Great Shoes - I have hip and knee problems and walking in the MBT's is like floating. They align my body and I have less pain now. I do need to use my orthotics due to my very high arches but it doesn't deter the benefits of the shoe. Too pricey though.

MBT Sport Low - White - The fit was perfect, not too small, and not too large. They're very comfortable for walking and do tend to improve the wearer's posture! Overall, a GREAT pair of shoes!

This shoe is slightly on the wide side. It is fun to walk with and you get the sensation of gliding along. (The m walkers are much narrower than this style.) They do not look like orthopedic shoes; they look like chunky athletic shoes. I like being 1.5 inches taller. I am thinking about buying the sandals because these shoes are so comfortable.

A little goofy, but worth it! I bought these shoes after reading several online reviews, which I would recommend doing your research! They look a little goofy like moon shoes, but the moment I put them on I felt the difference. I felt the need to balance, the requirement...standing requires holding in my stomach and better posture, and I wear them walking to and from work every day. My legs are tired if I walk in them for too long, more than if I wore normal shoes. When I'm wearing them, people have asked if I've lost weight, and it's just the way I'm standing. My body was sore the first few days, but I feel better now, and notice my own posture improving. A little expensive, but worth the splurge if you'll put them to use. I wear a 9-10 and bought at 10.5, fits perfect. And watch the DVD that they come with!

Great shoes - They are super comfy. I had to kind of break them in for about 2-3 days. Wish they looked a little different.

Excellent work-out for the legs - I got the shoe in white & it looks great with jeans - I didn't expect to get compliments on a shoe that’s intended for work-out walks. Great for the legs & back!

MBT's Rock & Roll...literally! I love my MBT's! I have Multiple Sclerosis and have gait problems. This sneaker gives me the extra spring in my step to help me walk better. I love the extra cushion in the heel. It really makes you feel as if you are walking in soft sand, which gives me a better feel of the surface I am walking on. Hey, they are not bad looking either! My 10 yr old daughter says they are wicked awesome!

Sweet!!!! I love the white sport. I wish there was a style for when I want to wear a dress to work. The sandals would be okay for a pretty casual dress but not dressy. Guess you can't have comfort and sexy at the same time.

Comfort plus - These sneaks are easy on your feet, with tons of cushion and really work your muscles. A real treat for arthritis sufferers and people with foot pain. Walk farther. Feel better.

MBT sneakers - This is a great walking shoe. I recently had a complete knee replacement, and this shoe is incredible for redeveloping the muscles in and around my knee. I am not used to paying this much for a sneaker, but I have to say that it is worth every penny. It is a very well made sneaker as well.

Love these shoes! These shoes make it feel like you are walking on springs. Takes a little getting used to, but great for walking. I tried them out first in Baltimore and walked around the city a lot. Great shoes, very comfortable.

Love the MBT's Sport Low - I have been looking for workout shoes for a year. A friend of a friend bought a pair. My friend bought a pair. Then I bought a pair. Wonderful fit, nice looking, and this shoe is my new motivation for working out. I feel a secret energy when I wear them.

WOW!!! When I opened the box and looked at these shoes, my first thought was, "What was I thinking?" After wearing them for 5 minutes, I understand why people rave about them! I walk to work everyday, and I could feel the whole back side of my legs being worked in a way that walking in regular sneakers just doesn't do. LOVE THEM!

Fantastic shoe! I love these shoes. They are not pretty, but they have completely eliminated my low back pain, knee pain, and pain from plantar fasciitis. These shoes let me get a good walking work-out with out pain!

Finally Gave In & It’s Worth It - I knew about these shoes for years. 1st read they were good for cellulite. They've always been on the pricier side and are so not cute, that I stayed away. Just this morning, my guy said my butt feels tighter! And I've only had them for a few weeks. I also have knee & joint pain issues in one foot and they have been very comfortable to wear while helping alleviate the pain. They are not the cutest and aren't exactly in style but they are worth the benefits! The sizes do vary from style to style so they are true to size in some and seem to run smaller in others. Instead of buying in store, I ordered them from Zappos for the superb customer service they provide!!!

Not much on style but great for walking! I agonized over these shoes for 2 years before I finally decided to buy a pair. My husband wasn't impressed with the appearance & another friend asked if they were orthopedic shoes to correct a foot problem (should have gotten the black). But I don't care what anyone says about them -- they are amazing. No matter how far I walk, my feet and legs aren't fatigued the way they get when I wear regular athletic shoes. It's an entirely different experience. I just ordered the 2" version in black to make it a little more work to walk/run my daily loop...I wish they made a golf shoe.

MBT Sport Lows - This was my first pair of MBT's. They run true to size, but they are a little wide. They are great shoes, but MBT has a lot of other great styles out now, way cuter!!!

Very happy with my purchase - I've had many problems with my feet and knees over the past several years. I've been wearing New Balance tennis shoes with an innersole. I've spent a lot of money on shoes and innersoles plus doctors bills to tell me I need surgery to remove a cyst on the bottom of my left foot. Since I have purchased MBI, a couple of weeks ago, I've not needed my innersole and my feet are better than I ever thought possible. I felt MBI was out of my price range, but after the past 2 weeks I'm looking at buying these from now on. I'd like to see a work shoes with more leather uppers so they will look better longer, as I am on concrete floors for 10 hours a day. My knees are better also. Thanks.

Walking Like The Masai - I just ordered my second pair of MBTs from Zappos. I've had the black sport low since the fall, and decided that white ones would complete my casual shoe wardrobe. I was having some pain in my calves, which went away after one day of wearing the MBTs. They are very comfortable, yet make me aware of posture and proper walking for my knees, one of which was just replaced. I highly recommend them and getting them from Zappos is a plus!

SATISFIED - I purchased this shoe for myself after my doctor told me that I had heel spurs. It was amazing the way it has helped. It not only helped my heels, but changed the way that I walk. My posture has improved and I am on my feet all day and my feet do not get tired. My husband was so jealous that I had to buy him a pair.

MBT couch potato - I bought this shoe to help with Achilles tendonitis- give me the "lift off" and not making the tendon do all the work. Your MUST break these shoes in for short periods of time. You WILL feel some soreness at first since you are aligning your hips, knees and ankles in a way they are not used to. My knees do not hurt like they did. I recommend that you watch the tape as they show you the correct way to walk. I also needed to get a half size larger- I am an x-tra wide and these shoes fit me (I would have like a tinge more space for my little toe but that will give and can be stretched).

Very comfortable! This is my 2nd purchase through Zappos; I also own a pair of MBT Shadows. I found that they didn't quite have the support needed for someone constantly on their feet so I bought these to supplement. They feel great! I was able to run for the first time since the surgeries and the motorcycle accident (on a treadmill). They have a good strong sole. I am very glad that my surgeon told me to try these; they have really been life savers!! Zappos service is awesome, I got the shoes on Tuesday, I ordered early Sunday morning. They shipped right out Monday. I will definitely continue doing business with Zappos and will definitely continue to use the MBT series shoes.

Barb in Bowling Green, KY - These shoes are amazing. I have plantar fasciitis (heel pain) and could only walk as necessary for daily routines. Now I'm back on my street walking 2-3 miles with no pain. They are so comfortable and I wear them all the time unless I dress up. It took me several days to get used to them. At first they felt clunky and heavy and I was unbalanced feeling but that soon passed as I became used to them. I just bought sandals for the summer. Just wish they were prettier!

Miracle shoes - I have an old ankle injury that over the years has completely diminished any flexibility in that ankle and made it very painful and difficult to walk. I also have arthritis in my knees. This all causes pain to my lower back. I was visiting my sister in Texas last year and she pointed out these shoes to me in a local shoe store and suggested I try them on. It took a few minutes to get adjusted to them but the minute I put them on and walked around the store I was relieved of all pain in my joints. I love shoes -I have over 50 pair, but since last October the only shoes that I wear are the MBT Sport Low. I just came back from a vacation in Europe which would have been impossible to do all the walking without these shoes. I have tried other shoes, sneakers and orthodics and these shoes are the only ones that allow me to walk without limping or pain. I highly recommend these to anyone with joint or foot problems.

Lived up to all the glowing recommendations-a truly great walking shoe - I find myself standing straight and working muscles without joint strain. Clunky appearance but in the white just looks like a man's tennis shoe. I am usually a 9 but on advice of a friend ordered 9 1/2 which fit very comfortably/not too loose. (Perhaps the 9 would have fit fine too but I'll never know because I can't part with these- they are great!!!!!!!!!!!!)
