Great Shoes - Ever since I bought my first pair of New Balance shoes I don't even think of buying any other brand. The fit for each shoe I've owned is perfect for me. I've tried several different styles and all were great shoes. The WX621 is really well cushioned and offers good support. There were several color choices which is a nice feature, too.

Perfect fit - This shoe has great comfort, and also looks great. Received many compliments from family & friends....

WX621/Brown - Great looking shoes in brown. They're a little narrower in the toe than I'd like, even in wide width (D), but they're stretching out nicely very quickly. I haven't yet tested them by walking any long distance, but have worn them in normal circumstances for several hours without problems. With the exception of the toe box I've found that no breaking-in period has been needed; they fit straight out of the box.

Superb!!!!! First, thank you for the quick response of exchanging my first pair for a 1/2 size larger. These shoes are wonderful. I stand on a concrete floor 8 hrs a day, and believe me, my feet, legs, really ached at night. After wearing my "621's", my feet and legs no longer bother me!! I never thought I would find a shoe that would be comfortable, nice looking and very affordable!! Thank you Zappos, you folks are great!! You certainly could teach a lot of companies about customer service skills, as I feel you wrote the book!!!! And yes, I will be shopping with you again, and I have spread the word with my family and friends!!

A great shoe! They were very comfortable the moment I put them on. The first pair I ordered had a slight flaw and had to be sent back. But as usual, ZAPPOS customer service is ALWAYS GREAT! They shipped me another pair immediately, and I had them the next day. Thanks Zappos.

Very Comfortable Shoe! This is a great shoe for walking around the city or walking the dogs along the trail. Very comfortable. Fits true to size.

New Balance Cross Trainers - This shoe has the characteristic comfort of a New Balance sneaker. It has a well-cushioned tongue and lots of spring in the step. This is the only brand of sneaker I buy; their wide fittings are comfortable and reliable.

Good shoe - This is a good New Balance shoe although it does seem to run a bit odd. I returned the first pair as they were too big and order a half size down which felt a tad snug. I've had other styles which seem to offer more room in the toe box.

New Balance WX621 - I should have gotten a half size bigger since the width felt to tight

Great Shoe! I am very happy with my new workout shoes. I have a narrow foot and double A's are not easy to find. These are great shoes. They are lightweight and support my feet well. Now I can concentrate on my workout and NOT how my shoes fit!

Zappos - great, this shoe - not so great - I used to wear New Balance all the time. I have terrible feet and they were practically all I could wear in comfort. This last pair was a great disappointment. There is no arch support, the size feels shorter and the heel is loose. Either my feet have changed drastically or the shoes have.

Great Shoe - I usually wear Reebok but they didn't have a style I really liked. I found these New Balance, liked the looks, and decided to try them. I bought 1 pair, liked them, and bought 4 more pairs. I will continue to buy New Balance.

Walking shoes - I love my new balance walking shoes. It feels like I am walking in my slippers. This is nice for me, since I have feet that do not cooperate when it comes to finding my size. I wear a 5.5 WW, but the shoes that come in a 5.5 WW, which aren't many, are ones that I don't like the style when I get them. This is the only reason I have sent back so many pairs of shoes. I also like my New Balance, because they give my feet room to breathe. They also have lots of support, which is very important to me.

Disappointed - I've heard so many good things about New Balance sneakers. Every time I wear them I get terrible pains in the bottom of my feel and they actually feel as if they do not have any arch support. So I feel I wasted my money and will never purchase New Balance again.

Not the same fit as the 620's they replaced - I have worn the WX620's for several years. They were a great fit for my 12 AAAA feet even though I had to buy 12 AA. The 621's are definitely wider--especially in the toe box which is considerly more voluminous. I had to order and return several pairs of New Balance 12 AA models before settling for the 621's. The reason was that ALL the other models felt about 1/2 size too short and as everyone knows, there is no such thing as a 12 1/2 shoe for women.

New Balance - I purchased these to wear at the gym. They are comfortable and give a lot of support. I have a wide foot with a high instep, so it was nice to find a good gym shoe.

shoes for aerobics - I ordered this shoe because I needed a pair quickly for workouts. I always buy New Balance because I have very narrow (long!) feet. This pair fit particularly well compared to others. It was extremely comfortable for working out.

GREAT WALKING SHOES - The new balance shoes are very comfortable and very good walking shoes.. The only thing that I should have done was probably got a c width and not a D.... I have a very wide foot but I think the D is a little to wide and my feet tend to move around to much and causes blisters on my toes.. Besides that the shoe is an excellent shoe for what I got it for.

Love this shoe - I walk at least a mile every day and I found this shoe to be comfortable right out of the box, yet quite supportive. I have gone on so much about how happy I am with the shoe that my husband is going to get the men's version of this one.

Great narrow fit - I have a narrow foot and these shoes provide excellent support and fit. New Balance is one of very few athletic shoe companies who make a large number of their styles in narrow widths so I am a regular customer. I treadmill-walk on an incline setting and this shoe gives me enough support for that kind of exercise.

Basically Comfortable - New Balance is always very comfortable and with the removable insole, orthotics friendly. The wider heel base makes it very stable for walking but not as bulky looking as some other brands.

Comfortable and nice-looking - The only reason I don't give this 5 stars for comfort is that I wish there was no breaking-in period. Maybe that's too much to ask. Otherwise, it's a great shoe for cardio and for walking, which is when I wear it. It is not too clunky or heavy looking, and the ankle notch is just right for preventing blisters, which is my usual problem.

New Balance Cross Trainers the Best - I recently had foot surgery and this shoe has accommodated all of the orthotics that I have had to use.

I'm still trying to break them in - These shoes are fairly true to size. However, they are very stiff and hard leather. I am on my feet up to eight hours a day and after wearing these shoes my osteoarthritis in my large toe joint is so swelled up that it takes a full day and double doses of glucosamine to have it stop hurting. Thought, I do believe that once these are broken in, they will be comfortable.

Fantastic Workout Shoe! I have been a loyal Skechers fan for many years, until I recently started working out. The Skechers (and two pairs of Nikes) gave me blisters on my little toe as there is a seam inside that rubs. These shoes are the first pair that has not had that rubbing sensation, and they are comfortable for everything from weightlifting to the treadmill to the stationary bikes. So comfortable, breathable, and reasonably priced. I plan on getting a second pair to keep in my gym locker. :)
