Right out of the box perfect fit. So comfortable. I have wide feet w arthritis issues but still work...these shoes are wonderful!

My mom is not diabetic. She is almost 102. She has been wearing this model of shoe for a number of years - it does what she needs: easy to put on, enough width of sole and stiffness in sidewalls to give support. We get about three years of life out of each pair - eventually the heels wear (from pronation) and the sidewall buckles a bit, so we need fresh shoes to help her the stability she needs as she walks around. I do not know about "arch support." We have tried a variety of similar shoes from competitors and have settled on this model. While the shoe fits well, my mom has what would be called deformed toes - hammer toes. As a result there is some uncomfortable vertical pressure that eventually disappears as the shoe molds to her foot. A formal "shoe stretch" would eliminate that break in period.

I wear these shoes at least three times a week and often on trips. They're quick to put on, have great support and look sporty and attractive. When they wear out I buy another pair just like them. They're the greatest.

I purchased these shoes for my mom who has difficulty finding shoes to fit because of a high instep and wide foot. She also needed something she could just slip on and not have to tie. These shoes fit perfectly and she said they were comfortable. She wears them every day. I may purchase different color come spring.

Bought these for my 85 year old mother. She is in good health but has trouble bending over to tie a shoe. She also needs good support and traction for north eastern country living. She loves them.

I was very happy with the service from Zappos. I had ordered Diabetic Shoes for my mother who lives in another town and twice they were not the correct size but Zappos let me return them at no charge and I finally got the right size to fit her. She is very happy with the product as well.

Best comfort for older feet. Can't beat the mobility gained. Inserts are removable allowing insertion of Good Feet custom arch support.

Velcro on right shoe doesn't stick very good. I was given links to follow to clean it but it sticks but not like it did when I first bought them. I does stick but not very tight. Love the shoe very light weight and comfortable just the velcro isn't sticking very tight.

I can never find shoes wide enough that accommodate the major swelling of my feet. I always order a larger size in hopes that the shoe will be wide enough to fit. Well, first I ordered a size 9EEEE and the shoes were the right width but way too big, so I took a chance and returned them and got an 8EEEE and they were wide enough, too - but still too big, so I exchanged them for a 7-1/2EEEE and they fit perfectly. Throughout the two returns Zappos was polite and prompt in crediting my account and sending out the new shoes! I love them and LOVE ZAPPOS.

If you have "issues" with your feet, this is the shoe for you! Do not let the words "Medicare" or "Diabetic" scare you away from these shoes. They are wonderful. If you plan to wear with socks (I do, with medium weight socks), get a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. You will not be disappointed with these shoes. This is my third pair and I love them. I know they may look a little on the "clunky" side but I could care less; overlook that for the comfort.

I bought these shoes for my 92 year old mom, after she broke her hip and was not able to tie her shoes anymore. I had gone to about four different stores looking for the right ones at the right price. I took a chance and ordered these online. I am happy to report, that they came in a few days, and fit comfortably and perfectly from day one. My mom loves them and they have helped her so much. She is still independent and feels very secure in these shoes. Plus, they were the best price that I found. I highly recommend them!

This is the third pair of these shoes. I order them each year. They give me support. I haven't found another brand that fits like these.

Was able to wear this shoe out of the box until bed time. So soft and comfortable. After shopping for several weeks and trying shoe after shoe of all types I found this on Zappos and took a chance it would work for me. Although I don't have diabetes, I would recommend this shoe to anyone with tired, sore and aching feet.

I am very pleased with these shoes. I have a large bunion and the softness of the shoes does not irritate it. I recommend them!

These are excellent shoes for diabetics with neuropathy! I have suffered for so many years with electric shocks, needles, fire ant pain every night and then came these shoes. I still suffer on occasion when my blood sugar is too high, or I walk too much; however, since wearing these shoes it's been a lot less and I will continue to buy these and wear them for work, play, dinner out etc. Thank you Propet!

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I needed an extra wide (4E) and this one really fit the bill!

I'm not diabetic, but I love Propet walkers and I especially like the velcro closing. I don't like to have to stop to tie my shoes while out walking. These are very comfortable.

Great shoe for my mother. Comfortable and adjustable for leg swelling issues. Can still wear even when her legs are wrapped with compression bandages. Thankful for extra wide width.

These sneakers are true to size and comfortable. They are great for walking. I did have to put a Dr. Scholls insert in them as they were hard inside. But otherwise they are perfect.

These are the only work shoe I ever wear. The are the most comfortable shoe and come in a 4E wide, great for diabetics and anyone who needs comfort and width. You can order and if the shoe comes and don't fit no worries! This company went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was right on time. No hassle return, excellent customer service and very kind and sincere care for their customers. I will always shop Zappos! The customer service girl I had even sent me a card to wish me a speedy recovery because in our conversation on the phone I mentioned I fell, the card was so cute! Love this place!

Have had these shoes for three weeks to wear while walking on the treadmill. Comfortable and provide great support. They do run a little small. Had to return them to get a half size larger. Returning them was free and easy to do.

If you have problem feet, these are the shoes for you! Bunions, hammertoes, arthritic feet, you name it, I have it! Bought these in a 9 4E which really fits like Propet's normal 2E and it is terrific. good support, accommodating to orthotics, nice roomy toe box, and the velcro makes getting the pressure just right over my painful instep just great! Thank you Zappos for your shipping policy as it makes trying shoes at home so easy.

Bought these for vacation because we would be walking a lot. They were very comfortable. Very easy to put on and take off. Loved them.
