Great Shoes - SO far, the shoes are great, only been wearing them for a short time.

Good for bad backs! They are heavy and give a good workout for the whole leg. Also, make you walk with correct posture. They enable me to walk longer distance with my bad back.

MBT - I totally love these shoes... look great, feel great and I have had multiple compliments and inquires about them. I usually wear a size 6.5 or 7... Probably because I wear heavy sock in them I took a 7. You might try them on locally but then by via Zappos...

Positively life changing, but not perfect - The minute I put on a pair of MBT sandals, I knew that my life had changed for the better. Most of the pain from my bad knee, my flat feet, and my hips simply vanished in the time it took me to get my balance. I knew I had to have more. Unfortunately, all of the other models I tried had one serious drawback. On my foot, there was extra room at the heel. This one, though, fit better than the Kayas, and in the smaller of two sizes (I am a women's 10.5 C so I tried the 42-1/3 and the 41-2/3) I found a fit that, even though not perfect, I could live with. Now, they are all I want to wear, beating my other sandals and shoes.

Feels Great. Looks weird - I love these shoes. My feet feel so good when I wear them. I used to have lots of foot problems and as long as I wear these shoes those problems and pain are absent. They do look a bit clunky and thick. I plan to purchase a pair of dress shoes so I can help my feet

Ugly, but worth it! I just came home from buying this shoe and I am really anxious to see what it does for my foot pain, and my hip pain. Ugly? Yes, but if they help I don't care! I live in tennis shoes due to feet problems so, I am used to ugly! So far, they are good. The ball of my foot is hurting a little but I am sure it's because I'm walking a little awkward in them right now.

Love my MBTs have worn out a pair, walked over 900 miles in 6 months. Lost 42lbs. still walking thanks!

The best walking experience - We walked a full day in Paris during the last weekend. It was indeed the most comfortable walking shoe.

Sport Low - My son LOVES his MBTs. Despite the ribbing he gets from his friends about his "old lady" shoes, he wears them everyday to school, and carries his basketball sneakers over his shoulder - for that inevitable pick-up game. Some of his buddies have tried the shoes on, and say MBTs are the most comfortable they've ever worn...I won't be too surprised if we see a few more jocks walking around campus in "old lady" shoes! Most importantly, my son feels complete relief from the lower leg pain that had been bothering him when he played sports or stood for long periods at work. He is also paying more attention to correcting his gait and posture (according to the guidelines on the DVD.) I bought a size 13 for my son, who normally wears size 12.5, and it fit just right. My husband's are being returned for a smaller size, as I ordered a full size larger for him. He really liked the shoe, too!

These shoes are wonderful! I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts and could already tell a difference in foot, leg, and lower back pain after wearing them one shift. They are somewhat pricey but worth every penny.

Ugly, but so worth it! I got my Sport Low MBT's a week ago and wow, what a difference! Takes a little getting used to walking, like being on sand for me and I can certainly tell they are working the glutes and legs. The other great thing is when I first put them on, my spine felt aligned correctly. Since I have a lower back problem from an injury, these really help take the stress off that area. I gave them 4 stars because the toe box is not as wide as I like and although they aren't too narrow, I would have liked more 'wiggle' room for the toes. The other reason is because my feet get too hot in them but then that could be partly because I have been used to wearing Keen sandals and Crocs Mammoths which are both very air conditioned. The 3 stars for looks is because I love cute shoes and these are NOT cute but they really are worth the 'ugliness'!

MBT Sport Low - Absolutely love this sneaker! My posture is improved while wearing them, I have more energy at the end of the day and I've noticed my hip pain is gone. When I wear other shoes, the hip discomfort returns. You have to learn to walk again if you tend to "shuffle" along like I did, but it doesn't take long to begin walking -PROPERLY - and what a difference it makes! Order a half size larger than what you normally wear, because they run a little short.

MBT Sport Low - This shoe feels great. It's a little different getting used to the 'rocking' feel but it does cause you to think about posture, stance, etc. It has very good support and comfort... both of which I was looking for in this type shoe.

Loving my new shoes! I bought the MBT gray sport shoe on the recommendation of a friend who is very active and travels a lot in the MBTs. I walked for 10 days through Europe with them and they really made a difference in how I felt at the end of the day. My back and hips were pain free and my toes were not as sore as they would have been in other shoes. I had my size tested in an actual MBT store in Switzerland and all was good at a half size larger than normal. They did give me a thinner insole for my right foot as it is my smaller foot and the heel was sliding up and down. I did ease myself in to wearing them full time for about 4 days but then all was great. They are clunky and heavy for packing.

MBT - These things look really weird at first but you get used to it because they do seem to do *something* when you wear them...just what I don't know but you do feel it in your calves. They are sized awkwardly: fit rather loosely in the toe area but comfortably as one's feet can swell after walking a long distance. The heel area is the only problem: really loose there. Perhaps a half-size smaller? But then the toe area would be tighter. I don't know. But I do like the shoes and am glad I got them. I got my true size.

Perfectly Satisfied With Zappos.com and the MBTs - This is my first time ordering from Zappos.com, and I can honestly say that I am totally satisfied. When I ordered the MBTs, I ordered my normal shoe size. However, when I tried them on, my toes touched the ends of the shoes. So, I called zappos.com to get a return code, and they sent me the next size overnight. In less than 24 hours, the shoes were at my door. You can't beat that service anywhere. I am thrilled with the service and the MBTs.

Great legs - All the hype is true - I have worn the shoes for 2 weeks and my legs look so much better and I have lost 5 lbs.

MBT Sport Low - Great sports shoes! They do run smaller. I wear a 39 in the MBT Sandals and a 39 and 2/3 in these. They give you a great workout, too! I have back and knee problems and they are almost gone. I am over 50 and they are teaching me to walk correctly. I must say that I do have arthritis on my low back and on my left knee... and these shoes do a lot of good for me.

Awesome shoes! I have just started a new job in retail and stand for 7-8 hours at a time. These shoes are WONDERFUL. They're comfortable, the fit is perfect and, once I got used to them, they make me feel so much better than other shoes at the end of the day. I learned the hard way, though, that I had a tendency of rocking back and resting on the back part of the shoe instead of finding the point of balance as the DVD advises. My back hurt for two days, I watched the video again and now there are no problems. My leg muscles show a noticeable difference and I do not regret spending the money on these shoes at all. When I wear these out, I'll buy more!

My knees have stopped hurting after about 2 1/2 months of wearing the MBT shoes. I have two pr. I am a dentist/orthodontist who is on my feet 8 hrs/day. I have canceled a scheduled partial knee replacement and have just today returned from a 6 day ski trip. I don't really understand how they work, but I feel that my legs are much stronger and while not 100% pain free, definitely enough improved to negate the need for surgery and allow the pursuit of a sport I love.

Super shoe - I love my shoes. I usually wear a Wide, I indicated "wider than marked” since they do not pinch my foot. While they don't have an aggressive arch as a pronator, my foot feels very stable in the shoe and is well supported. I have worn them to work every day since purchasing them. I wasn't hesitant to purchase such an expensive shoe online because Zappos is so fabulous about returns and exchanges.

Excellent - Thank you for the great service. The shoes were at my house the next day and they fit great. I work out in them for a really good work out! Very comfortable.

MBT struts in Duluth, MN - I have really enjoyed this shoe so far. It took a few days to become accustomed with the rocking motion of the foot. However, I noticed an immediate improvement in my upper back and shoulder pain. It seems to really help my posture, so I feel less back and neck strain. I also notice my buttocks, hamstrings and abdominal muscles are being toned because of the new gait. I have a severe supination problem with my feet (i.e. the outsides of my feet want to curl under.) My orthotics needed some mild adjustments to accommodate my new gait, but I am doing great and love my new shoes. I have already bought a couple other pairs of MBT's.

MBT Sport Low - I'm completely sold on MBT's. Since fracturing my foot, it's the only shoe that is comfortable. I've also found that they help reduce low back pain when standing for long periods of time.

Great comfort - I am a nurse and am on my feet for 12+ hours a day. I have bought so many shoes that swear they will help my feet. This is the first and only shoes to actually do it. I struggled with the price but each time I tried them on, I felt like I was walking on cushions. I finally broke down and bought them. I am glad I did and so are feet. I do wish they had just a tad more arch support, but it is better than most shoes. But at the end of the day, my feet don't hurt. The only thing I don't like, is that I have large feet and have to wear a mans shoe for fit. I really would love to have a girly pair. So come on MBT, realize that there are women with bigger feet than 11.
