Satisfied Customer - I was totally satisfied with the way Zappos.com performed their service. Being familiar with New Balance shoes, the fit was perfect. But the order was picked and shipped correctly with my receipt of the product the next day. I was impressed and will do more business with Zappos.com.

Finally, shoes that fit - I had been buying Propet shoes in 14 5E (the widest they made). The first two pairs were fine, the next ones felt narrower. By the fourth and fifth pairs, they felt so narrow I sent them back. I then ordered these shoes in 14 6E. Finally I got shoes that are wide enough! I wish I could find hiking boots that would fit like these shoes.

Great Shoes! Super comfortable shoes. I'm a diabetic and they are great for my feet. Wear them to work in the black color.

Good shoe, comfortable from the time I stepped in. The arch support is medium. Thanks Zappos, you are the best in customer service.

Great for working on your feet! I recently started a job that demanded that I stand and walk most of the time. Although I feel comfortable wearing my old NB 1122s, they are wearing out and definitely look like sneakers and I needed to get something that looked more like conventional shoes. I bought a pair of black MW926s based on the Zappos' customers' comments and I found that the 926 seemed a size narrower than the 1122. Thanks to Zappos' great return and free shipping policy, I was able to quickly swap the original pair for one that was a size wider. I liked that pair so much that I ordered a brown pair. All of this only took about a week and a half - during the middle of the Christmas mail/delivery rush. I am delighted with the shoes and with the Zappos shopping experience. I wear the shoes now in my new job and they are a life-saver. Thank you NB and Zappos!

New Balance 926 - Just love my New Balance 926. Fits just like the old 925's. The toe box is very wide and I have plenty of room for my orthotics. They fit just like the athletic shoe however when you get them in suede the ankle is a bit stiffer and offers a tighter fit than the softer leather, as a result, a bit more ankle stability. I'm recovering from a bad sprain so the extra support is great!

The best shoe if you're on your feet! This is a great shoe. Worth every penny. If you're on your feet all day, these shoes make you feel like walking on a cloud.

The Birthday gift - I require a narrow size shoe and the New Balance fit me well. They were comfortable from day 1. I walk a lot and these will get a lot of use from me. They look fine for a black sneaker.

Walking Shoes - These are great. I have a long, narrow foot and the 15N was a good fit.

Happy customer - We received our shoes in one day (less than 24 hours) and my husband is very happy with them. He says they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn.

Best Walking Shoe - I have purchased several pairs of these...This model is an improvement over the previous MW925, which was also a great shoe...The seams on the MW926 front toe are more symmetrical...It looks better and the fit is more comfortable... I like the SL-2 last that the MW926 has...It consists of a wider toe box, and even for my medium width, I find the shoe much more comfortable. It has a slightly narrower heel, which makes it fit just right around the ankle... I ordered this shoe and other New Balance [like the former MW925] a half-size larger than I normally wear for a dress/regular shoe... The overall support with the rollbar [for stability] and ABZORB [for comfort] is the best. I have taken these on tours. They are terrific to wear all day...Also a good shoe to wear at my gym when I am on an ergonomic bike machine... The shoe is terrific in either white or black... Zappos cannot be beat for service. I ordered these shoes on a THU night at 11:30 PM, and was told I would have them on the following MON...They arrived at 10:30 AM on FRI...

Good work shoe. I am on my feet all day in the food service industry. This shoe provides comfort and support, and I am a big guy with wide feet.

Great shoe - Best walking shoe ever and not so geeky looking as running shoes.

Great Shoe - Because I've had to have reconstructive foot surgery, I must wear a wide shoe. A salesman at a New Balance retail store suggested a man's shoe in this style. I love them. The width is perfect and they are extremely comfortable.

Good shoes - I like these shoes. I have been wearing the NB811 for the past 3 years and they are a good shoe but I decided to try the NB926 because it is leather and might be a little warmer in winter. It is warmer and the leather is better than synthetic because leather conforms to your foot and is really comfortable. They feel true to size and width, I get the EE width and it is perfect.

Solid shoe - This shoe gives comfort and stability. I have a narrow heel and flat feet and this shoe has enough room for orthotics yet still keeps my feet stable. And Zappos is easy to work with.

Dr Jane - Extremely soft and comfortable. Accommodates orthotics without feeling too tight.

Great walking! Just returned from the trip that I bought these shoes for. Eight days of almost constant walking in Rome in perfect comfort. I found the New Balance MW 926 to be very stable on the often uneven cobblestone walkways and streets. I certainly did not set any high water marks for fashion in fashion conscious Rome with these shoes but, I was literally able to walk all day and not even think of my feet, let alone experience discomfort. I can't begin to say how happy I am that I invested in these superb walking shoes.

Well worth the money! After striking out three times with shoes similar in look, and in this price range, I found a winner! From the moment I stepped into these babies, I could tell a remarkable difference. I work at a small college, and walk several miles daily on campus. These shoes look casual shoes, but are built more like athletic motion control shoes. Unless New Balance discontinues or improves on these (hard to imagine), I will be repeating this order about every six months from here on out!

Heaven for feet - I am on my feet anywhere from five to seven hours each day, sometimes standing in one place for extended periods, and sometimes walking quite a bit. I bought a pair of 926s from Zappos after reading the reviews, and I am VERY pleased with my purchase. The shoes were extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on, and they are now my favorite pair. If you are on your feet a lot, these are worth the money. I gave them four stars for "look" because they have a slightly "clunky" appearance, but then again, I prefer comfort over style any day.

The best shoe - If you work in retail, medicine, education, service industry, or any other line of work in which you stand and pound the cement every second, do your self the greatest favor, and buy these.

Wide enough at the toe and narrow at the heel!!! This shoe fits exactly as the Strobel 2 last from New Balance describes: more narrow at the heel, fits a higher arch, and wider in proportion at the toe with a deeper toe box!!! Perfect for description.

Comfortable shoe - If you have wide feet, this is the tennis shoe for you!! The fit is great and your feet will be comfortable all day.

Black Shoe - I find this shoe to me comfortable and good looking for what I use it for.
