Perfect fit and comfort! I've always have had a hard to fit foot. My feet are so wide and even the wide sizes hurt at first, but these New Balance in extra-wide are to die for. Comfortable, very attractive, and well made. I'm an RN and I'm on my feet for 12 hours a shift. My feet and legs used to ache after I finished my shift, but not anymore. These are fantastic shoes!

Most tennis shoes are too shallow in the toe box. Not these. Good for those with a fuller foot.

This is a shoe I use as a general "sneaker" as well as a workout shoe. The heel is very well cushioned (a nice surprise), looks good, and gives excellent support. Comfortable and good looking.

A little bit tight... The New Balance sneakers were comfortable but a little bit tight through the middle of my foot. Not enough to make them unwearable though. I did have trouble with them slipping on the tile floor at work, even if there was no apparent fluid on the floor. I am a dialysis nurse and there is ALWAYS fluid somewhere. I am not wearing them to work now and bought the non-slip Skechers for work. I still like the New Balance shoes and am keeping them for non-work activities. I love the look of them.

FINALLY tennies that fit! I wear a size 11 or 11.5 AA (narrow) in regular shoes, and wear size 11B (medium) in these tennies. I guess that means they might run a little narrow in width. The length is a true size 11. If you can figure out size you want, these are great. The toe box and heel are perfect - no slipping. This is my second pair.

Great Walking Shoe - I walk 3-4 miles every morning so I replace shoes fairly often (every six months or so). I have a long, narrow foot and New Balance always fits it well. I did order it a size larger this time (at my length there is no half-size up) and it is more comfortable than the last pair I ordered.

Great shoes! Received the shoes in just two days. They fit great, are true to size with a lot of support while exercising. No more sore feet!

Great shoe for a narrow foot... I normally wear a 6 1/2 Narrow and the same size fit perfectly in this New Balance shoe. Comfortable & affordable.

The BEST!!! I have a 7 1/2 EE foot with a high instep. I'm not old, but my feet act old, having been a nurse for 3 decades. These are the best supportive shoe, bar none. New Balance really understands feet and odd sizes. I have wanted a nice looking walking shoe for work and play and I found it. The width is just right, the toe box is roomy, the heel is perfect, and arch support is sufficient. I wore these right out of the box hiking around Pittsburg, city of hills and bridges, and had no incidents of discomfort… even my legs felt great.

Walking sneakers-wide width - These shoes fit the bill as I wear a double E and needed the room. This is my second pair of this brand, as I wore the first ones out.

Love these! A great cross trainer that provides excellent support and manages to look pretty cute too. I'm into high impact cardio, so they've been well tested ~ my ankles and knees feel great. I'll be ordering these again.

Best for the money - These WX621 are good shoes. I wanted something to wear to work where I'm on my feet all day. Very comfortable. Good fit for my wide feet. Zappos excels!

TWO PAIRS!!! These shoes are my favorite for this type. Other manufacturers could take a clue from New Balance and offer a Wide option. The look and styling are uncluttered classic. The fit is perfect. Best of all -- comfort cannot be beat -- they can be worn right out of the box. Do not even waste a nanosecond worrying about blisters or breaking them in -- they are like clouds for your feet. Plus, KUDOS to ZAPPOS. My faves - I love these shoes. These are the only sneakers I have worn for 4 years. I have one pair for inside, one for outside (white), and one for outside (black). They are supremely comfortable, yet offer good support.

The perfect fit & I couldn't have gone to the store any faster - This is scary. I ordered my New Balances in the afternoon and the next day my UPS man was handing them to me! I couldn't have gone to the store any faster! The shoe is so comfortable & durable that I always order the same one over and over again.

11 narrow - WOW! Impossible to find this size in a local store anywhere...so thrilled to find a work shoe that fits comfortably. Looking forward to many more purchases from Zappos. Such friendly sales reps on the phone, they deserve a medal!!

Second order this shoe - I tried other styles, and went back to this one. It fits great for a narrow foot. Comfortable for both cross training and walking. Understated look too, which I like.

The laces are too short and they were a little uncomfortable the first day or two I wore them. However, now that they are broken in, they are pretty comfortable.

My new sneakers - I absolutely love my new sneakers. They are so comfortable and light, I could wear them all day. If only high heel shoes were as comfortable!

New Balance WX621 - This is a very comfortable shoe. It has plenty of room in the toe box for my wide feet and the heel fits snugly. I did not need any break-in period for these shoes. I purchased a size 8, which is fine for light summer socks. However, I would purchase a half size larger to accommodate heavier sox.

I have the white ones. Great shoe, feels good on. Happy to be able to find shoes in a narrow width!
