motion and the bit of pressure on the front part of the foot at the end of each step. The cushioning is really good especially when you walk around all day. I did not realize how right leg dominant I was until using these shoes - my left leg was noticeably sore. It’s a bit pricey, but after having worn them for a week and two full days at an amusement park, it was definitely worth it.

These have helped with by back aches -
I tried the sport high and they were too high. I felt like I was going to twist my ankle. But, the Sport Lows are really great. I am very happy I made the big purchase.

Sport Low is a "high" in my book! A very good shoe!
I originally wanted the MBT Boost, but as it wasn't available in my size so I tried the Sport Low instead. I have it in black, and it has a very nice casual look and feels great! I can't say enough about my MBT shoes! They are expensive (most I've ever paid for a pair of shoes), but well worth the cost. I have had a ½ knee replacement a year ago and still find myself limping, but when I wear the MBT Sport Low my knee stops hurting and I can walk pain free and even walk fast. Something I have not been able to do things from before my knee went out in April of '06. I would definitely recommend this shoe. Also, thanks to Zappos' great service, I was later notified that the Boost in red/white/blue had come in, in my size and I ended up ordering that one, too! So I alternate the two. I love the Boost, too! Almost more than the Sport Low, but they are very comparable. I did need to order ½ size larger in both shoes. And I can't believe the wonderful service I received from Zappos.

As is - very comfortable shoe for the average foot.
I have high arches and was recommended this specific shoe for all-day walking comfort. Not true. With the existing insole, there is no arch support - it's a near-flat piece of foam that sits over a hard, flat base. However, once I upgraded to a proper-fitting insole, the shoes became very comfortable. I find that my legs and back feel much better when wearing these shoes than when wearing other athletic shoes w/ proper support. Today I spent 5+ hours on my feet walking and standing and my feet ended up feeling tired, but not sore at all. My back and legs - very good! Size-wise, I'm a size 8, but the 8s left my toes cramped while the 8.5 fit my toes, but left me a bit loose in the heel. Of the two, I chose the 8.5 and with the upgraded insole and athletic socks, I'm happy with my choice.

MBT Sport Low - torn meniscus/partially torn ACL -
Of all the different models MBT offers the Sport Low fit my wider foot the best. I wear a full sock to avoid the blisters so many have indicated they suffered their first time out. I decided to try the MBT because of my knee issues. Before injury I used to walk 5 days a week. Surgery put an end to that. However, I am cautiously optimistic that these shoes may be the answer.

Hoping for some of the health benefits!
I ordered two sizes and kept the more snug fit per MBT instructions. They feel odd on your feet, not uncomfortable, just strange and my feet got quite tired after a couple of hours in them. They look clunky to me but a (trusted) friend said they look like any tennis shoe.

Added a nice challenge to my workout.
So I thought these shoes might be a bit of hype. But after seeing them all across Europe, I bought a pair. They have definitely made my workout more challenging. I also wear them on power walks and feel like I'm getting more out of it. I haven't tried just wearing them for the heck of it...but I could see how they could be really comfy.

Foot Saver for Plantar Fasciitis!
I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for months and was in so much pain. I read about these shoes in a magazine and went to check them out at a local store. Right away they reduced heel pain by taking pressure off. I've been wearing them 2 wks full-time (w/ orthotics) and I have more mobility and much less pain. They are very stiff and feel strange but they work. I probably wouldn't buy if I didn't have a foot injury.

You can really feel this shoe working on your legs and rear! Fun to walk in - bouncy and energetic. My two complaints are: heel slips - very annoying and difficult to tighten laces enough. They sure aren't pretty either, but worth it to walk taller and stronger.

Sneaks VS Sandals -
I got the blue sandals and just loved them...no break in period required at all...I ordered the sneakers and I wore them around the house for a week or so...then out running errands and to work...I attempted a 4 mile walk and I got blisters on both heels...I'm still happy with them but they will require working up to my usual walking distance.

Review -
Great shoe. Completely (as in miracle) solved my foot problem = Morton's neuroma.
Only complaint: those metal eyelets destroy shoelaces. I own both white and gray types of this same shoe and I have a dickens of a time finding those white and gray shoelaces like the originals. The originals held up the longest. Overall I am very happy with the shoes and even more pleased with Zappos' service. Thank you very much!

Surprising -
These are unusual shoes and their look is odd. However, they have eliminated the problem with pain in the sigmoid bone. Too bad they don't make wider sizes.

Not a bad shoe -
It takes a little getting used to, walking in these shoes, but it's worth it. They are comfortable for a long walk in the city. I don't think they're as bad-looking as other people seem to think - I got them in white.

MBT -
I love this shoe. It makes my trips to the gym much more comfortable. BUT, I have a high arch and find that there is not nearly enough support for my arch. I have talked to others who have the same problem, so a little more support in the arch would be very much appreciated.

Interesting Sneakers -
This sneaker is pretty much what it is advertised to be. Before receiving them, I expected them to feel much more awkward than they actually felt. It is true, they do give your legs a sort-of workout and one does use leg muscles that previously may have not been used before. As far as correcting my posture, they haven't really made a difference for me, and I was expecting them to be a little more useful in that respect, but they are very comfortable and pretty much look like typical sneakers. I actually like the way they look and they do provide great support. Are they worth the price? I would have to say no, but for the most part I am generally pleased with them.

MBTs or high heels -
I bought the MBT Sport Low in white in Dec. 2005 for clinical nursing. While it's not recommended by MBT, I wear my hard orthotics in them for 12+ hrs/day - most of that on my feet. I've had problems in the past with ankle, leg, hip and low back pain but not when wearing a pair of MBTs. Since 2005, I've bought a pair of Sport Low in gray for non-clinical days, a pair of black Sport High for work-outs, running and the gym, a pair of sandals and the hiking boots. Yes, they're expensive but my health is worth it. The only other shoes I own now are high heels. :-)

The jury is still out -
I'm still trying to decide if I love or hate the shoe. Tried it with my orthotics and was in pain from my toes to knees. Even though no arch support works better without my orthotics. My big problem is my feet actually hurt when I take them off. Don't know if that will improve with time or not, otherwise I like them...

MBT's Sport Low -
It is taking me a little time to adjust to wearing my new MBT’s. I can definitely tell a difference in my leg muscles after wearing them for about 4 hours a day, though, and I know that as I increase my wear time I'll be able to tell even more of a difference in my leg and back pain levels. I suffer from chronic back pain, which is why I bought these shoes, after talking with a friend who had a pair. She assured me that these shoes were the answer to my problem, and I hope that she's right. I would never have spent so much money on a pair of shoes if I didn't believe that they would actually make a significant difference in my health. So far, so good!

MBT Exercise shoe -
I like the shoe but for some reason my feet tingle like they are falling asleep. They are comfortable and challenging to walk in at the same time. I like the way they make your posture more correct when you walk and that after using you can feel some muscle soreness. I think with regular use my legs/butt will become more toned.
