I really like the look, feel, and functionality of the boots I ordered. I highly recommend any Sorel products if you are looking for high quality merchandise.

Loved the overall all look. This boot ran a little snug compared to my other Sorel boots.

I'm 5'8" Tall thin build with long thin feet. I purchased these boots for Iceland this October and perhaps Alaska in the future and well I live in Buffalo NY, enough said. Like the reviews I would agree getting a half size bigger is a good idea inorder to have room for socks. I very between a 9, 9 1/2, and 10 in shoes/boots so I ordered the 10. While I have not tested them in winter conditions the 10 did fit and I believe there was room in the toes if I chose a thicker sock. The boot felt light, sturdy, and comfy. It was a slim fit..so something to keep in mind for people with wider feet and ankles. One thing I did note though there appears to be a little false advertising. I chose these specifically over another pair because they were rated online for -40 F (important to me for any future winter adventures I might want to take) However, when I got the boot in the mail the tag attached to the boot said -25-32 rated which I was a little disappointed in. However I haven't actually tested them yet so we'll see.

They are more creme/ beige than white! The picture is deceiving!!! They also run very large! I normally wear 8-8.5 and need a 7.5.

Like my previous Sorels, this boot seems very high volume. I am returning it because it just doesn't hug my foot. It also seems to run small. I can't really rate comfort and arch support, but if it were less like a boat, I think it would be very comfy. Nice and cushy.

I liked the look of these boots and they fit well. Unfortunately there was no ankle support and my ankles kept pronating. It is a fabric boot and I would like a sturdier boot boot for winter.

They nice and warm, fit slightly bigger (I'm a 9-10, got the 10 and could have used a 9.5), I like that they came to just below my calf to protect more from snow getting into the top of my boots. Now to test the fabric's waterproof-ability. ;-)

If you are looking for warm boots these are it. Just keep in mind they are a bit heavy but they are warm. They run big. Since I usually wear a size 7 1/2 I bought these boots that size and they fit me a bit loose.

As a first time purchase on Zappos these boots arrived surprisingly fast. So five stars for delivery. The boots are great keep the feet warm, true to size and they have great grip, I walk my dog in the snow and ice and do not need to use my yak tracks.

I am looking for a snow boot that I can do some light hiking in, not just a hang out in the lodge. This boot was flexible enough and didn't look too huge on my foot and had the arch support I need to walk in. Then I noticed that it is not waterproof. I should have paid closer attention. The tongue is gusseted all the way up, but that doesn't do any good if the nylon isn't waterproof. Also, I am usually an 8 so ordered an 8. Was surprised when even with thick socks it was too big in width and length. The laces are great and do help tighten and support the foot, but not enough in this size. So sad that these have to go back.

I bought these for my daughter to wear in the snow at college. I bought a 1/2 size larger than her normal size and they were still too small. I am returning for a full size larger than normal size. They look nice and sturdy and got great reviews for keeping feet warm and dry in snow so hoping the bigger size works.

Very warm shoe and well made. They run a little small, I ordered one size up from what I normally wear. I found them to be tight in the toe, when the material changes there is a thick seam that run across the top of the foot and this was too tight and uncomfortable for me.

The first time I received these, the wrong size was in the box (size 6.5 US versus 6.5 UK = 8 US). I was quickly helped with customer service with no further charge to my credit card. However, when I received the correct pair (size 8 US) they were too small! I'm pretty consistently a size 8, so I would say that while cute and comfy, they run small.

Very cute, but too tight across my high-instep, high-arched feet, even without the orthotics I usually wear. Also, this model doesn't have the pull-out felt boot liner I associate with Sorels, that part is my own failure at reading. Returned in favor of Joan of Arctic II, which run larger, fit perfectly with my orthotics, and have the removable, washable liners. :)

I tried this and the Cumberland Lea. The difference is the material of uppers. This Cumberland has a stiff textile upper, not as comfortable or yielding as the Cumberland Lea. Order at least a 1/2 size up for thick socks.

I have two pairs of Sorels, the Caribou and the Cumberland. I like the Cumberlands better because they are lightweight and just easier to walk around in. They keep my feet very warm during the winters in Germany and Colorado. Overall very solid snow boot. Not as "stylish" as other Sorels, but gets the job done.

These boots are warm! Water proof, anti slip, great in the snow. However, I felt the toe box was too short. Not length of toes, but on the top of my foot. The part where the fabric and the rubber meet presses onto my foot and causes a bruise. I thought they would stretch a bit after some wear, but they did not. I have kept them. I wear them, but wish I could do something about that pesky problem.

I bought these boots last week before a huge snowstorm. I was glad that I did. They fit really well - I am between a 7.5 and an 8 but the store only had a 7.5. They fit so I concur with the person who said that they run a little big. I will say that they do not keep my feet as warm as I expected. I went snowshoeing in them and my feet were cold after about 30 minutes. That being said, if you are not spending a lot of time in the snow, they are probably okay, warmth-wise.

Comfy comfy. Alas, while I wear a size 8, they ran at least a half size too big. Ended up returning them.

I wrote a 5-star review ("from Midwest"), but I ended up deciding to return these. There is a lot to love about this boot: it is easy to get on and off; it is comfy and cozy inside; the upper is flexible and soft, not stiff at all; the width is reasonable for someone with wide-ish feet and/or bunion issues. That being said, one deal-breaker for me was heel slippage. If I am going to buy a boot in this price range, I would really like for my heel to be cradled in such a way that it does not slip upwards and then downwards while I am walking. My ideal boot feels like a running shoe or a (well-fitting) hiking boot, which means that I don't go "clop clop clop" when I'm walking. Though I laced up the boot as tightly as I could, I could not get that snug, cradled feeling that I was looking for. I should note that it did help to use shoe inserts and/or heavier socks. Another deal-breaker for me is that these boots are not waterproof. Again, if I'm going to spend in this price range, I would like boots that are waterproof. If you don't mind the boots being water-resistant rather than waterproof, and you don't need a boot that fits like a hiking boot or running shoe, then these boots might be terrific for you. As for me, I'm going to keep looking.

Loved the look got them home and wore them around the house. I knew almost immediately they wouldn't work as my heal kept slipping pulling my socks down. I really wanted these to work but I bought them for show shoeing and I can't have my heal slipping. They were true to size but are going back. I am trying he Northface Betty instead, hope those work!

Purchased these boots because I needed a pair of good quality boots that would keep my feet well insulated while shoveling tons and tons of snow. I have a low cut pair of duck shoes which always leaves my toes frozen and cold after 10 minutes into shoveling. This pair of boots has so far proven its worth. Money well spent. I wear an 8 but 7.5 is ok.
