Outstanding shoe, outstanding customer service - I usually do not take time to make out product or service review, but because of the manner in which I was treated by a sales rep, I will take the time to say great product, and greater customer service. I will say anyone reading this can count on excellent customer relations and service.

New Balance MW926 - I recently purchased over month's period two pairs of the NB MW926, one black other brown. They are great. I like the last SL-2 for higher arch. I also have hammertoes and their toe box are broader than most other shoes, plus deep. Additionally I like the cushioning. All and all great shoes. Also your service is exceptional both in purchase, and if I return a pair. Makes shopping enjoyable. For me anymore trying to find a salesperson who knows what they are talking about and are personable is difficult.

The Best Do Anything Shoe! The New Balance MW926 is very comfortable. It supports every movement and you get lasting wear out of them. They are great for many functions, walking, cross training, biking and light basketball. It is the right choice and the price is right...

Great Shoe - I bought this shoe to ease Morton's Neuroma that I have in my right foot. It has helped so far and I am very pleased with the shoe.

Great shoe but runs half size small. Not very stylish but very comfortable. Good arch support and wears like iron.

Great Shoe - I have worn New Balance for many years after my spinal fusion. Now I am in a nursing program and needed white shoes. I ordered these shoes based on the size from an older pair of New Balance shoes. They were a perfect fit. I would highly recommend these shoes for anyone who is on their feet all day long and needs a shoe to be supportive and comfortable.

Still shopping at Zappos - We have always been satisfied with our purchases from Zappos. Great customer service!

Finally - The 926 is really a comfortable shoe. Excellent for those with a wide foot. I will surely buy them again!

These shoes were comfortable from the day I tried them on. I have no complaints with these shoes. I work on a cement floor 9 1/2 hours a day and when I get home in the evening my shoes aren't the first things I take off like I use to do.

Stability and Style! This is a very stylish shoe but has the support and rigidity that provides my foot the ability to continue to exercise. My foot has a stable platform to engage any exercise I choose. Excellent for those whose feet tend toward supination.

Love 'Em - This is my second pair of MW926's. Very comfortable out of the box. They look a little "clunky", but function over form is the winner when it comes to shoes.

WoW outstanding Zappos - This is my first purchase with Zappos and wow is the only word for there service. Checkout was simple, delivery was faaast (over night), packaging clean and shoes fit premo!!! I have a pair of New Balance they are snug on the sides but they are supposed to be. 12D is my size in medium with crew socks. If you like a loss side arch fit go one notch wider, but for me I like a snug fit they will wear well.

Great comfort and support for prolonged standing hours - Anyone that works all day on their feet would adore these shoes.

New Balance Walker - This shoe fit right out of the box. It was comfortable to walk in right of way.

NB MW926 - Excellent service, excellent product, will order again. Thanks.

Best Work Shoes Ever! I'm on my feet on concrete flooring all day, carrying heavy packages. These shoes are the best in comfort and support. I would highly recommend these shoes.

MW926 Review - As soon as I tried on a pair of MW925's I knew that it was the shoe for me. I was so pleased with MW925 that I expected to be just as pleased with MW926. I am. I am 70 years old. I have degenerative disc disease. I need shoes that emphasize the best in mobility and stability. MW926 does both. Until I followed the advice of a doctor who recommended that I give up my old brand that I had been buying for years and years and buy New Balance, I had no idea I would experience such a dramatic/improved difference.

Awesome shoe - I could not walk for more than 1/4 mile before my feet would hurt so bad it would take several hours before I could walk again without pain. A friend made me buy a pair of these shoes and now I have no pain at all no matter how far I walk. I find it hard to express the new pleasure I have playing golf, hiking, and just knowing that when I go out for whatever reason I do not have to sit down after a short walk to allow my feet to recover.

JJ says - Already owned a grey suede pair from Zappos. These are just a bit dressier so can be worn with sports coat, etc. Excellent shoes.

A well made shoe - Yes! A well made shoe and a very good value.

Toe box is amazingly roomy. I like to go a bit extra wide for walking and my usual walking shoe is the NB 574 in 4E... I was expecting a similar fit on the 926 and when I re-order I think I'll try the 926 a bit narrower. And I will re-order, love the shoe. (Only wish it was in red as well as gray!)

New Balance MW926 - Ordered 3 pairs of sneakers for the husband, he won't go shopping for clothes or shoes for himself, and he kept the New Balance over the Brooks or the Saucony. Shopping at Zappos is so easy. My husband loves not wasting his time at the mall.

New Balance - Great sneaker, good style, square toe area allows for more toe space.

Great shoe! Right out of the box, this shoe fit perfectly. I have narrow and long feet, but the shoe provides excellent arch support together with great comfort. The only draw back might be the all leather construction, because the shoe does get warm on hot days.

My 3rd pair... This is my 3rd pair of 926's ...I own them in all 3 colors...only thing better than the shoes is the service…ordered them 10:30 Saturday night received them Monday...what can I say ...THANK YOU ZAPPOS.
