Excellent shoe - I found these shoes very comfortable, perfect fit. I went for a walk in them and they felt great. I ordered them a six o'clock in the morning and by three o'clock the next day they were at by front door. Thank you Zappos for the great service!!

Quality Product - This is an excellent casual shoe that can be worn to work and it is easy on the feet, knees, and hips.

Pure Comfort - I originally wore the NB 925,s, these are just as comfortable. Great support and look.

Comfort Plus - I needed a pair of supportive, comfortable walking shoes and, based on reviews for the New Balance MW926, decided to try a pair. After 3 weeks of walking in them, will say that they are a good choice for people whose feet are no longer young but who enjoy daily walks. Ordered my regular shoe size - 9 1/2 medium and the fit is perfect. Customer service and delivery were excellent.

Grey MW926's - The quality and look of the shoe is excellent, they feel so comfortable! They did not need any type of break in period they just felt right from the beginning!

To good to be true - These shoes are too good to be true; they look good and are made of quality leather. They are so comfortable you don't even know you have them on. I ordered a half size larger than my regular size and they fit perfect.

Most comfortable - This is the most comfortable shoe I think I have ever had. It is like this was specifically for my foot. I have a very high arch along with being wide and this shoe accommodates my foot. It is wide enough so that my foot does not run over the side of the shoe, unlike most shoes I try on. The sole feels like it is cradling my foot and is soft yet nice and firm. This shoe is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. Additionally, I will shop at Zappos again.

Still the best - The MW926 provides the same comfort and support as its predecessor, the MW925, of which I've owned three pairs. Without question the most comfortable shoe of any kind I've ever owned. Nothing else even comes close. A little concerned, however, about longevity, since a few details of the MW926 look a little more cheaply constructed than their counterparts on the MW925.

I have bought several pairs of these shoes for my father. He has wide feet, especially at the top near his toes, and has a hard time finding shoes that fit well. These shoes are the most comfortable and best fitting shoes that he has found. Also, they have great support. He stands on his feet all day on concrete and finds these shoes to be very comfortable.

In- credible! I had just read a Wall Street Journal article about the reorganization of the Zappos warehouse. Less advertising; more customer service. The centerpiece of the change was overnight shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon (Mountain Standard Time) the FedEx tracking stated it was on my doorstep at 10:20 AM the next day. Wow! Quality product, next day delivery, great customer service. A winning combination!

My satisfaction w/ New Balance - The 926 exceeded my expectations. I am ordering another pair & recommended it to a friend. It took away much pain from my knees, which I needed badly. I can't say enough, & my next order will follow soon.

The best walking/overall shoes ever!! I read a couple of the reviews posted in your website before making a decision on purchasing these shoes. The reviews helped a lot. I have worn these shoes since I received them, and so far, they feel great. I have to work on my feet for more than 8 hours a day and I can barely feel them.

New Balance 926 - I have a very difficult time finding shoes that feel good to wear all day. I'm a big guy and go through shoes quickly, and while these shoes will eventually breakdown, they retain their shape and comfort very well and have excellent features. You really do get what you pay for and these are worth every dollar.

Very comfortable - A good shoe for a shallow foot (i.e., ample gap between the lace-up top panels when tight).

New Balance MW926 Walking Shoe - The features of this shoe were attractive. I walk near five miles most days on my treadmill at 4 miles and hour for 70 minutes. I need a comfortable and well built shoe. The MW926 is all that and more. I need a wide shoe so the range of widths available was excellent. I ordered the shoe late in the evening and it was delivered the next day. Fantastic! I immediately opened the box, slipped on the shoes and did my whole workout without problem. I am extremely happy with the shoes and most appreciative of the fast and efficient service offered by Zappos.

So good, needed two - My husband is limited in what shoes he can wear. New Balance is great for casual wear. He has this in black and the grey (which is nicer looking than plain white, especially with khaki wear).

Cure for Plantar Fasciitis - I bought these to find a shoe that could replace a dress shoe for work on a daily basis. After a week of wear my Plantar Fasciitis was gone without using orthotics. Wow!

Comfortable - I am a mailman for a living I walk 4 to 5 miles a day these are the best New Balance I have had so far. I wish the price was more in the $80.00 range.

Problem foot - First I would like to say, that the service you provide is the best. I have a problem foot, and I can't wear just any shoe, you get off the shelf. I wear a size 16, and that adds to the problem of selection, and availability, not even considering price. Sales person was informed, and honest. I will buy from Zappos again.

Great shoe - My son has orthotics and needs a comfortable shoe. We are on our second pair. The great thing about these shoes is that they can be used for PE and for band concerts. They are great!

I have wide feet. I also have achy feet. These are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I have worn to date. They are boxy looking and I rated them 3 stars on looks. But the comfort and feel is so good that I still rated them 5 stars.

New Balance MW926 - Great customer service from Zappos. The NB MW926 is a great shoe. It has great comfort, and will really benefit someone with back problems.

926 - I love the new New Balance 926. I have worn the 925 for several years. The sole is a bit different and the design on the top leather is a bit different. It fits the same as the 925 but the new design on top is a bit more flattering and slender looking which I like since I wear 2E. The sole seems to feel thicker than the 925. Great shoe! I wear orthotics and they fit in this shoe beautifully.
