True to size, width, fair arch support Nice all leather shoe good for fall into winter Warmth and protection, not water proof, but are water resistant.

Purrrrrfection - Comfortable from the very first minute I put them on. My orthotics fit perfectly without pulling out the inner sole. Warm enough to wear in the snow (so I did). Non slip sole (even in the snow). Love them! I'm going to buy a pair in every color.

even my trainer likes them - I bought these so i could wear them after my workout. They are cute and comfortable (even my personally trainer commented on them). They are even better with a pair of Sole insoles in!

I use them when I workout. Running on the treadmill, turbo jam and hip hop abs. They felt tight the first day the next day they felt great.

Lovely! I've had these for several weeks now and have worn them for a couple of shopping expeditions and am pleased. I love the room in the box, but would like just a little more cushion in the toe area. I have a wide toe area yet a fairly normal to narrow heel and this does well for both. Would definitely buy again.

Zappos does it again - ZAPPOS, my friend, once again we've done it! In the comfort of my warm cozy house, sitting in my comfy chair, drinking fresh brewed coffee, I ordered my 2nd pair of shoes from you. No parking at a mall and walking...used no gas...didn't have to be told my shoe size wasn't in stock...etc etc etc. I read and reread the comments of previous buyers and because of the honesty, good and bad, I was able to pick out just what I needed. I stand all day long at my job, and needed to wear my orthotics and I had been having a hard time finding New Balance shoes that accommodate that here in my local stores. Anyway, these are perfect. I knew they would be stiff, because of the comments from the previous buyers, but that works for me; knew they were clunking, (couldn't run in them) but that works for me; knew they wouldn't be dainty, but that works for me. So there were no surprises ... and that works for me. I can't wait to order my third pair of shoes from you!!!! Thanks to everybody involved. Jan W

Like walking on a cloud! Very good shoe...so comfortable I want to leave it on all day. Has better stability than the WX620 model. A+++++++++ Thank You New Balance.

Bad feet, good shoes - These shoes are very comfortable. I use orthotics and have to buy my shoes at least one size larger to accommodate them. The size worked out fine and I am able to walk in comfort.

Great Shoes! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I wore them three days after I bought them for a long day at Disney World and no discomfort or blisters!

Night dancer - I bought the brown colored ones and they are the best fitting shoes that I have had in a long time. My feet all of the time, so I need to wear shoes always to reduce the pain. This brand & style helps so much!!! I just ordered a second pair.

New Balance is the best - I ordered this shoe after reading the many complimentary reviews of it on Zappos. It is so comfortable and so sturdy that it helps my multiple sclerosis balance issues. I followed readers' suggestions and ordered 1/2 size larger in wide and Zappos service is the best. I got the shoes through the mail the day after I ordered them on the internet.

New Balance - I work out four days a week and it's very difficult to find a comfortable sneaker to wear that will fit my orthodontics. I have to buy a sneaker a half-size larger in order to fit my orthodontics. This sneaker is awesome. I know I will be ordering another pair when needed.

Great find! Great shoe for the money... very, very comfy. I wear them everyday to the gym for 2 hours and sometimes forget to take them off... also they are really nice looking!

Great out of the box! I read all the reviews and I was still worried. I needed some comfortable walking shoes for a 3 day exhibit where I would be on my feet for 12 hours a day and I was leaving in 36 hours. They came, they fit and I was absolutely comfortable all 3 days. My feet were so happy! Glamorous they're not, but if you want comfort- these are for you. As always, order a half size larger when you buy New Balance. You won't be sorry.

New Balance WX621 - I have found these shoes to be an excellent match for myself. They fit well with my orthotics due to the variety of widths, and are supportive without being too stiff.

Good work shoe for nurses - This shoe in white is perfect for long hallways and as well as standing for long hours at the bedside.

Very comfortable - I ordered these for my babysitter who wears a 12W. We ordered the extra wide and they fit well and she is very happy with the comfort of these shoes.

Very Comfortable Shoe - I love this shoe, it is very comfortable, great support when I take my walks, and not only is it comfortable, it is a really cute, nice looking shoe.

I like this shoe! These feel good, right out of the box. I have a narrow heel and they don't rub at all. I don't think you can go wrong with these.

New Balance satisfaction - I love the New Balance shoes, my first time to buy this brand. They were comfortable from the first wearing on, requiring no break-in period, as I have experienced with other shoes.

My 2nd pair - I looked forward to purchasing my second pair of New Balance's WX621. They are the perfect shoe for my foot and ankle problems. Shopping at Zappos was easy and service and delivery was an excellent experience.
