I ordered this shoes for a vacation. Wore them everyday and my feet felt great from day one. Only issue was the shoe stings broke after only 3 days not sure what's up with that.

These shoes are so pretty, and despite some flaws, comfortable. I have to return them, very sad about that, but they run a little big (ordered my usual 7.5). My heel is slipping up (wearing a medium-weight sock). I would exchange them, but, the tongue on them seems overly large--it keeps hitting/pressing against the front of my ankle. But a nice looking shoe!

The Presidio has given my toes and ball of foot the wiggle room they demand, this being of prime importance to my feet. It feels awful when I cannot flex my foot or move my toes up and down, and my foot 'seizes' up. I also have serious knee osteo troubles and pronation. The Presidio has an removeable insole for my orthotic insole. Looks like a walking shoe, not a sneaker, and the all-black color makes it 'dressier' than a sneaker. My foot is wide at the plantar/toe base area, narrower at the heel, and the B medium width is fine, as is the size 10 which is my usual size. Arch support is fairly good but I have very high arches so use other insoles. Would like it in a dark red/wine color too. I've had Keen Mary Janes in the past which were OK, again I use orthotics. Years ago I had wonderful bouncy gel Asics with roomy toe box, but the foreign-made Asics now reconfigured so that my feet no longer are happy in the narrower and constricting toe box area. They also feel less 'bouncey' so I've given up on Asic.

This is probably the 5th pair of Presidio style Keens that I have purchased. I love the style, the look, the comfort, the versatility, and many other qualities these shoes provide. I have not decided how I like this current version of the Presidios. When I first got them I put them on and had no problems with them. But, they are different and I am not sure how I feel about those differences. First, they felt quite roomy like maybe they sent me the wrong size. This does however, mean that I can wear them with thicker socks. Secondly, they have changed the inside lining from a leather like lining to a mesh like lining, I know I don't like that. It means that my foot moves within my sock because the sock does not have a smooth surface to move on. The sock is held in place by the mesh lining. In the old style, my socked foot moved because the lining was smooth. The smoothed vs the mesh lining contributes to how easily it is to slip my foot into the shoe. All in all, I still really like this shoe but can not give it full stars in all categories.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe in the spring. I wanted something that would be comfortable to walk in and not get drenched. These shoes fit the bill. They have a nice wide toe box and will be great for walking. I sometimes have a hard time finding shoes that don't mush my toes or rub on the outside of my foot by my pinky toe. I was underwhelmed by how cushioned they were but I added a thin insole in them and I really think they are perfectly comfortable now. I love they they are waterproof.

This is a cute shoe, sturdy, of course, cushy because it is a Keen. For some reason, the inner lip of the inside upper seemed to cut into my foot around my metatarsal. Maybe because they are cut lower? Not sure, but even though I wanted to like them as a good, functional, tie shoe, I had to send them back. Thank goodness for Zappos great customer care!

I have been wearing this style of Keen since 2008. Sad to see/feel such a change. Shoe just feels overall cheap. I normally wear a solid 7.5. Had to return since they felt 1/2 size too big and wide (got the size 7 which still feels wider than the old leather version.) Virtually no arch support now & shoe feels very stiff... like hard plastic/man-made leather. No leather inside the shoe anymore or leather foot-bed. Just a flimsy supposedly "anti-microbial" insert. I flattened that insert out after 8hrs of wear. I am only 5'5" and 128lbs. I do like the color offerings but it is so not worth the price anymore. Sadness. Must look for a higher quality alternative. Goodbye Keen.

I like these shoes. I am using them as a casual shoe rather than sneakers. I need a high toe box in shoes. I ordered an 11 and a 12. The 11 was just a little too short & my big toe rubbed on the top. The 12 was fine in the toe box (BTW I removed the inserts & use my own orthotics)but the heel is loose on the right shoe. I've worn them a few times and they have been fine. I will try them for work (I stand in the same place on a hard floor all day). If any problems I will update. I have Keens in the more open style with the rubber toe box but open slats on the side & open heel. With them I can get away wearing a size 10.5 but with this enclosed style I needed a 12! I have been complimented on the looks of this shoe. The only negative I can say is that the black rubber toe seems to show a lot of scuff marks easily, which detracts from the overall look. I wanted the leather so it would have a dressier look but the scuff marks detract from it.

Loved the look of this shoe and the overall fit felt good with my high arches, but I found the length short. Wish I could order a half size up but the pair I ordered is the largest they come. Bummer!

Still a good shoe, quality of the Presidio has declined over time. Now with a fabric lining that wears more quickly than the old leather lining. Still a good wide toe box and decent leather outers. Removable insole allows use of custom orthotics.

This was to be a replacement pair of Presidio's for me. My original pair have been about the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I like the look of the new, slightly modified style, but it is a little lower cut around the ankle than my older ones are, which may have been the cause of the shoe slipping a bit at my heel. I wanted them mainly for walking, so couldn't risk their rubbing anywhere. I'm sad about returning them, though, and think anyone with a less narrow heel would be very happy with the shoe. My less than perfect ratings are all based on the problem I had with their slipping at the heel.

The 8.5 medium fits perfectly over the bunion, but the shoe is too wide in the heel. Love the color (Dahlia red) and since it comfortably accommodates my orthotics, I'm going to try and pad the heel and keep them.

Keen has somewhat changed its last as well as the lining, lowering the overall quality. Toebox is lower than anticipated. I like that they are all black, including the sides of the sole. Sadly, these shoes don't work for me.

This is my second pair of Keen Presidio. Super comfortable for all day wear, walking long distance and hiking the woodland area near our home. These were advertised as leather outside and inside (as are my other Presidios) but these do not have leather interior - it is a mesh material. Hoping they wear as well as my first pair. I love Keen. I also have four pair of sandals and one pair of leather boots. All excellent.

I got these as an alternative to gym shoes and they are working well so far. They provide a lot of room for your toes--helpful when my bunions are flaring up! As for the style, I like the color and material, but they are a bit clunky looking.

Received this shoe 2 days after I ordered it. Pulled them out of the box and slipped them onto my feet and went right out into the snow. Feet stayed dry and leather didn't stain from the salt and wet. Cute shoe with jeans. The tongue is a little high and stiff, but otherwise a great fit right out of the box.

Because Keen Tora was not available, I ordered the Presidio. Its ok, but I had to put in a more supportive arch support. This is an additional cost. The Keen Tora was perfect and very supportive. Please make Tora available again. It was cute with the Gray color in the outer sole on the sides too. I did call and ask if it was available. The salesperson could not find it.

This is my 4th pair of Keen Presidio's and I'm disappointed with Keen. This has been the only style that fits my wide feet. I measure 8C but keen size is 8.5. Not happy with lower quality of insole as there is little arch support. Also, no waterproofing but time will tell if this is a problem. Still very good quality leather, black shoes were stiff and took few days wearing thin socks to break in. Still the most comfortable shoes as I have had spinal fusion and arthritis in back and feet. I tried Merrell and 8.5W not wide enough. Thank you Zappos for outstanding customer service and fast shipping!

Not the most exciting shoe, in terms of looks, but a good, comfortable work horse shoe for wearing around town. In the past, I had to buy a half size larger for Keens, but these fit me perfectly in my usual size. Like other Keens, they run wide. This is perfect for me, but might not work for a narrower foot.

These shoes are just too wide for my feet. They are wider than the other two pairs of Keen's I have. My heels slip in them, the tongue jabs the front of my ankle, the insole is thin and doesn't provide much cushioning or any arch support. That being said, somehow I still like the shoes. They are sturdy without being too heavy or stiff. They accommodate thick winter socks with room to spare. So I made some adjustments: I put in different insoles and just leave the last pair of eyelets unlaced to give the tongue more room to bend up away from the ankle. Also replaced the laces. I can slip them on and off without untying them. Find them good for all purpose winter wear.

These are great, but kind of ugly shoes. I purchased them for walking in Italy. I alternated these with sneakers and boots. I walked to the Vatican and back in them, and my feet were only tired from the uneven Roman sidewalks. Very comfortable, roomy, breathable, but not "cute."

These shoes appeared in a search for water-proof shoes. I was disappointed to learn that the shoes are water-RESISTANT and not water-PROOF. I tested them on a moderately rainy day, and they were fine. I don't know how they will perform in a downpour. The shoes are not cute, or even "sporty". They are boxy and they look like orthopedic shoes. However, they are extremely comfortable! I have plantar fascia, and wore them all day, touring a museum, and had no problem at all.
