Too big - I was looking for a pair of dark comfort shoes to wear to an overseas conference that would "blend" with the floor, preserve my feet (sacrificing style for comfort), and enable me to leave my tennies at home. Unfortunately, these are a little too big and I'll have to return them. I have other Keens and I always need to order a half-size larger, but these are just a bit too big and my regular size is too small. Sigh.

Odd size/shape - These shoes are very nice, my first order from Zappos. I had been looking all over for some in my size, and had to return my regular size to the store...too small. So I ordered these a 1/2 size up and they fit well (and they're a much better color than the insane "Pool" color I had to get from the store). They do hit my ankle bone, but it doesn't bother me. The weird thing about them is how different they are from one another. Different heights, different tongue lengths, different wrinkles, different eyelet spacing...etc. Since these differences don't affect the fit, I'm keeping them...but let me say, it is kind of strange. One would think such expensive shoes would be more carefully standardized and/or matched.

A nice stabilizing walking shoe. Waterproof! Wide at the toes allowing a comfortable fit, if somewhat clunky look. I found this fit true to size. Would have liked a bit more arch support. A comfortable shoe for city walking or for a mile or so on mountain trails.

Color not the same as online - This shoe is fairly comfortable and seems well made, but not as great as I expected after reading all the reviews here. I think New Balance is a better shoe. The color looks more like a navy/denim blue color online but in real life is more teal/greenish. I wish I'd gotten the black so that the black toe part wasn't as obvious. Still I'm fairly happy and plan on keeping these. Maybe I will notice the benefits when I walk in them for a few months. They do seem fairly well cushioned.

Another great Keen shoe! I bought this in loden green and have enjoyed wearing it. Unlike other Keens I own, this one took a little breaking in (or it broke me in!) at the back of the foot and on top of the toes. Thicker socks helped. Like my other Keens, I ordered a half size larger than my regular size and got a perfect fit. Love the look. Am wearing them right now!

Needs significant breaking in - This shoe has a very comfortable sole and it looks great with jeans or pants. However, I cannot call this a comfortable shoe. The leather is very stiff and requires breaking in. The ankle of the shoe is too high and rubs against my outer ankle bones. The tongue on the right shoe is longer than that on the left shoe and twists sideways rubbing up against the tendon on the front of my right ankle. I can only wear thick socks or I will get red marks and blisters on my ankles. I'm disappointed in the design and inconsistent craftsmanship (with the tongue length). I would recommend you go for a different style of Keens.

Good Keen - not a hiking shoe - I really like the style of this shoe, but I wish they had more comfort and padding along the lines of my Keen hiking shoes. I'm still happy with them though and have no intention of returning them, but just don't expect hiking shoe comfort!

Love em - Keen shoes never disappoint. Comfortable and stable while hiking through the Chicago slush. I especially love the roomy toe box, but at the same time the heel is not sloppy. Although I ordered the same size I usually wear in Keens, this shoe feels a bit shorter.

Great for winter - These shoes are as supportive and comfortable as everyone says with one caveat: they are hot. I originally bought them in September and they made my feet sweat. Around Halloween, I pulled them out again and they were my favorite shoes all winter, but seriously, if the temperature is over 65F, they make my feet hot. I think it's the waterproofing.

Love these shoes - Keens are the best shoe ever if you have a wide foot, especially at the toes. Yoga toes? These are the shoes for you! I've got several pairs of sandals as well as a few colors in BRONX. The Presidio is lighter in weight than the Bronx and the sole is not as chunky, which is nice. The heel rubbed just slightly on these and I didn't have that issue with the Bronx. It seems to be breaking in though. I always wear a half size larger in Keens than other shoes. Knowing that, I was able to order these and have them work perfectly. The colors are great. If you haven't worn Keens, you should know that these will make you want to give up your sneakers. Great shoe!

Comfy nice looking shoe - I just wish it offered a little bit more of an arch support... otherwise – great.

Comfy and cute - These shoes are great. They rub a little at the heel, at first. Thick socks help.

Fun and functional! I love these shoes! They're comfortable and I love the way they look and wear. Initially they rubbed slightly at the heel, but that went away after a day of wear. Since then, they are completely comfy and provide some protection from puddles and rain. Wore them all day at Disneyland and felt great. I could use a touch more arch support, but I have a high arch.

Good shoe, but a little stiff - I love Keen shoes and this is my latest. Overall I'm happy with it, but they need to be broken in to truly be comfortable--the back lip rubs against my Achilles, causing blisters. It would be better if the leather was a little softer there, with maybe a cushion over the seam.

Awesome shoes - Comfortable shoes and require no break-in. I am used to sports shoes which have more cushioning, so this one felt a bit hard and the arches a tad unsupportive; I will probably replace the foot bed with cushiony orthotics. The best part is the forefoot which is low and wide. I normally wear wide shoes and this one worked out just fine even with thicker socks so I gave it a “wider than marked” rating. I will buy this in a different color. Keen, please don't discontinue this shoe.

Great walking shoe - I run 7 ½ to 8 in size so I ordered an 8 in the Presidio. It is a good comfy fit with just enough room. I wear it with medium thickness socks. I'm a nurse and I find them comfortable for work. I also like the wide forefoot look and it is slightly euro-modern look. Very sporty and strong looking. One negative, the heel on my right foot was rubbed raw the first day. I put a band aid on for a week and tried again. It is still stiff, but with thick socks it feels ok. I think it should loosen up a bit. Other than that I like this shoe!

Super Comfy - This is my second pair of Keens and they're very comfortable. The other pair I have is the Bronx. I find the presidio is more comfortable and sturdier than the Bronx. I wear orthotics with these. I got the grey/blue color. They're a little bluer than they are in the picture. In the picture they look greyer. They're not bad looking. When you wear orthotics, you don't have a lot to choose from. These are a lot better looking than most of the "comfort" shoes out there. The presidio looks less like a clown shoe than the Bronx. In my opinion, these run smaller than marked. I usually wear a 9, but I had to get a 9.5 in these.

Great Shoe - I got this shoe as an everyday shoe for the winter time. (Flip flops are my every day shoe for the summer.) I'm very happy with them. I'm usually a 7.5, but I got an 8 and they fit well. The heel is a little high, and chafed a little on my left ankle for the first week or so. Now, everything is fine.

Good shoe - not quite as sweet as the sandal. The Keen sandals are the absolute most natural feeling shoe I have ever worn and I have picky feet. I did have to order this shoe in a half-size larger than I wear in the sandal. I'm still getting used to the look of them - they're a little orthopedic looking. They have a ridge that lands beneath your toes - in not quite the right place for me so that I get a little pressure sore on my fourth right toe. Still they are more comfortable than any other durable winter shoe I have found that can pass as a non-athletic shoe. The navy looks okay with jeans- but the blues are a little too close to the same hue. I only ordered these because the Seattle was no longer available in a 10&1/2. Overall- still "a good shoe".

Good quality shoe, needs breaking in - This was my first pair of Keen shoes. I ordered a half-size up after reading reviews here. The 6.5 is a little big on my foot with thin socks, but the 6 probably would have been too small for thick socks. It's made of good quality leather and is designed to be a sturdy shoe. Because of this, the leather is a little stiff at first and definitely needs to be broken in for a few weeks. I got blisters on my heels the first time, but a little moleskin solved the problem. The insole has a weird toe grab bar thing that also gave me a blister on first wearing. Overall this is a great sturdy shoe. It also seems to be well balanced, supporting the whole foot including the arches. Looks-wise they're not adorable, but cute in a utilitarian way. They look pretty much like I expected them to from the pictures. Bottom line - if you want a work horse of a shoe that takes a while to break in, this is your shoe.

Keen makes great shoes! These shoes were a little stiff to begin with, but felt good to wear all day especially with my orthotics. They run a half size smaller as all Keen shoes do. I'd like to order another pair.

Very cute, but a bit hard - These shoes are really stylish and comfortable. I must have extremely sensitive feet because even shoes with 5-start comfort reviews give me blisters. These are not terrible, and I think they will get softer over time (I've been wearing them only a couple of weeks). Right now, though, they are hitting the back of my heel, beneath my ankles and leaving small blisters even with thick socks. As I say, though, I am really sensitive, and they are very comfortable otherwise and I have hope they will still wear in.

Presidio - Very cute shoe. Love the wide toe area, but the heel is a little too deep for my ankle. I ordered up a half size to fit in my custom orthotic. Just gave them a workout in the rainy weather and was very pleased that my feet stayed dry.

Not so Keen on these shoes - I have a pair of Keen Mary Janes that I absolutely love. I thought these would fit the same but they felt a little tight and within 15 minutes I had a blister just above my heel, where the shoe comes up a bit high. They might break in and stretch but at the price, I didn't want to take the chance. I ordered the camo (2 tone green) and the darker green is kind of sickly looking. On the plus side, good support, nice and light, good traction and styling.
