I avoided Birkenstocks for the longest time but wearing slipons or boat shoes with almost no arch support isn't doing my back any favor. Found the Arizonas too bulky so I gave the Gizeh a try. The cork takes a while to break into -- I've worn mine for at least 5 times now while running errands and I notice that it has gotten more comfortable. I normally wear 5 or 5 1/2, I ordered sizes 34 and 35 and kept the 34.

Love these shoes. I wore them around the house for about a week as it was winter and too cold outside. They were broken in relatively quickly and are quite comfortable. I walk the dogs in them even. The mocha is a beautiful color. I wear a 7 in regular shoes and a 7.5 in running shoes. These fit perfectly in the 7.

Amazing! I deal with heel, arch, and ball of foot pain in my left foot. This shoe provides comfort for all of those areas. And they look great. Very pleased!

I bought these sandals as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. She loves them and finds the sandals extremely comfortable for daily use.

I want a pair in every color! They are so comfy I don't want to take them off, and they're really cute! I'm usually between a size 8.5-9 so I ordered them in 39 (8-8.5) and they fit perfectly. You will love them!

These do take quite a while to break in, but it is so worth it. I love these shoes! I usually wear an 8 and I got these in the 38. My heel just fits snugly into the heel cup.

These shoes might not be the most attractive ones on the planet, but boy do they make up for it in comfort! I live in NYC and these are fantastic commuter shoes!

I love these shoes! I wear them almost every day, I'm never going to wear my cheap sandals again. They are so comfortable, I can wear them all day walking and they don't bother my feet i the slightest. I highly recommend them! The mocha is really neutral and I haven't found a color they don't match with yet. The hard plastic prong between the toes was a little hard for the first couple of days but now I don't even notice it. They are expensive but I honestly don't need any other sandals then my Birkenstocks. So if you're on the fence about it I say go for it! Zappos is incredible! I ordered them at noon on a Wedneday and they arrived the very next day!

This is my 2nd pair. Listen to the reviews - order a size smaller! i'm as true a 10 as you can get so I went with my usual size the first time around. Wore them, liked them a lot. But with my 2nd pair, I decided to heed the advice. Even better. They were more comfortable from the start. Regardless, even the ones that were too big- I wore them for 4 hours at a standing room only baseball game. Normally, my legs would get tired, my back sore, etc. Didn't happen. I felt great the whole time and NO back pain. It was wonderful! Love these shoes.

I love my Birkenstocks! I've had them about two weeks now. It only took me one time of wearing them for a couple of hours before they were comfortable! I am so used to wearing cheap sandals that have paper thin bottoms that these are so comfortable. I even like them better than my rainbows. I bought them in the mocha color and they match with everything I wear. I'm sad it's going to be winter soon. I highly recommend buying these! I walk an average of 11,000 steps a day and my feet never hurt in them!

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and customer care shipped my right size to me the next day! Even before I was able to return the wrong size back. For the Birkenstocks, they are my favorite shoe right now.

Didn't think I would like these as much as I do! They are super comfy and mold to your feet. My daughters both want one! I am a size 8 and the 37 fit me well. Zappos is the best!

I had a pair of Birks 12 years ago when I was in high school, and I wore them almost every day in the summer for 3 years until they fell apart. I had totally forgotten about them until they started showing up again all over the media. Thanks to their recent revival, and my impending foot pain, I figured I would order another pair, and my feet are loving me for it. These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. How have I been wearing regular flip flops and sandals with no arch support for so long?! I prefer to shop locally, but when I checked with the 2 local retails that sell Birks, they only had the Arizona in stock and I really wanted the Gizeh. And Zappos, bless their hearts, had these delivered in 1 business day. How is that even possible?! I also love all the reviews Zappos provides; it makes shopping so easy. Big thanks to Zappos for their amazing service and Birkenstock for making amazingly comfortable shoes.

Love these shoes and have been wearing them every day since they came in the mail. I generally wear an 8.5 and these are supposed to be for 8/8.5 and fit perfectly.

Comfortable and stylish. My 55 year old feet have a hard time being comfortable in most modern shoes, These are so great! I like the modified flip flop design. Took me a few tires to find the color I liked. This neutral color does not draw too much attention to my feet.

Quite possibly the best money I have ever spent. It took me about a week to get adjusted to the arch support, during which the shoe was uncomfortable in a good-for-you way. I've been an avid barefoot walking (at home) or minimal shoe advocate for years, but don't anticipate ever buying anything except for Birkenstock shoes for comfort oriented tasks from now on. Simply superb!

These are great. Order a size larger than what you normally would. They hurt for about a week while breaking them in, but after that they are great!

This is my second pair of these Birkenstock Gizeh Birkibuc sandals. I absolutely love them. They are wonderful! True to size and width. Very lightweight, too.

I love these Birkenstocks! Had a pair just like these years ago and when my house burned down in 2008, I lost them. these just mold to your feet and are so comfortable!

Love these shoes. I normally order size 7 in most shoes, however, I went to a Birkenstock retailer and was fitted for these and ordered a size smaller. I'm glad I did, because I would have ordered wrong size. Retailer didn't have color I was looking for in my size. Thanks Zappos. Quick shipping as always.

I'm incredibly picky about shoes -- style, comfort, color, you name it. As basic as these are, I'm madly in love with them. Timeless, incredibly comfortable all day, subtle color that matches everything. Expensive for sandals, but worth it because you'll wear them every summer for ten years.

As someone who stands all day and needs to be able to take shoes on/off all day this are a life savor! They reduce the pain of standing on hardwood for hours. I highly recommend them!

These sandals are extremely comfortable! I love them! And the material is wonderful. Because it's not real leather I don't worry as much about getting the shoes wet or dirty or scuffed. Not to mention they look awesome.

I ordered these sandals because of bunions. Going to my church conference, I wanted to be comfortable so that I could concentrate on each speaker and their message. I wore them all day and often in the evening. I was comfortable and grateful I had bought them. I will confidently recommend them to my family/friends.
