Sizing - I really love the shoes and the service was excellent the only thing is I would do is to order a size up from your usual.

They feel like walking on trampolines - They help my back tremendously. Don't like the look, and they make me very tall, but I love them. People try to sell these too big in stores. I found that my normal size was best. I don't notice them exercising my legs more than other shoes. But I haven't watched the video about how to walk with them yet.

Love em'!!! I love my new MBTs. After extensive research of the features and benefits of this shoe, I broke down and purchased them. I've worn them for about 2 weeks on a regular routine, as suggested, and I really feel better. My posture has improved; I walk straighter and stand taller. The shoes are much more comfortable than I thought they would be and the adjustment period is very brief. I have extremely weak ankles and I hope the long-term effects of this shoe strengthens my ankles. I really am pleased with the shoe and can't wait until warm weather to start my regular walking regime with my new MBTs!

MBT purchase at Zappos - I am happy with the product and it arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely order from Zappos again.

Great Exercise Shoe - This is my second pair of this particular shoe. They are pricey, but my first pair lasted about three times longer than other running shoes I have had. These shoes were the first pair that I could exercise in without getting shin splints. They do take a little getting used to because of the different shape, but once you get past that, they can't be beat. I will definitely buy them again.

MBT shoes - I love this shoe. I run 5 miles every day and my knees were starting to hurt, I was taking ibuprophin before each run. With these shoes I am pain free and my legs are changing before my eyes!!

MBT - This is a truly amazing shoe. I first ordered the Wave in light blue and realized that I would be better off with a "tennis shoe" look. However, I would love to have that suede Wave shoe in black as it would be dressy enough to get buy when traveling and doing a lot of walking.

Fabulous Technology - The technology in this shoe helps with foot pain I've had for years. I tried them on just walking on the carpet at home to test them and be able to return if I didn't like them. They more than passed the comfort test and I wore them out that day, and everyone since. I just don't want to take them off when I come home.

MBT Sport Low - Great shoe - These are wonderful walking shoes. Takes a bit of getting used to though. Size was correct. Wish they were not so pricy.

Shoe - Very comfortable, does take some getting use to the way it makes you put your feet down and takes some pressure off the knees. Runs a little short.

Awesome! Ok, so they are not the best looking shoe in the world. I feel like an old lady in orthodics as big as boats. With that said, these are the most amazing shoes imaginable. I am a chef, I stand for hours on end in the kitchen on concrete. I used to go home and cry at the end of the day because of the pain in my feet. Now, after wearing MBT's I can't feel an ounce of pain no matter how long I've been standing!! They are worth every penny!!!

MBTs are sure to please! Hesitant at first to spend so much on a sneaker, I read everything I could find on the internet about this inventive new (to me) footwear. I am plagued with back pain and have recently had major foot surgery leaving me with subsequent problems so anything that might make me want to put shoes on definitely gets my vote. Once I placed the order, I couldn't wait for them to arrive. These sneakers are a miracle. From the moment you take your first step, you feel like you are walking on a cloud. Like the ads say, you are forced to stand differently so your posture is improved (not a bad thing) and walking is fun again. I am ready to order a second pair in another style. I've given articles about MBT's to my podiatrists to recommend to their patients. You'll love them too!

Yes, they look a little weird. But they really change your workout and really work some neglected muscles. I've already noticed some firming and look forward to more great results.

MBT shoes - They are strange feeling at first but you get used to them. They are really ugly but I've gotten over that too.

WOW, what a workout! I love my new MBTs, they are a work out and with NO PAIN! Follow the instructions on the video and you will have no problems! My hips use to hurt from my daily 5 mile walks, but with my MBTs there's no pain in my hips, knees, feet... only the good pain where you can feel that they are working your leg muscles (and helping to get rid of the cellulite)! I am soon ordering the sandal version and I don't care if they are crazy expensive...they are worth it and so is my body!!!

WONDERFUL!! This shoe is worth every penny. They are comfortable and have reduced my back pain considerably! Also, they seem to be toning my upper legs. I have been telling everyone I know to buy a pair.

My knees don't hurt anymore - I thought about buying MBTs for a couple of years before I did. I should have done it much sooner. I have arthritis in my knees and horrible bunions. These shoes are fantastic. They don't squeeze my toes and they do alleviate the pain in my knees when walking.

Great! These sneakers are as advertised. They are great for walking and strengthening the legs and butt. I cannot wear flat shoes due to some vein problems in my right foot. After wearing these shoes I do not have any discomfort and actually have no pain or tingling in my legs for days afterwards, if I have no occasion to wear these sneakers for a while. I wish they'd make more stylish fun shoes with the same premis.

The best - I walk an average of 15 miles a week; I think with these sneakers I could do 30 miles. For one year I wanted to buy them but the price got in the way-however I must have spent at least that amount on sneakers over the year trying to find the perfect pair. They are worth every penny.

Best Shoe I have ever owned - Even though these shoes are a little pricey, they are worth it. Having constant back pain, these shoes have relieved me of this pain and allowed me to walk further than I have been able to in a long time.

Good shoe - Having suffered with planter fasciitis for several years, having spent a lot of money on remedies and shots etc. I was desperate for some relief of pain. After reading other reviews I decided to take a chance on these shoes and have not been disappointed. My pain is not entirely gone but I am able to walk farther than I've been able to in years. And yes, they do take getting used to...but it’s been worth it for me.

THE BEST SNEAKERS I HAVE EVER HAD! I walk on my treadmill with my MBTs and I have to say they make my workout great! I used to dread my workout but for some reason, with these I look forward to my walk and when I put the treadmill on an incline it doesn't even feel like work. I think these are great for anyone who walks for a workout. They are def worth the money and the price is the best at Zappos! Just a Tip: I heard you should not go beyond 5.0 mph on the treadmill as you might lose your balance.

I love this shoe! I look forward to wearing this shoe. I have had it now since November 2006 and it is my favorite athletic shoe. It took a few tries to get the right fit and it did seem hot on my feet at first. When I wear this shoe I feel like I am standing straighter and my feet don’t get sore and tired. I love to wear them to the mall for my power shopping trips.
